We had so much fun with the kiddos here today! We only made it through the Aquarium because it was already almost nap time, but it was still cool! We stopped at the end and got a quick meal, which was pretty good as well. Plus there's a wall tank in the dining area..the only thing that was unfortunate is that the menus say there's a fish/ shark feeding at 2, so we waited - after 2:00 passed, I asked when they do it and she said 3-3:30 :/ Hope they change the menus to prevent more disappointment. Overall, it was a good experience. The Aquarium part was small..you could walk through it in minutes, but with kids being entertained and amazed, it's a bit longer. Can't wait to go through Botanicals next visit too!
We love to visit this place with the kids! It's not too big and can be enjoyed for the day without getting tired. There is a tank of rays that are visible from under the water and over, they can come pretty close up and the kids love it. Great exhibits including sharks and jellyfish. My favorite thing to do is explore and then have lunch at the cafe where the food is delicious and you have views of turtles and fish swimming by in the large aquarium.
Great place to visit!! The kids really enjoyed it. We got the combo from the zoo. Didn't ride the train last two times because there after too many people trying to get on it so we just decided it's easier to drive from zoo to here. Kids love it!! We had fun! Go check it out plenty to see and stay busy...
The ABQ botanical gardens are huge. You can easily lose yourself there. I reccomend the Japanese gardens and the bugarium for interesting places to wander around. The green houses with various New Mexican cacti are very educational as well.
You can easily spend an entire day here with the sheer amount of stuff to see and it is well worth the admission. Whether your a photographer or just looking for a good family outing I would absolutely recommend spending your time here.
First time visiting the garden and I loved it. So calm, clean and beautiful. Buy tickets ahead, take your time walking around admiring the garden. Favorite spot was the Butterflies couldn’t get enough of it. I recommend. …
Wouldn't recommend for anyone who doesn't have children with them. The tank from floor to ceiling was neat in the aquarium. The bugs exhibit in the botanical garden was defiantly the highlight of the whole experience.
Great visit. This place is way cool. Is the right size forna city this size. Prices are reasonable. Had a great time at the aquarium. On our next visit we are going to the Botanic Gardens and Zoo.
Had a wonderful time at both the aquarium and the botanical gardens. My grandson was estatic to see the Thomas the train exhibit at the botanical gardens. Very affordable pricing as well
Beautiful outdoor walking venue. Serene Japanese garden loop with lake, stream, trails and waterfalls. Light sculptures set up for evening. Detailed model trains and mini scenery.
My family and I LOVE this place. Highly recommend. Lots of great interactive things to do. Even though the Aquarium is kinda small we always have a blast.
The Christmas light show is absolutely amazing. The lights are spread out and people are safely distanced for COVID safety. I highly, highly reccomend.
Well kept with lots to see and do. The River of Lights is a must do during the holidays, but make sure to go well before Christmas to avoid the crowds.
So many plants and different environments including greenhouses, train sets you can activate, and plenty of outdoor flora and interesting insects
Overpriced. Everything looked dead and unkept.
Awesome, beautiful, fun place to spend a day!
