I've worked with Aquila for almost 15-years (mostly Bill) and they've been consistently excellent: reasonably priced, prompt, reliable, and friendly. What I'm most impressed with is they've been proactive – even after my reservations are made, they've occasionally contacted me when a better detail has become available such as a better airline seat or price. That level of customer service is rare and worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Aquila does our corporate travel. While I do not travel often, Bill always seems more like a personal assistant - like he knows me and is there just for me. He looks out for best options, helpful tips, and calls me if he sees any concerns (like tight connections or better price/service options) with what I've requested in the system. Thankful for him!

Just found out that our recent terrible travel experience was arranged by this company. We had assumed it was an intern it was so bad. Southwest flights, hotels with bed bugs, wrong names on airline reservations. An intern making arrangements would have been better, and cheaper.l as you would not have to pay for their services as well. Terrible!
