Had pretty good experiences before hand. I’ve had a few visits with Dr. Reddy, and he is super nice and accommodating and seems like he genuinely cares about your situation. As too are the dental assistants. Although I’m a little disappointed in the front desk staff. I was waiting to make a review when Dr Reddy and I finished the work on my teeth so I could show results through photos. But this changed my mind. They were always nice and also accommodating when it came to scheduling. However, when I called today and cancelled because my child is sick and I let them know I’m unable to go due to a family issue and asked to reschedule, Heather informed me that if you cancel on a Saturday they will no longer let you schedule on a Saturday and was ignorant of when I’d be able to schedule a Saturday again. All she said was “you can’t for some time until they let you” lol and had an attitude when I questioned why I wasn’t told that before scheduling on a Saturday. She then told me it’s in the new patient paperwork, that I could of read when I signed, and that the weekends are their busiest time, but again nobody told me, nobody said anything during the signing of the paperwork, they just tell you to sign for consent and billing. When I called back and asked to speak to a hire up concerning her attitude, she gave me more attitude and said I had to wait til Monday because the office staff are not there on the weekends and that the dentist was busy with other patients. I’m a very understanding person and even told her when I asked to reschedule I knew they would be busy because the holiday is coming up and asked to reschedule in Jan and I know that the dentist may be busy and that Saturdays may be busy, but to have the attitude was unnecessary and made me question who they hire and want working for them let alone represent the face of their office. I wasn’t rude, so there was no reason for her to be. I wanted clarification on why I wouldn’t be able to reschedule and when I could be able to again. Made me not want to go back honestly. But I have searched for a good dentist for years and would hate to have to leave. Guess we’ll see how things change in Jan. If there’s another experience like that, I will not return. Which again being so understanding I know they’ll read this and say they don’t care that they’ll always have patients. But at the end of the day, I wouldn’t treat someone like that when all they did was ask a question. She wouldn’t want to be treated that way if it came to her needing to reschedule something. I’m sorry to inconvenience you on a Saturday. “It won’t happen again.” Lol. Sounds like she was having a bad day and maybe she was looking for someone to take it out on. But I hope in the future she doesn’t treat someone else that way. That’s a good way to deter someone from wanting to go there.

Less than one star. I’d like to preface this review with the statement that; all front desk staff and dental assistants I came into contact with were kind, caring and patient. I appreciate them and the patience they have, especially after experiencing their authoritative lead. The dentist from my first of two appointments appeared rushed, inpatient, and always having a superior-mindset with me as a client. He would cut me off, repeat things as if I’m a child, and proceed to assume what I was going to say and not allowing me to actually speak for myself. However, I had gone in on emergency notice because I had a baseball sized swell from an infected hot tooth. My first appointment ended in antibiotics and another appointment for a root canal in a week (you CANT REMOVE AN INFECTED TOOTH) I return, and upon receiving numbing shots immediately tear up in pain. I’ve never reacted so poorly to novacaine and I said this. I was crying in pain then throughout the procedure, attempting to voice my concern and constantly being told to “be patient”. Finally he was forced to hear me being unable to work with my sobbing and e rays my mouth to see an active infection still there. After reluctantly giving me a second round of numbing and my crying from pain persisting- the dentist grew inpatient and started telling me it’s not his problem that I’m in pain based on never hearing a complaint before and that I can either be patient and sit through this to have a ROOTCANAL covered by MEDICAID (probably falsely claiming insurance policies fyi cause Medicaid doesn’t offer root canal coverage I’ve learned) or he will send me out to a specialist he “knows I can’t afford”. I began to voice my concern with his practice asking why he didn’t check to see if I had an infection before he started, or stopping after he knew. Why he hadn’t listened to me and my expressions of pain. And he temp. Sealed the tooth, shamed me on manners and sent me on my way. In the active process of having this man delicensed. If you are a DA or a Front desk person, please find a place with a dentist who respects you cause this one doesn’t have long and it’s obvious he has little respect for women and humans as a wholes I wish I could deeper explain the disrespect but these are highlights.

Wish I could give this place more stars and I sincerely thought I was going to based off of how kind the staff and dental assistant was. however the dentist I spoke with made me pretty frustrated. I was having SEVERE tooth pain and was ecstatic that they were able to get me into a 10am appointment for that day. However as soon as I check in I was left sitting partially in the waiting room and partially in the back room for nearly TWO hours. When the dentist finally did come in, he proceeded to do a short 5 second test on my tooth and that I would be needing a root canal. He informed me that it’s a pretty lengthy operation which typically takes about two hours to perform. I didn’t say this to him but I was pretty peeved considering that if he was able to help me at my SCHEDULED TIME two hours prior then he probably could have helped me. I’m not sure why he couldn’t have at least came and did that test on me sooner so I at least knew and wasn’t sitting there in pain for two hours. Anyway I was able to get ahold of comfort dental while I was waiting on a nurse to come back with my release paperwork and comfort dental was able to get me in that day.

Long, long wait. Appointment began 40 minutes after my scheduled time. Not much communication from the front desk beyond what was absolutely necessary. It would have been cool if the receptionist had said something like, "We are running a little behind today, so we really appreciate your patience." Or "Sorry for the wait. It shouldn't be too much longer." Even some idle chit chat (with me, not her coworkers), would have been better than the wall of silence I faced. I felt invisible until i was called back. That being said, Dr. Reddy was super super quick once he finally got started. The most amazing thing to me was when he was giving me numbing shots with those scarily huge syringes, he was the best at it. I couldn't believe it! I couldnt feel the first 4 pokes!! - only the 5th one -and that has never happened before. I usually feel all of them. Amazing! Also...he gave me enough of the numbing compound the first time. No need to poke me again to give me more (which tends to happen, as i have red in my hair, so i an hard to numb).

I've been going to Apex Dental, Dr. Reddy, for almost 5 years. He made a referral to excellent oral surgeon whom managed to save a tooth that seemed like it would have to be pulled. After that surgery I completed several fillings, crowns and numberous cleanings over the years with Dr. Reddy. The office works well with my insurance and I have never had any billing issues. The billing/cost was actually why I switched dentists. Dr. Reddy does quality work for an affordable price. Also, I have never had an issue getting in; the scheduling is always impeccable. Dr. Reddy is kind and has a great sense of humor. I experience a lot of anxiety about dental work. He does offer nitrous to those of us who need it for an out of pocket price depending if it is appropriate for the procedure he is doing. He always puts my health first and takes his time explain why he does things a certain way. I appreciate the education that he takes the time to offer to all of his patients. I highly recommend Apex Dental, Dr. Reddy.

Did not have a good dental experience. The dentist rushed through my cleaning. He also would not let me explain an issue I was having and interrupted me to comment on what I was not talking about because he was rushing. I was there 30 min early with no one in the office wasn’t sat into a chair till 15 min after my appointment. Someone else left that got there after me because they had to wait in the chair for over 30 min after appointment time. They don’t use dental hygienist and the cleaning is trash. The dentist cut my gums because he was rushing. Then I had polish in my teeth even after my appointment. They started to floss my teeth without even clearing all the polish. Probably the worst experience I’ve had.

Late afternoon on Saturday, an implant started falling out and I was freaking out. My dentist office was closing in a half hour and, not only wouldn't see me, they told me to "call around" for a dentist. Too bad for them. I found Apex Dental and got an appointment right away. Oddly, my implant fell out during my drive there but they still took care of me, doing an exam and x-rays and finding that nothing needed to be done until the gap healed on its own for a few weeks. Everyone was very calming and it was an overall great dental experience. I don't know what the cost would have been because my insurance covered it but I will go back to Apex and Dr. Reddy for my dental care.

I felt like they did not genuinely care about the pain I was having. They also told me I needed a root canal done. I couldn't afford it so I was going to have to just get the tooth extracted. But they said they had to wait to hear from my Medicaid to respond before they could even do it.i really did not want to lose my tooth so I ended up going to another place for a second opinion and found out I just needed to redo my fillings.. my tooth is now better thanks to another dental place that has a much better vibe and actually cared about my situation and if I was in pain. I strongly felt that the doctor just wanted money by saying I needed a root canal when it was a easy fix.

I had a great experience with my first visit to Apex Dental. They got me in fast, and they handled a complex dental emergency with great care and compassion. The clinic was very clean, well organized and aesthetically nice. Their staff is great, they really listen! I give the dentist an A+. He took all the complications into consideration and found a way to help me, quickly, almost painlessly. I highly recommend Apex Dental, especially if you have a problem. Not all dentists have the same level of education. If you need more than just routine care, Apex has exceptionally well qualified, well trained dentists.

The entire staff at Apex was soo friendly! They were very professional from the first time I called and super accommodating when I had to change my appointment. They were also very nice, everyone was nice! I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist so I was super nervous when I got to the office. The people at the front desk put on a movie and it helped me to relax, and by the time I left I was talking with them about food! Who leaves the dentist thinking about food?! Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend to anyone.

I had an emergency and could not get an appointment in my area. Apex dental is open Saturdays and were able to accommodate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and organized. Dr. Reddy is kind, efficient, and provides a clear explanation of what is needed, what he can do, and aftercare. He checked in consistently during the procedure to ask if I was ok or had pain. This was a positive experience, considering it was a trip to the dentist, and I will not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

two wisdom teeth with two different dentists. The doctor from a clinic in North East, traumatized me with how fast he took one of my impacted teeth and how painful the after procedure was but with Dr. Reddy on my second tooth, it was a bliss. The anaesthesia didnt numb my face so bad and still after procedure pain was minimal. He took the time to slowly but surely remove the very impacted wisdom tooth. He is an amazing doctor with gentle hands and precise work. 2000% recommended.

The best dentist there is in abq! They’re open late, will work with you to get you an appointment, and they do great work! Their staff is the nicest people I’ve met in the industry for sure! Love them. They are compassionate and gentle too when doing dental work which I love. They work around my dental anxiety and stay calm and reassuring the entire time. I absolutely fear the dentist office. I’ve tried a few times to start the process of healing my mouth. A few places I went to made me feel awful. I broke a tooth last week and had to see a dentist. I choose Apex Dental. I was terrified to go.This office is phenomenal. I felt safe and heard. I can’t wait to start the process to fix my teeth. I can’t thanks enough Dr. Ready for taking me in on a Saturday, new years eve. I was traveling that weekend and had an emergency on one of my tooth, i was in deep pain, i called the clinic and talked to dr. Ready and explained the situation, he didn’t hesitate to take me in that same morning and helped me release the pain. For ever grateful of him and his entire team, very friendly and caring. They were friendly however I wouldn’t go back. They didn’t treat my emergency as an emergency. Totally understand it happened during the holiday season, and the doctor got stuck in traffic . However my time also matters, and I had something else in my life going on. I would also assume a level of professionalism would still be maintained. Other then having your first patient sit and wait in the back while everyone has donuts and joke.

My husband started having an excruciating toothache at 8pm Thursday night, I was able to message their business page and was able to get him an appointment at 8am the next morning and they were able to extract the painful tooth within the hour. We were treated AMAZING, the whole staff is AMAZING. They took great care of my husband and were so kind. We were so happy with our visit we made it our regular Dentist!

Dr. Reddy took excellent care of me. Was half way through a six week road trip almost 2,000 miles from home with a dental emergency on a Friday evening. The group at Apex got me in the next morning saving the trip from delay. Learned along the way Dr. Reddy and myself went to schools across the street from one another in NJ at different times of course. My gratitude and sincere thank you to the entire staff.

My son was hit in the mouth by a baseball, knocking his 2 front teeth back. I called every dentist in abq and they got him in with in 2 hours of it happening. The Dr. Gave us the run down on what he was going to do and reassured us he was going to do his best and my son would be ok. A hour later my son was all fixed up. I cant be anymore greatful for this office and his wonderful staff.

If I could give less than one star I could. The Google listing AND the website both state that this office is open 24/7. Imagine my surprise after driving clear across town with an abscess tooth to find a locked door with the hours printed on it that they were closed Sundays. If you're going to update your hours at least have the common decency to let the community know as well!

The entire staff was incredibly friendly. Everyone was cheerful and made my son feel welcome and comfortable. They put a movie on for my daughter as well. The treatment plan was clear and easy to understand. Same day appointment and minimal wait time. We had the treatment done the same day as the exam. Very professional and efficient. Absolutely fantastic experience! I went on a Friday afternoon with excruciating pain in my bottom left tooth. As a new patient I was in, diagnosed with an infection, and out in less than 15 minutes. Four days later I have no pain and didn't have to have my tooth pulled like I thought I would. The staff was friendly. It was easy to find. 10/10 would recommend!

I cannot recommend this practice enough. The staff here are fantastic and make you feel right at home. You are going to get top notch care here. I decided to go back, to see if they worked out there problem. They did not. I was siting in the dentist chair for 3hrs. Went in for a root canal, but never got it. I am siting there all numb up for 3hrs. Then the dentist said it needs to be pull. Maybe I don't have the best insurance, BUT SHOULD NEVER GET TREATED LIKE THEY DON'T MATTER. Thank you.

This is our first experience with Apex dental and they were very professional and knowledgeable.
