can you leave a review less than one! These guys are brutal - we have given our insurance to them almost every time they can't figure out their systems to link the two. rookie move! The convenience of their location is their only positive point... and their customer service reflects this. These guys know that they are sitting on a goldmine based on their location. They can't provide service to the public if a pharmacist isn't in yet .... but the pharmacist shows up late... crazy! My wife and sick daughter went just before they opened today, and instead of the guy coming out and letter her know that he couldn't help until the pharmacist was there, he just kept the door locked. He made eye contact a few times and then 5-10m after when they are scheduled to open and after knocking on the door, he comes to the the door and tells her of the rules ... when my wife questions him why he wouldn't come out and tell her - -he lies and says he didn't see her ... what a joke. save your money and frustration and go somewhere else, until they get their service level up a few notches!

I recently visited that pharmacy for some medicines which were prescribed by the Walkin clinic. Some of the medicines were not covered by Trillium so I went back to the doctor to prescribe an alternative which he did. During this whole back and forth activity, the pharmacy staff was very helpful and even it was their closing time, they made sure I have proper medication for the kids. I will recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Staff is excellent.

These people are terrible at customer service. They keep forgetting insurance policy coverage and keep charging me for covered meds blaming computer issues as the cause. I have personally been there waiting for medication along with several other customers for quite some time, while the pharmacist decided to talk to a delivery person for 10 minutes. Doesn't show good customer service to me. Never again, hello Guardian Pharmacy

I requested a call when the prescription was filled in, each time they said it will be entered in your file...no call. All I expect was a call to confirm it was ready for pickup as I don't know when the doctor sent it in and when it will be ready for pick up. Every time it is a flip flop answer when I say I didn't get a call. Time to move on.

The pharmacy staff are professional and friendly. They have found drug interactions with some of my medications and have proactively advised the doctor. They remember my name and even recognize me behind my mask. They are genuinely interested in how I'm doing. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Terrible. They did not read the prescription I provided and said I only need over the counter cream. This delayed the treatment that my 13 month old needed for 6 days. This is simply unacceptable.

Friendly staff took the time to go over everything with me. I appreciate they are open on holidays as well if I need to refill or grab something for my Dad. Would recommend, am recommending :)
