Aufzüge außer Betrieb, alle drei. Code für die Schlüsselbox falsch. Nach über 2h nach Ankunft Zugang zu der Wohnung erhalten, nachdem uns der Kundenservice mindestens 10 unterschiedliche Codes zum ausprobieren geschickt hat. Mit dem Schlüssel der Putzkräfte konnten wir dann rein. Erst am 4. Tag des Aufenhalts kam ein Mitarbeiter persönlich vorbei um sich das Problem mit der Schlüsselbox anzugucken. Bis dahin war eine Nutzung des Aufzugs nur mit Hilfe der Nachbarn möglich. Zugang zu Wellness Bereich ohne den Richtigen Schlüssel nicht möglich. Die Entscheidung für das Apartment wurde grade wegen Fitness und Pool getroffen. Als Wiedergutmachung hat der Anbieter kostenloses Late-chaeckout angeboten. Auch wenn die Mitarbeiter gut zu erreichen waren und sich bemüht hatten zu helfen, finde ich die ganze Situation sehr unprofessionell. Die Wohnung ist relativ sauber, Fenster sollten jedoch geputzt werden. Ist nicht sonderlich ansprechend wenn man die Aussicht genießen möchte. Am Balkon fehlt ein Tisch, es gibt nur eine Sitztbank. Im zweiten WC wurden keine Handtücher hinterlassen. Würde jedem von diesem Anbieter abraten, besonders zu dem hohen Preis.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. This is a lovely studio apartment, approximately a five minute bus ride from Luxembourg Central station. With all the public transport, being free, frequent, and on time, the fact that this apartment was not right in the centre of Luxembourg, made very little difference. The apartment had everything that you could require. We stopped here, halfway through our tour around Europe, and used the washing facilities, which are located in the basement. With this apartment, being rented via a property firm, as against an Airbnb, there isn’t quite the same personal touch that you would get, such as personal recommendations, information about the area etc. but the management team were constantly in touch with those checking that we were okay and having a good stay in Luxembourg. Access is via a series of codes which are emailed to you before arrival, so getting in and checking out is very simple. I would definitely consider using this company again, if we return to Luxembourg.

Perfect! if you want to rent your home for the time you are on travel, or you work abroard, or take a time out from Luxembourg, you want to keep your home occupied, that's the team: Arca proprieties. They advised me in a professionnal way how to organise the interior with my personal belongings. My House has been rented for nearby the whole time I was travelling around the world. They clean your home regularly, notice when something is going wrong, they repare or replace in case of need. When I went home again, the house has been the same as I left it behind. That‘s why I didn‘t hesitate to rent it again a second time. I left the entire management to Arca and I feld relaxed and confortable with them all the time, they are eager and easy to respond any questions, they know to act, and even far away, I have never a doubt of the well-care of my belongings given for rent. For me, Arca is perfect, a 5 star experience, a win win situation for the owners, the clients and, the agency.

Appartement très correct en rapport qualité prix. Le personnel à toujours été à l'écoute pendant ma longue période de location (17 jours) très disponible et très aimable. Il m'ont même offert un jour supplémentaire de location sans me demander de payer la moindre différence. Je recommande cet appartement très bien situé et très propre, il ne manquait rien à l'intérieur. Juste 2 petites remarques qui m'on obligé à enlever 1 petite étoile et ne pas donner 5/5. 1. Le personnel au téléphone est anglophone, personnellement ne parlant pas l'anglais, j'ai eu un peu de mal à m'expliquer, mais ils ont toujours eu la patience jusqu'à que je comprenne. Par contre, sur ma demande, tous nos échanges de mail étaient bien en français. 2. L'appartement se situe à une dizaine de marche en dessous de l'accès à l'immeuble et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Pour descendre les valises ça a été un peu difficile mais pas insurmontable.

The apartment is spacious, well-presented and in a great neighbourhood, close to free public transport, shops, restaurants and parks. BUT ... it does not have air conditioning. And aircon is included in its listing, which is one (very important) reason we chose it. It had an upright fan, and then a second upright fan after we asked for it. But upright fans are not air conditioning. The check-in process was also convoluted and stressful. We had to phone for the entry codes AFTER the check-in time had passed, after we had spent 2 hours wandering around Luxembourg with suitcases and backpacks. It felt like power games were being played, and we were the victims. It was really quite demeaning, and we were not sure we even had the correct codes UNTIL we'd successfully opened the doors to the apartment. But the apartment itself was great, and we really enjoyed staying there once the dust had settled.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at arca for several weeks and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The rental was a spacious and well-appointed apartment that had everything I needed for an extended stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the living room was a great place to relax after a long day. One of the standout features of the rental was its location. It was situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It was also convenient to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. arca was a pleasure to work with. They were responsive and accommodating, and made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In three words: I LOVED IT !

Beautiful apartment and easily to get to and into the city. Gym was really good and while I didn’t swim the pool looked lovely and both had very few people. Two issues though. Firstly advertised on booking.com that the apartment came with parking but in a very detailed description about everything to do in the not one thing about how to access the parking or if it even has any. Parking been a reason I took this place. Second my girlfriend specifically checked and it also said you’d supply a hairdryer and after her shower before we went out she couldn’t find one so I just managed to go to hifi international down stairs before it closed and bought one. Hopefully when they read this they’ll contact me to reimburse me for this cost.

Beautiful apartment, clean, well equipped with amazing views and nice furniture. We liked the decoration although would have preferred natural plants rather than plastic. Our check-in was complicated but customer service did respond quickly and helped us to find the keys. We did appreciate the parking but the card didn't open the door and we had to call the guardian every time during all our one week stay. Sometime he was not very friendly and didn't let us going out easily and quickly. The apartment is very well located in Clausen. There are no shops close around but we found a very good bakery at 15mn rue de Neudorf. Overall we had a lovely stay and would return with pleasure.

I really think that choosing the Rue de Treves apartment with Arca was a great decision. For me it was the first contact with the city and the location is magnificent and helps you have a very good impression of the city, being a beautiful, cozy and lively place. On the other hand, the apartment was in a perfect status and had all the necessary comforts and more: at the period we are immersed now, the office area (spacious and bright) was from great help. Finally, my contact person was very kind at all times, answering my doubts, giving good recommendations, helping me with the luggage and even taking care of my mail when I had already left :). It is a choice I recommend 100%

We recently ( July 2023 ) stayed in of the Arca Properties located at 15 Rue du Puits. The unit was fully equipped with everything you may need during your staying. It look just like the images, it was neat and centrally located. This could have been a 5 star review honestly sadly the AC that the unit has does not cool enough, in fact it barely works. The Unit is the last unit on the building so you can imagine how hot it was. Although we requested an extra fan and it was provided hours later, if is during the summer do not book this unit as you’d be Disappointed. With scorching hot temperatures during this summer is time to invest on a new AC.

Unser Aufenthalt in Luxemburg war von einigen Pannen geprägt. Das gebuchte Haus war letztendlich nicht verfügbar, aber über Arca Properties haben wir kurzfristig eine alternative Wohnung gefunden. Leider gab es dort nur ein Bad und keine zusätzliche Toilette - obwohl auf den Bildern zu erkennen. @Arca Properties, bitte die entsprechenden Bilder entfernen. Ausserdem war im Schlafzimmer erst ein Plissee und dann der komplette Bettrahmen kaputt. Glücklicherweise konnten wir uns in beiden Fällen selbst behelfen und brauchten somit keine sofortige Hilfe. Ich kann nicht beurteilen wie schnell Arca Properties weniger anpackende Gäste geholfen hätten.

Arca properties promised me a refunding for my booking but did not keep their word. I had cancelled my booking on time as requested. They promised a partial refunding and a discount which was fair and honest. Such a shame that it was all a lot of hot air. No news from them more than two weeks after the booking date. Thank you.... --- update 3.10.22: Thanks to the intervention and clarification made by the Direction team of the company, I was granted what was promised to me. I am glad to have observed that my customer experience and my considerations were taken into account by Arca properties. Thank you for your efforts.

This Property management group deserves a honest review! I traveled to Luxembourg for business purposes and needed a place to stay for 5 nights. As always, when I travel, I was looking forward to a furnished apartment with an excellent standard that will allow me to be in a great location and have a perfect business space. Arca Properties matched my criteria. The serviced apartment was one of the best I have seen so far. Besides the property itself, I had excellent communication with their team. Geweldig verblijf gehad in Luxembourg stad! Dichtbij het centrum, maar toch in een rustige en fijne wijk. De staat van het appartement was uitstekend, we voelden ons thuis. Het was van letterlijk alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een vaatwasser en wasmachine/droger! We zijn zelf zoekende naar een woning in ons eigen land en hebben zelfs wooninspiratie qua indeling en inrichting opgedaan in het prachtige appartment. We wilden niet naar huis, zo fijn voelden we ons hier. Ook de rolluiken die zorgen voor zonwering en privacy waren top! Kan niet genoeg benadrukken hoe top ons verblijf was!

I stayed in 4 different apartments managed by Arca Properties and every single time it was the best choice. During my stays I talked with two of the persons in charge, both of them polite and willing to help. I think 5 stars are not enough for their dedication and effort. Every location was special, I liked the details, super clean and cozy, all suitable for short or long stays. Each flat has another style, another ambiance, for sure you will find something for your taste and you will not regret your choice. Thank you Arca Properties for making me feel like home.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Arca Properties for a business trip and I was extremely impressed with the level of service and comfort provided. The property was quite upscale, and I felt like i was staying in a hotel but with the comfort and convenience of a home. I would highly recommend Arca for anyone in need of a corporate housing. The location, service, and amenities were all outstanding, and it was a pleasure to stay there. It was a great value for the price, and I will definitely be booking with them again for my next business trip.

Worst apartment experience. Absolutely dreadful, better off staying at a hotel or alternative accommodation . Dirty (stained cover) photos attached, the door would not open despite many attempts, late check out paid for but didn’t receive as cleaners came inside and began tidying before the allotted time. Catarina Gomes’, the Customer Experience Lead, response was laughable , a child could have done a better job. Sent a complaint to to the management team, I didn’t even get a response. Unprofessional or what!

Wehe man hat etwas auf dem Herzen während des Aufenthaltes. Man bekommt die üblichen Larifari Mails, ob alles ok ist. Wenn man zurückschreibt, was nicht passt, bleibt dies unbeantwortet. Nicht zu empfehlen. Nächstes Mal ganz klar Hotel, aber nicht mehr Arca. Anmerkung an Arca: Ich habe mich während des Aufenthaltes an ihren "Betreuer" gewandt und hinterher an Sie per Email. Null Reaktion. Traurig, dass erst dann etwas kommt, wenn man das öffentlich macht.

Great location. Easy check-in (online and key-box), elevator, washing machine. It's fresh, clean and very cozy place. All is working, all is clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Definitely recommended to explore the city. Very close to train station - if you want to travel around by train. Bus stop in few steps - you can reach flixBus stop directly with this bus (#20) Only positive emotions and experiences.

Weekend verbleven in een heerlijk appartement van Arca. Locatie in Grund, ideaal gelegen, rustig en zeker dankzij alle gratis openbaar vervoer is de stad zeer dichtbij. Vlakbij het appartement voldoende uitgaansmogelikheden. Inrichting van het appartement was geweldig, zeer ruim appartement. Service zeer goed. Enige nadeeltje was dat op de laatste avond/dag de lift in het gebouw dienst weigerde. Al met al top!

Nice modern apartment, clean and comfortable , with great view of the city, equipped with everything you might need. Good location in the valley (Grund), the upper town being accessible via the lift a few minutes’ walk away. It would have been helpful to know that the street is closed to traffic - my taxi had trouble finding it and finding a location nearby to drop me off.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at the Arca apartments and as always I must highlight the professionalism and kindness of the fantastic team. Each and every one of the apartments are very well equipped, with all the necessary utilities, spotless and decorated with exquisite taste. An excellently located, nicely furnished, spacious apartment. Absolutely perfect for walking around the old city/Ville Haute. Unfortunately, the construction work right outside the apartment building made things a bit inconvenient. That said, the Arca team was supportive. All in all, happy with our experience.

A beautiful appartement on the second floor BUT no lights in the hall, very dangerous stairs, a smell in the bathroom and above all a very irritating automatic check-in reception with difficulties to find the information in the overload of emails and very not helpful all kinds of information.
