Very sad to see unprofessional and untrained staff misbehaved in Apollo, have seen their services across India but sadly in Gujarat only few, I’d say none of the executives are well Behaved. Store timings at 11 or maybe 12AM but they will Shut the shutters at 10:30 and won’t respond to you for anything. If anything but delays even after ample staff and lack of stock and bossing around to a customer would give nothing but no business .. people are needs for medicines but same time educated not to tolerate any inconvenience causing them again and again..irrespective of anything the staff is very rude and Apollo should either shut the store or primarily do something to hire better people more interested and needy. Considering a patient should be the goal not just business for Apollo. Sad but real.

Third-class pharmacy store, every time I have to return without medicines because they haven't medicines in stock, I think it's general store where only general products available but medicines not available... Third-class pharmacy store don't trust on this store take your medicines from other places otherwise you have to go back to other medical store by long distance....

Poor service , staff is worst n misbehaves talk unprofessionally , never bother to helps customers, they talk like they are DON of shop , also majority of time they avoid giving bills by excuse that printer not working and if we ask for written bibi in such circumstances they won't saying koi jarurat nahi kahi aur se lelo ..

Terrible. I think they should shut the store. The workers are so unprofessional and they shout at you. I would file a police complain for the misbehaviour that happened with me. This store should certainly shut its shutters permanently.

Totally unprofessional behavior and they eat so much of your time to provide you a couple of medicines . Every time i have gone they take atleast 10 to 15 mins search and give medicines . Untrained staff . Pathetic behaviour .

Nice place to shop for medicine and other related items. They do have membership schemes which offers cash back. Plus they have lot of branches so your membership is valid at all branches.
