After over five years of using Apex auto always I thought it was way past time to leave a review. The best mechanics I have ever used. Just recently I had to get a new used car and took my car straight there and the guys found things the car dealership missed, the car yard mechanic missed, the pre inspection Meckanic missed and did such a thorough job going over my new used car from fixing a type puncture no one else found to fitting the correct spark plug that everyone else missed. After sales service always above and beyond. Have been using Apex auto for over five years for a reason and I wouldn’t take my car to anyone else they are that good. I don’t leave many google reviews but Apex auto service deserves five stars and if anyone needs anything done to their car go to Apex Auto you won’t be disappointed. Thanks a lot guys to everyone who works at Apex auto.

Battery died whilst at Medical Clinic in Springwood at lunch time on Monday. Were about to leave for the south coast. Took about 20 min to contact NRMA and told 3 hour wait. Lifted bonnet and waited. Lady exited the clinic and asked if could help. Said she had a mechanical friend in Springwood and rang Phil. 10 min later young guy from Apex turned up to jump start the car. No charge which surprised us, being ex City folk (now in Winmalee). BTW we were not customers of Apex but will take our cars there for future servicing.

Had my car there to fix oil leak they had my car for a week the first time had to take the car back because it was still leaking from the same place got the car back again and still leaking oil so had new sump put on another week in the shop although they had supplied courtesy car got car back again still leaking took car to another mechanic went over the whole car in a day and fixed every repair that had been done here and now have no oil leak and car running perfectly wouldn't recommend and won't be back

My wife and I have been customers for our two cars, for 13 years. We are always happy with the pricing, quality and honesty of their work. Every now and then they prove this in a particular way. Today I was sure I needed them to fix a leaking valve or a hole in a tyre but on collecting my car I was advised that it was only the rubber “cap” which was cracked. They replaced it. A small thing but another example, of which there have been many, of their honesty and integrity.

The guys at Apex really know their stuff. Inparticular they really know euro cars back to front. Big thanks to Jake who has in-depth knowledge of VW/Audi and has the required tools. I tried several other recommended mechanics who all turned a timing chain down...Apex had it done the next day. I have always done my own servicing and maintenance but you can’t go wrong with the quality of mechanical and customer service and the pricing. Recommended to family and friends.

I am so grateful to Phil and the guys at Apex. Whilst driving through Springwood I blew a tyre and was quite far from home and obviously in a pickle. Amazingly, it happened so close to the Apex Workshop. I pulled in and asked Phil for help and he was so kind that even though they did not have the tyre I needed, he at no cost changed my tyre to the spare and within a matter of moments I was back on my way. I can not recommend these guys highly enough!

I was a regular customer even though this place is little bit expensive. I needed to get pinkslip for my car and it was really urgent. It would have take only like 10 mins or may be less then that but they said they are completely booked for 2 days. I was so amazed and angry that they couldn't squeeze 10min of there time to their regular customer. Anyway i dont think they care so good for them. They just lost a regular customer

Got my car serviced this week after it decided to die on me. When they gave me the laundry list of problems I was afraid it'd break my bank (like past places have) to my surprise though everything was priced so well. On top of great pricing the blokes there are just good stock, always polite and keeping you up to date on what's happening. I've been to a lot of mechanics but I'll be sticking with Apex after this. Highly recommended

I had an issue with my car and was quoted a ridcioucly large amount, I went to Apex for a second quote. Not only was there service fantastic but they were able to give me a reasonable and fair quote. There availability is great and fast reliable service. Highly recommend to anyone as finding a trust worthy mechanic isn't easy and this is defiently the place to go.

Found out on a Friday afternoon I had to travel away for a business trip the following week, however needed a wheel bearing replaced before the car was ok to drive. Team at Apex fit me in at short notice the next Saturday morning and got it done for me. Great rates, personable service. Will probably become my regular place for a service.
