Literally impossible to buy an iPhone 14 Pro in-store (sold out) or online, even if you pre-order it for it pick-up. 30min before the pick-up time they emailed me to call them to verify "something" and promised to hold the order for 6 days. I called - they told me that everything is fine and I should get a confirmation email soon Instead they canceled my order without any specified reason or email notice. I called them again, but they sold it to someone else in that 30min span, as I was unaware that the order was auto-canceled. In-store experience sucks even more: they make you book an appointment for a later time without checking if your iPhone is available at all, so I ended up coming at a later time & waiting 15min, only to be offered to order online again Overall, I love Apple, but their US purchase service is unacceptable even considering the high demand.

Ever since the Apple Store opened on Chestnut, all of my phones have been iPhones. While I wish their products included instructions, I’ve generally been quite happy with the phones and service. Even if you call, Apple customer service can be very helpful. I still think their prices are far too high but, they’re only going to keep going up. I see no reason nor can I afford to keep up with the latest models. When I see long lines just to be the first to have the newest phone, I just have to laugh! Do you really have nothing better to spend your money on? How about skipping the new model and donating to a worthy charity? Somehow, with today’s materialism, I doubt that will happen. Sigh

Alexa has a negative attitude. Was going to buy a new phone and buy airtags but decided against it for now due to the service. Definitely not helpful, didn't answer our questions, and ruined our experience.

Like most Apple Stores, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very well organized and superb layout. As with all Apple Stores, their products are out for customers to handle.
