I’m writing this review post 1 month of servicing done of my Ford Figo and I have had worst experience with GoMechanic & Service Centre in Vikram Nagar, Lucknow. They kept the car for two days, did the servicing and charged whopping amount of 17.5k. Post servicing car started leaking oil & smoking and when I showed it to them again they simply told there is work in engine which will cost some 50k more. This simply means they either did not do any full body scanning which was part of the comprehensive service package or now they want to further loot me. Also, 1 week post servicing I got to know that turbo hose pipe was completely cut which they didn’t check while servicing. Also, while paying for membership, I wrongly paid additional 1090 rupees for they all have been telling it’s being refunded but it’s been a month and I have not received any refund. Initially they kept telling some stories like … refund has been initiated … it’s on hold … it’s been re-released along with screenshots but now either they are simply backing off telling there is any refund or asking me to contact the bank. After this is what happened to me, all I can say is … they are fake, cheat people and loot their money.

All time when i get my car serviced they said that this part is totally damaged n the rate of the parts is so high. Some staff are goods but some of them are not goods.... Specially Amir n Gaurav and Taufik is so good, they are out standing guys...

Work is good here , half the prizes of authorised with genuine parts ,3rd time customer here , I also recommended 3 people for your workshop , "may be next time give me more discount …

Budget friendly place for local repairs and service. Got my AC repaired, and it's working good now for my 10 yrs old car.

Need advise from your adviser to point out anything leftover from customer to pin point. Anyway service is awesome.
