I have no hesitation in recommending Gary from April Showers, he has just fitted a new MIRA shower for me to replace the one I had, that had gone faulty. Gary was helpful and full of good advice from the the first call and as I was not able to get the shower going by resetting i,t I said I would like it replacing. Gary agreed to do the swap out on a Saturday which I was pleased with as I am not always available through the week. Gary turned up punctually as arranged and was professional in his approach throughout. A professional tidy and clean job that I am very pleased with. Gary's number will be going into my little black book of contacts and I will have no hesitation in contacting him the next time my shower plays up.

Came and had a look at my mira shower said it needed a new flow valve and he would order one when he put the front cover back on I noticed that he was having a problem with the bottom retaining screw and he left it with just the top cover pushed into the slot on shower top he said I will be back with the part later this was about 2 months ago he still hasn't been back But my concern is the dangerous way he left the shower the cover could easily have dropped off while someone was in the shower it appears that he must have pulled the cover off when the retaining screw wasn't fully out and he cracked the shower casing that's why he had problems screwing it back together

The guy was recommended to me by another guy who was too busy to come out, he came out at short notice to my mother in laws shower and I’m not sure what he said to my Mrs but she could not be happier with his help and advice on what best to do. He even offered advice in the evening over WhatsApp to help us make a decision. Ultimately we opted to go back to Mira to get the shower fixed. I even text him to ask if I could cover his call costs, he wouldn’t hear of it. I almost wish my shower would break so I could call him again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gent.

Would highly recommend! Gary did a top job. He quickly sourced the Aqualisa shower part - which arrived the following day. Then came immediately to fix it. Bless. Even though he seems to be very busy, he fitted us in immediately, as he was concerned that we had no other means of bathing or showering. Brilliant! Plus, very reasonable price, very Reliable and Punctual. I wish there were more like him - so rare - he's a gem!

My shower stopped working around 9am on a Saturday morning. By midday, it was working again thanks to Gary. Exceptional customer service, great on the initial phone call, messaged when he was on his way, clearly explained what the issue was, emailed my receipt over straight away like he said he would. We were upgrading our shower to a 10.8kw so needed to upgrade the wiring. With this being quite a big job, we got a few people out to do a quote. Gary was the most professional and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. It was a bonus when his quote was also the lowest! He did a great job, would highly recommend him.
