This agency is terrible I’ve been trying to reach one adjuster for days and she’s has not returned a single phone call. My elderly grandparents are having their home demolished that’s filled with lead and asbestos while they’re living in the home. No one thought to get the elderly people a hotel for the weekend. Apparently Margaret is the only person who can handle the situation and she’s not returning the calls. I feel like this is elderly abuse. The workers are not even putting the items they are tearing out in some type of contamination area, it’s just sitting on the lawn for passersby’s to breath in lead, mold and asbestos
