Excellent customer service and warranty. Last year my windshield cracked badly by a flying stone, I found this auto glass store with many good reviews and very reasonable price, so used their service to have the windshield replaced here. A year later this month, I noticed that in the bottom right corner the glass had a small crack by itself. I went to the store, Shawn came to check it out. Without much saying, Shawn already offered a free replacement under the warranty, and said would order a new windshield and call me to set up the appointment time. Within a few days, reception already phoned to set up the time. The windshield has been replaced without a problem. If you need windshield service, looks no further, you can trust this store.

Amazing service, I had an appointment, for what i thought was a chip in my windshield, turned out it was just sap (embarrassing). I asked them to look to see if they could find the source of a water leak in the trunk. I had been to the Volkswagen dealership 3 times regarding the leak, and their last diagnostic was that the back window needed to be replace for about $400. Sean ((Shawn?) at Apple Auto Glass, took the time to investigated the problem thoroughly, and while they could not find the exact source of the leak, there were able to tell me that the window is not the issue, saving me time and money. Should i need any car window replacement, this is were is will be going.

Fast and good service. Great in terms of timing. A few days later, I noticed that they did not put the eye piece of the car (the lane and sign reader) back to the windshield in a proper way. And I was facing trouble in turning the lane assist service back to OFF. I didn’t have the time to contact Apple Auto Glass to blame them, however, they took the initiative to contact me and they were keen to fix that. They even sent a person to my house to fix it. And when it did not work they lent me a car and took mine, and within a few hours, they were able to put the setting back right. In summary, I’m impressed with the level of customer service.

Called about a windshield replacement and was given a quote and quick appointment without issue. The front desk representative was friendly and easy to deal with. He was ready and waiting for me to arrive, in fact. If you feel like waiting, there are chairs and a TV playing. There are some nice shops/restaurants and places to walk around in the area if you want to do that instead. The replacement windshield itself is very similar to factory one and was well installed, with no issues so far. I highly recommend Apple Auto Glass Carling location. I had a hassle free and pleasant experience.

We have now used this location for a couple of windshield replacements and had to take a moment to let people know of our great experiences. From the initial phone call things were explained and made easy for us. One replacement went through insurance and was seamless. The second did not and was just as seamless. We did have an issue but it was quickly resolved by the friendly and efficient staff. Love the fact they use quality glass unlike the places. Also, love the warranty. Receptionist very polite and efficient in getting me scheduled, processing the work order and getting me on my way. The owner handled the install directly and dealt with all aspects with professionalism and to my complete satisfaction. I was in and out in less time than projected and a day later the results appear perfect. I don’t often make a review but in this case the service level and pleasant experience prompted it. I wouldn’t hesitate bringing my service to this Apple Auto Glass shop on 2981 Carling Rd in the future.

I can not recommend this company enough. From my initial inquiry to the final installation of my new windshield, the staff at Apple Auto Glass were extremely friendly, timely, helpful, accommodating, and the final result was perfect. I had gotten a quote from another service provider and Apple Auto Glass came in 10%+ less expensive. I don't usually leave reviews, but the customer service experience was so great that I felt it was prudent to recommend them to others.

Great customer service, tried calling other glass places (one place called me after a day, another company never even called back). Lorna picked up the first time I called and explained the process, quoted me on the spot, gave me all the options and arranged with insurance company. She got me in quickly (when the OEM part arrived) and installation was done sooner than promised! I would definitely recommend this place. Great job all around!

I definitely do not recommend. There was a crack in the windshield. First I went and asked how much they could do it for. They said there would be a fee of $800-900 plus taxes. Then my insurance said it would cover it, so I went and got it done. They charged $1700. They also did not share the invoice details with me. I feel like I've been scammed. They are not transparent, I do not recommend, I would give -5 stars if I could.

I have come to this location for years to have my windshield chips repaired and this time, my windshield replaced. Alysha ordered my windshield and kept in touch with me as, it was taking a while to track one down. Alysha was very pleasant and kept me informed. Great service at a very reasonable price! In this shop, you don't have to bargain. I had my new car's window tinted here, and they really did a good job. As I'm a new driver, the lady helped me to choose the right color and reminded me not to roll down the car windows in 2 days. Also, they even cleaned the exterior of my car, a great thanks. They replaced the windshield for my Toyota Corolla at the lowest price of any place in Ottawa. I also gave them the wrong year by accident, and they only took 30 minutes longer than schedule after having to order the correct windshield. Allowed me to use two mastercard gift cards and charge me nothing extra for giving them the wrong year of the car. First rate, and highly recommend!

This is my 3rd windshield replaced by Apple Auto Glass. Their speed and service are always exceptional, but even more so this time. They ordered and replaced my shattered windshield within hours of receiving my car, replaced the missing wiper blade, and even vacuumed up the glass shards inside the vehicle for me. And their prices are very competitive. Highly recommended.

I am another very happy customer. The receptionist kindly said I could bring my car in for an estimate re a nick in the windshield. Shawn, the owner said it wasn't going any where but touched it up on his own. I recommend this location as your first and only choice because they care. He repaired two other cars for me in the past and did excellent work at a good price.

Calling to book appointment was easy. Got the car in same-day. The appointment itself was 30 minutes. The associate was pleasant and accurate about the time it would take. The stone chip was the size of a dime. Their fix did not make the chip completely disappear - they said that would probably be the case. Overall, I am happy with the service and experience.

Great service. They owned up to a small scratch they caused on my vehicle and bent over backwards to compensate for it. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. I've heard good things about this place, but now I've experienced it. They were also less expensive than anywhere else I looked into for a windshield replacement.

Really impressed with the service. They had the best price out of five shops I quoted. Full replacement of my windshield was done in an hour and a half. Proper COVID precautions in place. I hope to not use their services again, but if I need to I'll be back.
