Very Very Bad Response. Recently I have visited apollo pharmacy in yelahanka new town and i asked for lactogen stage 1 and cerelac stage 1,they don't have stage 1 of cerelac and they have given to me stage 2 and they were billed for those two products . I have requested to him cancel the bill and instead of cerelac stage 2 this price is Rs.196 i have taken farex stage 1 price is Rs.396, so for that i have asked bill,he was telling that come to tomorrow,i said why should come to next day it's waste of time for me ,now only can you give bill for that he started argue with me and the way speaking is not good and he was telling if you want bill you only do my system and take print to do their work in system, that is not my work rite how can he say to do work.That is not the way of speaking to customers. I request apollo pharmacy trained them very clearly how to speak customers and how to handle etc..,

Yesterday I bought a oxymerer from @Apollo_Pharmacy. The reading was so abnormal & created a lot of troble. Today when asked for the replacement, the lady & the guy in the shop started abusing & start threatening. The shop is at Yelahanka Newtown

Very poor and sloppy customer service..... Most of the time they never have the required medicines...... always demands for change even though they have tons of them...and Denise to give the medicine

All types of alopathy medicine available here.. specially baby care products. only suggestion I would recommend is to maintain the price below MRP.
