The only thing going for this Apple location is the fact that it’s only a couple blocks away from everything. However, everything else about this location should be given a negative review on everything they do. This location needs to be investigated by the regional manager of Apple locations in South Florida if that exists, it literally feels like a pop up shop that happens to sell Apple products and the employees over there many are lazy, walk around like they are entitled brats. The manager of this location, after I explain to her how poorly of a job they were doing managing the lines outside for pickups, She gave attitude and told me “Luckily we’re open and we’re not being shut down” Like she was doing me a favor by being open. As a long time customer of 15+ years, Apple needs to really investigate this location so they can bring a resolution that will make this location feel like the Apple experience of old, where customers were treated with respect, dignity and a welcoming environment. Hope things change here.

They literally hire ANYONE at this Apple Store. How are you working the front line registering people to pick up their iPhone 15 model on the launch date and not even know the differences between the iPhone 15 Pro vs. Pro Max !!??? This guy insisted twice after “checking with the manager” that “they’re the same phone, besides processor and bigger screen” …. How is Apple a supposed industry tech leader if their own agents fail to educate themselves on the models’ basic differences? Also, beyond appalling and disastrous organization (if any) at properly making sure the people that actually waited in line made it inside without getting skipped by others. It’s a shame because this is my nearby location and I’ve only dealt with 3 knowledgeable and great Apple agents out of maybe 10 the many times I’ve been here before.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER so unprofessional for a company like this … the biggest company on phones ?? I don’t think so . I went to the store twice to replace my phone under warranty the iPhone 15 pro max was having crazy problems like a stone phone for $1300 so basically happened 3 times my phone won’t don’t anything won’t even turn off , last time it happened I took a video to show them that the phone is having issues and they don’t even look to the video of the iPhone not working . Not even a month with the phone and this happened 3 times already they can’t replace the phone because they’ll loose money but what about the money I paid for it ? Fix your Nokias please thx people needs them to make money not to see it as a stone .

The Apple Store is the Apple Store, but security from the center, not from Apple, was harassing us over our bikes but at the same time letting other have their way. Selective enforcement is not ok. Threatened to have our bikes removed and locked away where we would have to go through a lengthy process to retrieve them. If you’re riding your bike to this place, and you’re not worried about having things stolen off of it, lock them up outside, or don’t bring them here. You’re bound to have issues unless your allowed to get away with it based on whatever criteria they’re going by to decide. The security from Apple however came to our defense and stalled them while we got ourselves out of there.

My phone is one year old, and after the Apple software update, it broke my camera internally. I took it to the Apple Store and she said because I have Google Fi, which is not a supported Apple carrier, There was nothing she could do without even looking at my phone once. She also said if I tried to backtrack the upgrade or reset, it would not do anything. She then proceeded to try to sell me a new phone over $1000. I said no and left, Turns out she straight up lied, and after backtracking the version and resetting the phone the issue was fixed. Sad , moral of the story. Don’t trust this stores Apple employees for repairs ,all they wanna do is sell, and not help .

Loveeeeed the store. Got there to migrate my info and Ku mom into our new iPhones, we come from Android after 10+ years into Samsung but finally their customer service made us switch to Apple. What an experience! A girl approached us to guide us through the back up, then she introduced us to Andrew who was very kind aswell, while my info was uploading, this super nice guy whom I approached without being on the line, as he said at the beginning, ended up selling me an iPad and pen. Their customer service is amazing, a whole experience!

Apple Store at City Brickell has only been opened for about 2-years. Compared to the other stores, this one is mid-size. However, the size is just right to display all products. This time only one “check-in associate just to let them know my arrival for a Genius Bar appointment. Busy store for a Wednesday afternoon, lots or Apple Red shirts to brighten the mood and answer thoroughly any questions. Store has great window views and relaxing waiting area Away from the crowd. This is a plus and a quick chance to unwind a bit. Happy Store!

The Apple store in the Brickell City Centre is huge and impressive! Packed with customers and tourists. They offer IPhone, Ipads and more. There is a repair service also. There were no tables available when we were there but there's always next time! They offer delivery, same day delivery, and in store pickup. They have a wheelchair accessible front entrance and downstairs. There is a wheelchair accessible elevator available on the first floor to take you up.

Terrible experience. I traded in my iPhone and they didn`t transfer my data from the old device to the new one, which is a procedure that Apple must do. As a result, I lost all my data and I still cannot access my main Google account. I had to go on the following day to another Apple Store, on Lincoln Road. They were very helpful and couldn`t believe what they have done to me on Brickell City Centre. I feel totally disrespected and definitely won`t be back!

To start with I got to say that the welcoming was outstanding by Abril at the entrance she greed me with a great smile and toke care of my request right away. This is true of many Apple stores but specially noticeable here. Many times I have been here to so a simple task to buy something or pick up an item...things that should take 5/10 minutes tops. That being said, every process in this store drags and its impossible to be in and out before 50 minutes. No one has answers and you keep being thrown out in circles. By far the most frustrating in person experience I can think of

This was by far the BEST experience ever with knowledgeable, polite and friendly customer service. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked through the doors but the treatment made me feel like royalty. I could not have been happier with how they met my needs in a timely manner. Michael is soooo great! My girlfriend just lost her iPhone, we have to buy a new one. We got a lot of issues with AT&T stuff such as PIN of the lost phone. Thanks to Michael, he helped us to contact AT&T customer service. It took a very long time and great effort of him. We really really appreciate his help. Today is unfortunate for us, But with Michael We get much better now.

I think Apple should replace staff that answer the phone with AI. A staff member told me they had the Ear Pods for USB-C available when they didn't yet. I specificially asked because the newer stuff was going to be released on September 22st, 2023.. I wasted $60 on Uber rides to get over there only to find out they didn't have it yet! Replace this job function with AI!

Everyone I dealt with there was super friendly. Some of them even remember me months later. They’re usually quite helpful. It’s a very busy location and it’s understaffed so prepare to be patient. Some of the more junior associates try to push you hard to buy equipment more expensive than what you need. But the experts are honest and tell it to you like it is.

Go to a supervisor right away to save you the troubles, unhelpful and untrained associates just like to say NO. Went to return an item, this girl not even say hi, since I didn’t have the same card in which the purchase was made she just say NO and that there was no way to do it. Came into the store with a tedious issue. Queen approached me and was able to help me out. She was very patient and resourceful. I appreciated her customer service and attentiveness. She is a great representation of the company! I do have a complaint for the store manager Brian, he was very rude and arrogant and needs to work on his customer service skills.

Worst service I have experienced. Went to buy a phone upfront. First met by the rudest man at the door who took my order with the worst attitude. Then I had to wait over an hour to receive it only after asking for help twice. The staff then continued to push me around for another 20 minutes between each other to take my payment. Unacceptable.

June deserves a raise!! I had the best experience. Outstanding customer service. I had a problem that couldn’t be fixed after multiple Apple stores and multiple calls with Apple support! He fixed my problem so quickly and was so knowledgeable! He was patient with all of my questions and can’t recommend enough! Puts the Genius in Genius Bar!

First of all, this apple store has great staff. They are always helpful. They answer to your all questions with patient. Another good vision is they offer free training that covering video editing, Apple Watch features etc. I attached the sample video that we used during video editing training. The store is always packed, like a can of worms. It’s very stylish and everything, but the staff could be a bit more empathetic. Our guy was a bit too laidback to me, and we had to explain him some key features of an Apple Watch. Also, be prepared to wait for some time. Overall, a good experience but with obvious room for improvement.

If you’re looking for a repair/trade in, don’t look here. They can and will rip you off. I almost got charged $500 for a small repair on my Mac, they put my trade in value wayyy below what that actual value was for my phone, and to fix a bug on my phone (apples fault) it would have been $80. Definitely not worth it.

I planned my vacation around making a visit to Brickell City Centre so I can get to see my reservation ( The Lucid Air) in person for the first time. I am glad that I did because it was amazing to see it. I like the area and the city centre as well. Very nice with an outdoor feeling. I enjoyed it.

The store is full of clients but the apple attendants are really slow. I bought an iPhone online and went for the pickup, the guy that helped me looked and acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. If they were selling any other product but apple products this store would already be closed.

Is always crowded and busy, like a normal Apple store, but for sure you gonna solve your issue eventually. Enjoy of the nice location and modern design of the mall in the meantime you wait, the location is very convenient for everyone, is in Brickell City Center one of the best malls in Miami.

It's a clean location. Easy to get to and parking is $10 to start; there isn't any grace period of free parking like many other locations. Coach, MAC, Victoria Secret as well as some dining and Sisu for your Botox, Fillers and etc. needs to name a few. Shopping is easy. I would recommend.

Probably one of the worst Apple experiences I’ve had. Pat from pickup is completely unfriendly, does not want to help a customer buying a $2000 product. When you walk into the store, no one comes to help or ask what you need. It’s really crazy, Apple stores used to be something different.

We bought a new iPhone and transferring the old data was a hassle, it took more than 2 hours and nothing was resolved. Not even a cell phone from the 90's would take that long. Unprepared attendant, full store with more than half waiting hours for a backup, terrible!!!
