My family and I have been going to Apple Dental clinic for many years, and I have finally decided to switch dental clinics. The receptionists and dental hygienists are wonderful. However, my experience with Dr. Meghji has been less than satisfactory ever since she came into practice here. Up front, she is impressionable and comes across as caring. But since I've been with her, I have been pushed for unnecessary procedures for her to charge, particularly in November/December months (when the insurance policy year ends), and have been hit with "hidden" fees despite my inquiries. As an example, when I inquired about the price of an Invisalign consult, I was sweet-talked into booking the appointment without a clear answer. This was my mistake- the consult lasted approximately 10 minutes and I was charged $300. My final straw was a filling that I had gotten done for a chipped tooth. She saw me in December and convinced me to get a filling for it and that it would be covered by insurance. She told me that the chip had grown larger since I was last in the clinic, nevermind the fact that she never saw me at my last appointment. Not only was I hit with a large bill for fees that were not covered by insurance, the filling ended up causing me sensitivity for almost a year before I saw another dentist. My new dentist has since explained to me that the filling was poorly done (not 100% adhered) and was drilled too close to the nerve. From the other reviews, it sounds like other patients have had similarly poor experiences with teeth sensitivity caused by Dr. Meghji. I did not seek further follow up from Dr. Meghji because I worried she would charge me for that appointment as well. It's a shame because the hygienists at Apple Dental are lovely. I used to love this clinic when it was ran by Dr. Yan, but she has since moved on. I am not interested in having my concerns addressed by the practice manager. Please save yourself the effort of copying and pasting the automated response.

This was my first visit to this clinic after 31 years at my previous dental clinic. The staff at this office were extremely welcoming and understanding of my nervousness of being at a new dental clinic. The administration staff at the front desk both by telephone and in person were great to deal with. Very approachable, understanding and kind, that makes it a world of difference. Carla the dental assistant was wonderful she too was kind and very understanding. Sabrina the hygienist was also very understanding and kind. These two professionals worked very hard to make this appointment easy and less stressful for me. Their skill level and personalities were great. Dr. Meghji was wonderful. She is extremely kind and gentle. She was very thorough and made my appointment successful. She is very understanding with the stresses and concerns I had as well as any apprehensions. Was a very good 1st impression and I'm glad they took me on as a new patient and that I chose this office. The office setting is very comforting and I appreciate the space between treatment areas and having some privacy. You won't be disappointed if you choose this clinic.

I have been going to Apple dentist for over 20 years now and I have been very happy with their service. I have noticed they have gone through different staff over the years but today Monica was the lady who cleaned my teeth. She was very professional and gentle and explained everything well. I hope she stays with Apple. Dr. Hosam examined my teeth and was also very pleasant and polite. I was feeling a bit off due to some side effects of a medication and the hygenist was very patient and quick to complete my procedure. I like apple dentist and their hours are good as i can often book Saturdays or late appointments.

Super thorough dentist. I learned more about my teeth in a 20 minute check up with the dentist than I have in over 25 years of dental care. The dental hygienist did a very thorough/new patient exam prior to the dentist coming in to do examination. And I always have been a regular with dental care, so I can't believe I didn't know more until meeting this dentist. Amazing and highly intelligent dentist and very thorough hygienist, pleasant office staff. They will let you know everything and make recommendations but also give you the choice of what to do also. Definitely glad I went here. Thanks Apple Dental! I'll see you soon for a cleaning :)

Professional, patient and friendly. My 5 year old son and I like the service that we got there. Thanks to Dr. Hosam for your care and professionalism. I like the way Dr. Hosam communicated and advised my son how to take care of his teeth. Definitely you will be our family first choice ever. I am so glad that I switched to Apple Dental a few years ago after a poor experience at a different dental clinic. I have had nothing but positive experiences, whether it was a simple hygiene appointment, or something more serious like a crown and a root canal. Dr. Meghji and Janet are so thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. I have trusted them completely with each treatment that I have had, and will continue to highly recommend the clinic to friends and family.

Awesome help from Apple again today. The girls at the front are so caring as I come in with a lot of dental ANGST they just go out of their way to help make things as fun and comfortable as possible. With the help of the dentist, I was able to get through a few hours of procedure on less sedation this time. Very grateful for Apple. Plus! They sent me and my ride home with ROSES today!!! They are beautiful! Now what dental office DOES THAT???

Our experience at Apple Dental has been really great! Right from calling to book our appointments and transfer records, our experience has been entirely positive! Really helpful and wonderful front office staff, and our dental team was incredible! Very knowledgeable and walked us through all the options to support healthy dental hygiene for the kids! I haven’t been to a dentist in 20 years because of a very bad experience and I was treated with kindness and no judgement. I tried a few years ago to go to a dentist but the disdain I was treated with made me so uncomfortable I was unable to go through with it. I’m a very anxious and nervous patient and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Meghji.

That was my first visit to apple dental, they were punctual i started on my time and finished on the time they said I will finish on. Carla was very helpful & friendly. She tried to comfort me. Then I met Dr Hosam he was very professional and informative. The whole visit was awesome!

Cannot speak highly enough about the staff!! Thank you Dr. Hosam, Caylee, and Sydney for your expertise and advice to help me keep my teeth healthy! If I could give 6/5 stars I would - I will be highly recommending Apple Dental to everyone!!
