My girlfriend and I are very grateful we met Maximiliano and Michael at Aparthotel Casa Mia. We had a rocky start when we got to the hotel and found out we got scammed by a booking page. According to the booking I made, we were staying three nights at Casa Mia for a total price of €180,- (60,- per night). For the ones who know Milan, would agree that I found a great deal, considering its one of the most expensive city to stay at. As it turned out, it was to good to be true, I got scammed and my reservation did not get to the owners of Casa Mia in Milan. Thankfully Maximiliano and Micheal were not only incredibly kind but also helped us to find alternatives. We are for ever great-full they helped us and tried to calm us, as we were shocked and couldn’t believe something liked this had happened to us. They did not have a room available for the first night, but thanks to them we could stay a few buildings next door at HomeStay, It was the best option for us. For the second and third night they did have a room available and we got the pleasure to stay at their hotel. They were our knights in shining armours, we have never encountered such kindness in any hotels we visited over the years. They are service-oriented, kind, professionals and attentive. About the room, it’s great value for price! As others already mentioned the hotel is recently renovated. The room has its own little kitchen containing a refrigerator and coffee machine. In the kitchen there is a small round table were you can start with an early breakfast before starting your day in the beautiful Milano! They offer thee, crackers and jam, it’s all included in the price (self-service). The room/studio is huge! A lot of space and its pleasant to the eye. It’s very, very, very clean which is great for someone who has a lot of allergies. The bathroom is also spotless, very large with a nice shower where you can actually move in. We have been to budget hotels that had the smallest showers, it is nice to be able to move while cleaning yourself. In the bathroom they provide nice smelling shampoos, toothbrushes and (slippers). The rooms are cleaned and you will have fresh towels every day. The hotel is located quite central. We bought a three day ticket for public transport (zone M1 - M3) and we could get every where super fast! The duomo is only three stops away from República (one of the nearest metro station). Milano was beautiful, but we enjoyed our stay even more because we had a goodnight sleep at Aparthotel Casa Mia. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know. Séjour parfait en couple. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit à 2 et sommes arrivés très tard en raison d’un gros retard sur notre vol. Et pourtant meme à 00h quelqu’un était la pour nous accueillir et nous tenir au courant par WhatsApp. L’hotel est excellemment situé pour se rendre en centre- ville (3 stations de metro pour aller à Duomo avec le M3, soit 15 minutes), pour aller a la gare Milano Centrale (15 minutes a pied ou 5/10 en métro), ou encore pour aller en bus a l’aéroport de Milan-Bergame ce qui était notre cas. En ce qui concerne la chambre, rien à redire non plus. J’ai consulte les avis négatifs au préalable et ils datent tous de 4/5 ans. L’hotel a clairement été refait entre temps et la chambre est propre, très spacieuse et très bien équipée.

Cheap, easy to get to and located next to a nexus of 5 transit lines, smells like bleach, so must be clean? But it's small, dingy and dark. Nevertheless, if all you want is a place to sleep with a tiny shower then this would be fine. Twenty four hour reception, they take credit cards, have free wifi of decent strength and the guys at the desk were plenty friendly and helpful-- they called us a taxi at 4am and the taxi arrived within five minutes. Without traffic, the trip to Linate Airporte took about 15 minutes and cost less than 30 euro. If I were returning for a longer stay in Milan I'd stay somewhere else, but as a stopover on the way to a flight, or if you intend to party all night and pass out without care for your surroundings, then this is perfect.

Un hôtel appartement vraiment idéal. Très bien situé, toutes les commodités à côté, une super pizzeria juste en bas de l’hôtel, un plus pour dîner le soir après une bonne journée de découverte de Milan. Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Excellente literie et des oreillers top à mémoire de forme, rare de nos jours dans les hôtels. Très grande salle de bains avec douche immense… à l’italienne bien sûr. Propreté irréprochable, très calme et un personnel très accueillant et disponible. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifico, une adresse à conserver en référence.

The staff wasn't really nice. Well, at least the grey haired one. The another with the tatoos was ok. When i arrived i noticed there was a construction work outside my room in the internal side of the building. I asked the receptionist he knew if the situation will continue on Sunday morning. He said he didn't know and then he added that the room was that cheap on that weekend because of that, that it was a special offer. It was obvious he totally made it up!! The room was noisy, the bathroom even if clean very old and looked like dirty, the carpets along the corridor disgusting. It's true there was a 2 stars hotel, but i've been in 3 stars much more cheaper and nicer. Only good thing; the position.

Camere molto pulite, curate e belle. Noi abbiamo preso l'appartamento in mansarda con cucina e camera separata. 2 TV ma l'unica pecca è che avevamo un solo telecomando. Ci siamo dimenticati di dirlo al proprietario. Comunque tutti molto cortesi. Alla sera abbiamo preso la pizza nella pizzeria di sotto. Buona... E la fermata della metro è a 200 metri. Per me buonissimo hotel

Posizionato al centro della città e collegato con tutti i mezzi pubblici, camere molto nuove e pulite, accesso alla struttura tramite Chiave digitale, le stanze sono munite di tutti i confort; dal microonde all’aria condizionata. Ottimo, lo consiglio

Aparthotel Casa Mia is a wonderful place to stay in Milan. It is on a walking distance from the centre and the central station. The whole place is new, the rooms are the same as in the pictures. Clean and comfortable rooms. We had a complimentary everyday from the owners coffee, still water etc. Loved it!

Avoid!! Untrustworthy we booked this 3 months in advance and they decided to cancel our booking the day before we arrived - they said there was an issue with my credit card which I was using with no problems for rest of our trip and sent a WhatsApp message asking for new credit card details - no official email or anything - if you don’t want your room cancelled last minute with no explanation or email don’t book and save yourself the stress!

Een heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor een weekend of midweek Milaan. Een stevig bed, maar prima geslapen. Prachtige en comfortabele badkamer met inloopdouche! Heel vriendelijk personeel, ze willen je met alles helpen. Naast een mooi park gelegen, waar je in de ochtend fijn doorheen kunt lopen op weg naar de binnenstad van Milaan. Wij hebben genoten.

Posizione molto comoda, vicino a stazione e a fermata metro e tram storici (tra cui il 33 per sedi universitarie e stazione di Lambrate). Colazione essenziale ma buona (soprattutto i cornetti). Stanza piccola (n.26) e un po' datata ma pulita e dotata dell'essenziale. Impianto di aerazione e reception talvolta troppo rumorosi, specialmente a notte tarda. In fin dei conti un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per viaggi di lavoro.

Loved my stay here! Best value I’ve had so far in Milan. The location is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The kitchen in the apartment is so nice and they even left me with some complimentary water and snacks. The bathroom was great and I loved my view out the window into a super cute court yard. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler.

Appartamento molto bello, e funzionale, moderno, pulitissimo, personale disponibile, molto cortese e presente in loco garanzia di sicurezza. Eccellente la posizione , sicuramente se torno a Milano alloggero' qui ancora.

Freundliches Personal, saubere große und schöne Zimmer. Als Ausgangspunkt absolut perfekt. Frühstück: Verpackter Zwieback, Crackers und bisschen Marmelade. Der Kaffee ist sehr gut .

Súper experiencia. La verdad es que el hotel es impecable. Nada malo para decir. La atención amabilísima, el cuarto/apartamento SUEPER limpio y cómodo. Nos dejaron café, aguas, unos biscuits. La ubicación esta súper bien, cerca de la estación de tren y a 15 minutos del domo. Súper recomendado.

Rooms were very nice, especially 2 TV's and they were actually smart TV's. Service guy was nice and welcoming. Great restaurants nearby also. And bar just outside.

Great hotel next to the city center, nice location with the good restaurants and shops around. Room was super clean, renovated and comfortable to stay in. Hotel’s team also included snacks for breakfast and coffee when we arrived, very satisfied with our experience there!

Pas d'insonorisation. Le bruit et le bavardage du couloir des proprietaire d'hotels et des gerants est dans ma chambre. Le fait qu'on ne parle pas italien n'est pas tres apprécié. Le type au bureau d'accueil n'est pas du tout accueillant. Aucun "eye to eye" contact.

Had an excellent stay at Casa Mia, which is in a great location in the city. Our flight was delayed and so we arrived really late and a member of staff waited for us beyond working hours and made sure we checked in ok. Room was spacious, modern and clean.

Great value for its location close to Milan Centrale and had all required amenities

Perfect. The best stay in Milan. Good to remember that this is not a hotel, is a apart hotel so it doesn’t have breakfast, but they made available a lot of snacks that helps us save out time to enjoy the day. The cost benefit is maravilhoso.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. In prossimità del centro storico, della metro, dei tram e della stazione centrale. Numerosi locali dove mangiare e bere in zona. Silenzioso, camere grandi con piccolo cucinotto, dotate di tutti in comfort.

Pulizia, disponibilità e cortesia. L'appartamento era completamente in ordine, il personale gentile e disponibile, inoltre Aparthotel si trova in una zona strategica circondata da tutti i punti tattici milanesi, senz'altro da ritornarci.

Hotel très vieux, trop cher pour cette qualité. Poignée de la fenêtre cassée, chasse d'eau très bruyante et pendant longtemps, accueil glacial... Hôtel à éviter. Il ne devrait pas figurer dans un site de recommandation d'hôtels.

Hyper bruyant, j'ai eu la malheur d'avoir une chambre pres de la reception, en plus cour intérieure trés bruyante, réveil à 7 heures garanti, petit dejeuner pas tres fourni, dommage car situé entre la gare et le centre
