For a couple of days this week, I have been attempting to place an advance order on the Applebee's website. Unfortunately, the site was under maintenance one day and not functioning properly the next. I even attempted to place the order in person a day before, but that was to no avail. Nonetheless, on the day of the intended pickup, I called at 9:20 AM and provided the order. I requested that the order be read back to confirm, and I was given the total cost to be paid upon pickup at 11:00 AM. I arranged for someone to pick up the order.Upon arrival, I noticed a discrepancy in the cost. Further inspection revealed that items I had ordered were missing from the bag. Specifically, one entrée was absent, and another was incorrect. Although I was not charged for these errors, I called at 2:38 PM and spoke with a manager. Despite my attempts to explain the inconsistencies, I don't believe he fully understood. The manager attempted to clarify the financial aspect, but I had made an error in thinking a tip was left. I'm relieved that one wasn't, as my concern extends beyond monetary value to the overall service.Since I was ordering for others, one person did not receive their order, leading to a substitution from another person's order. Additionally, another person received an incorrect order.While I appreciate the location and the efficiency of the pickup process, these oversights significantly marred the dining experience. I hope that steps will be taken to address and prevent such issues in the future.

Sat down by hostess, and it was about 10-15 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Smh. Manager walked by and didn't say a word. Smh. When finally greeted by waiter he was a nice guy. He took our order and even exchanged a mixed drink because we were dissatisfied with it, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the next one as well. I do not recommend those mixed "fruity" drinks like the margaritas. Pass on them and just get a beer. The food, at least the appetizers seem to be overpriced so even if you go in late there's only a selected few items that's half priced. Free parking lot in rear. There are tvs on many of the walls to enjoy. Neighborhood is cozy making it great safe area to hang out, with friends, family or even a date for any age group. To eat I ordered chicken wonton tacos and chicken quesadillas- they were both good.

General manager doesn't know how to talk to customers. In fresh meadows queen. Restaurant. Very rude. Don't know how he be came a general manager. I work for Bristol Myers for 20yr. I work with the CEO. A customer complains about the food you should take care of it. Not ban them from the restaurant. Working customer service for 20 years. I know you can't ban someone useless the customer was making problems with the staffs or manger. Not just for complaining the foods was not cook right. The general manager at fresh meadows is unconfessional. And don't know how to talk to customers. If you work with me he would be fired. The general manager did this to a very good friend of mine. I know alot of people. They will not be eating at fresh meadows. As long as you keep this general manager on. You need to train your general manager better.

On my recent visit to Applebee's, the service was great and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. I usually go to Applebee's for the two for $33. Usually, get the Grilled chicken salad with Buffalo wings and a diet Coke. The dressing on the salad tastes delicious and the chicken is not dry. The Buffalo wings taste good. Not too spicy but with enough sauce taste good. The main reason I go to Applebee's is not the salad or wings. These are things that are easy to get almost anywhere that sells food. The main reason why go to Applebee's is that the place is always clean the staff is always friendly and courtiers. These qualities are hard to find in NYC these days. Big thank you to David for always making my time at the restaurant pleasant.

Not sure how this company Dine brand that owns appblees gets away with charging these outrageous prices but this Applebees might be the most expensive one I have ever been too the price we paid for microwaved apps and frozen food from a bag we could have went too a regular restaurant and ate a whole meal it’s absolutely highway robbery’ don’t let the high inflation confuse you for price gouging this is a joke I have been in the food industry for many years and I know the cost of things and our items are fresh we’re talking about frozen motzarella sticks and guacamole from a bag here come on people stop killing the consumer

Surprisingly Great as food was really good and the service great. We were hesitant as we were used to bay terrace Applebee's which was a horror show and we just heard permanently closed. However this Applebee's is really good. Much brighter then the dark other one and great customer service and a cool atmosphere with light chatter and music filling the place. We liked it so much a week ago we came back. Manager tonight and our server were both excellent. We'll be back. 5 Star Rating.

Had a great experience here on a busy Saturday night! We were told a 20 min wait which we expected but we were sat in less than 10 which was nice. Our waiter was so quick and attentive, our food arrived really fast and it was delicious. Everybody was happy with what they ordered! Our waiter even changed the TV's for us so we could watch the college football game we wanted. The hostesses were very welcoming too. We will definitely be coming back whenever we are in the neighborhood. We love apple bees!

I have been to many Applebee's and this is by far the best one I have ever been to. I have been to this location several times and always had very good food and excellent service. The chef here is great because everything tastes so good!

Went for birthday dinner for my kid, employees tried their best to seat us together, but we ended up sitting in booths back to back to each other. In their defense, it was Sunday (football night). The food was decent, and the waiters did their best to sing happy birthday. Waiter Shine made my experience to eat here satisfing with his karisma and great attitude! Beer is always good .

A very well known chain in US especially in New York City. A great family place to celebrate birthdays. The staffs are well behaved and very friendly. Their burgers are the most Preferable items as per my personal perspective. The place also serves alcohol on the table as long as there Re no underage on the table. They have a good collection of wine and beer for anytime of the day as well as Margarita for evening snack. Will go back here when I visit NY again after this pandemic.

Great service at the bar. This is a chain, so the food is decent and consistent. If you want a top steak experience, then go to Peter Lugers or Capital Grill. If you want seafood, maybe go to City Island, BUT if you want consistently good "pub food" and good service, then this is a fantastic place to go to. Sam is #1, and the rest of the staff are the salt of the earth quality people. Great place to people watch as well.

Haven't been to an Applebee's in years and pleasantly surprised here. Plenty of parking behind the restaurant. We were seated quickly. The beer pretzel was very good as an app, not heavy like other places. Had an excellent chicken sandwich and my partner had a very nice cheeseburger. Excellent service .

Service was friendly and fast. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was super busy. Wait time was minimal and the food came out quick. Drinks were delicious and we got a high chair for the baby. Fun kids menu and large drink selection. The perfect Margarita was just that.. perfect! Chiken and bourbon shrimp was amazing! My favorite part is that there is a large parking structure and many stores around. Definitely give them a try.

The burger chips and mozzarella are one the best food everything else tasted mid but the atmosphere was good and the waitress was really nice very polite

I loved the food and service but the music was so loud it have me a headache. My special needs child was feeling trapped in her seat. Barely any room from the table next to us. Place was not super busy and longest wait was waiting on the check. Would definitely consider visiting again.

Food has gotten so bad here over the years. Use to be a good quick stop near the house but now it’s not even worth it. Ordered mozzarella sticks & artichoke dip both taste like they been in the freezer for some time. I had the steak (medium well) came out tough & dry. Mash potato was watery. My friend had a pasta. No flavor & too oily from the butter.

Great applebees location. Food is served correctly and waiters are overall pretty fast and attentive. They have a nice variety of $5 seasonal drinks and happy hour times after 10 pm for those late nights. Love the three cheese chicken penne along with the spinach artichoke dip.
