Overall Good behavior with customers. But they forget to offer scheme on medicines. When we ask for scheme, staff told us now bill prepared. One my bad incident on 19.04.22 purchased medicines of Rs. 251. Used Rs. 131gift point/ cash back and given Rs. 120 cash.Next day, I have return medicines of Rs. 251 and purchased another medicine of Rs. 222 and told to adjust Rs. 250 and give back difference to me. Representative told me that cash back could not be adjusted, it will be re credit in your account, please pay difference of Rs. 103. I have paid cash for medicine. In the month of May on purchase of medicine I ask for cash back , surprisely it was only aroundRs. 25 instead of Rs. 130 plus. At that time give me assurance to look for. Today, I raised issue of cash back and give me reply that cash back should be taken on returning medicines. I learn the lesson after cheating me.

I gave the staff the prescription given and he gave me medicines and after a week when I again asked for that medicine he gave me some other medicine and when I checked the previous medicine given to me was VERY HIGH POWER MEDICINE which made me feel DIZZY the entire day due to high DRUG CONTENT in it. This makes me post this comment that IF YOU ARE BUYING MEDICINE THEN CHECK IT TWICE BEFORE BUYING BECAUSE IT CAN HARM YOUR HEALTH... NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO THE STAFF.

They have a good policy for making an account on your number and after getting points you can redeem your points on the store. But they don't take payments through Google Pay , they accept payments only via cash , card or Paytm wallet which is unacceptable.

A very honest and dedicated staff.. they are very cooperative.. in this tough situation of lockdown..they are serving us at their best.. Hats off all.. thankyou for being...regards
