My interactions with their customer service has always been pleasant but billing has been a nightmare. I wish they would honor the specials they publish and the rates they promise to customers. When I rented my unit, the door would not close even after getting help from the couple living two units down so I had to load everything back into my truck. I called the next day and Megan kindly transferred us to the only other available unit which was larger but assured me they would only charge me the rate for the unit I had booked due to the inconvenience. I was also offered 50% off my first two months and since we booked so late in the month, Bob was gracious enough to prorate us for the few days remaining in the month and give us 50% off the next two full months. Our first full month there, everything was great. Come our second month, we were charged full price at the higher rate for the new unit. I've asked them to correct this twice now and each time they've assured me it would be fixed. It's been 3 months with no correction.

I had a reservation, and there was noone to even answer phone, let alone rent me a space. I drive quite a ways from where I was at (getting lost on the way) couldn't go in because covid, and got no answer at door, or 2 different phone numbers, the one online and the one on the door. I still haven't gotten a call hours later. I waited as long as possible before having to rush to another place before they closed. Tg, because i ended up with a great spot just in the Nick of time. Much better than this place for sure. And they answer! ::::::: ::::::: In response, no it wasn't after business hours, according to that sign you're referring to, it was an hour before closing. I took pics of it and time stamped. And you never talked to me on the phone to confirm anything. The only person i spoke to was behind the gate watching kids play.

Store it floor in a storage unit and Indian school and Indian food and Indian food for a living in a city and Indian city in a city center in New Jersey and Indian city and a great place for the family and friends with the family in a few months so we will have a great day if you can make sure we are on your right now to be home till midnight on the day and I hope that I will get to buy that one on 6th of November if I get a new phone and Indian 6th and Indian will you want me your location or 6th or 3rd 6th or 6th or if I can be 6th of each month for a year or so to get a better rate and a better price than what time can we go for a new lease so I don't know what time can I expect the rent to come by so we all can go over it and Indian food for a bit more than I can be here for the rest and Indian

Funny i left a review of your business already i guess you think i am going to change what i think so you send me another request for a review after you call me a liar! There was trash in my unit from somebody else when i first opened it there no lock from your company when i rented the unit i rented the unit over the phone and over the internet did not meet any body face 2 face until i asked the manager a question and she was very rude i have no reason to lie about your storage business have a nice day and if you want i would love to call and talk to the owner

These people are amazing!!! Lou Ann went above and beyond for me and have always been courteous and helpful. I have other storage places in the past and always felt like a #...not here! We will be having a long relationship and as a biz owner I will be using them across the valley. Jack the maintenance guy also went on more than 1 occasion way above and beyond he also helped me get a great deals on a pallet jack pallet racks and much more....boy is he resourceful. Thanks again

Great experience, kind ,professional, extremely quick to respond. So helpful. Then completely understanding, when our lives were completely in a moment Changed. They were super understanding. If you you need, quick same day storage, 100% covid clean and and kindness, that's sometimes so very hard to come by...then this is your place. The property seems to be well maintained but I still think the price is way too high!. I still intend to remove my belongings because they went up on the price and it's just not worth it. I've been there for many years and they know that and I've never missed a payment or been late but they still raised the rent. I'm gone as soon as my health allows.

I have had many storages in my time and i will say this is the ultimate tops. Meagan is wonderful and she seems to be more on a personable level with all tenants.Shes gone far above expectations and has accomodated us every way possible.. I will be sad when we no longer need storage but if im close by u bet ill pop in to say hi to her and her son.

I just started renting a storage unit at Anytime Storage. I can't comment on the storage unit itself except to say that it was clean. I scored them 5 stars because of their excellent customer service! I was very impressed with the help I received. Thanks Anytime staff! I'm glad I chose you guys!

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! Manager was very helpful, friendly & informative. Property is safe & clean. Other tenants show curtosy to each other when using space infront of your storage entrance & while driving on property. Great move in specials & fair prices after. Great place.

Excellent customer service and make it super easy to make your payments. My mother has a unit there and lived in California. She would have trouble remembering her unit, they helped every single time without an issue. I’m getting a unit for myself to store some things.

The gentleman working the phones and desk over the weekend couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. My inquiry and eventual booking was for RV parking and the spot is super-easy in and super easy out. PLUS, they had the lowest rates of 15 places I called. THANKS!

My girlfriend rented units from here and they have been awesome. Have had mini storage units before, but none with staff like they have. They are actually happy to help in any way they can, unlike other places that act like you've inconvenienced them!

Megan is very sweet.... very helpful. I'm so glad I chose this storage. Had been to two other that night, but there was no one there. Open but no one there.... Then I get there looking to get the same. Of course I didn't. Very happy with the service.

We have used Anytime Storage twice now. We leave our truck there for 3 months while we travel. Great personal service and a safe and secure sight for our vehicle. We will be using Anytime Storage year after year.

I don't hate anytime storage I get treated very well there the Manager is a very nice person knows her business well and I have to say the rent there is reasonable been renting there 5yrs now ask for Magen!

The recent price increase and insurance requirements have made it financially unsound for me to continue use of this facility. The value of my contents does not justify the expense.

What can I say... it's a storage place that was located conveniently for my situation, has all drive up to the door spaces, and it's competitively priced.
