I take my oral care and health every seriously, knowing that my smile is an important and impactful part of both my professional and social lives. After 3 years of being a total psycho who wouldn’t settle for anything but the best in finding a new dentist, I FINALLY decided on seeing Dr. Reich and his team at Arch Dental, after rave reviews from my longtime VIP client who is their longtime patient. It was well worth the wait! Not only was the process informative and transparent, but the flow of team work from Drena at the front desk, to my exam and cleaning with Monserrat, to the full walk through of my oral health and immediate/long term needs with Dr. Reich was seamless and handed over with a sense of teamwork. The entire office was very patient with my questions and in ensuring I was confident in the understanding of our joint-decision care plan for my teeth. Also, the technology involved in their process was very impressive and helpful in learning about my teeth and gums. My experience was lighthearted, FUN, and engaging. I left my first visit feeling like I was genuinely cared for. I actually look forward to my next visit (not everyone can say this about dentist visits!). I am not one to accept second best at any service I seek in this city, and Arch Dental did not fall short on meeting my annoyingly high expectations. I highly recommend putting your trust and care in Dr. Reich and his team.

I usually only write bad reviews (check my comment history). I've finally found a great dentist in NY, after many unpleasant and sketchy situations. If you are searching around, stop right now and just book an appointment. I quit my job and needed to get a BUNCH of cavities filled within 3 days, and they accommodated me within a day. They also went over the costs with me and made sure that it was as low as possible, and that I was comfortable with the services ahead of time. Dr. Reich is very friendly and professional. He is clearly very in tune with patients' anxiety and pain thresholds. He communicated with me throughout my treatment to make sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. They even offered to let me change the music! Also, Dr. Reich was really good about not shaming or making me feel bad about all the cavities I had (as my last dentist had done). I even scheduled my cleaning so that I could have it done before my insurance ran out - and that went great to! I'm referring all of my friends to him now. The only comment I have is that there are two phone numbers (both lead to the same office) and two locations on Google Maps. It would be worth the effort to get these consolidated, because often when I'm searching for a business and there are two locations or two phone numbers I get sketched out (bc I'm a cynical New Yorker). I just want people to be able to find you!

If I could give this office 6 stars I would! From the minute my husband and I arrived for our appointments as new patients the entire staff was very welcoming. Drena at the front desk greeted us both and check in was super easy as we had done all our paperwork prior to the visit. I came in for a full evaluation and cleaning and was surprised when the hygienist Sarah explained I needed a bit more then a cleaning. She was BEYOND kind, thorough and walked me through every step of the procedure taking her time to check on me and make sure I was comfortable and okay every step of the way. My husband had his cleaning done with Monserrat who was equally as amazing! Our cleanings were AMAZING! They took their time and did the work we both needed. We both were visited by Dr.Reich who was so great! He also explained in detail everything that needed to be done, walked us through the current plan and the future plan for both of our dental plans! I have never felt so informed ever! I was with the same office for 4 years and have never felt so good about a visit. Lastly, Linda the practice Manager visited us both, walked us through the procedures again to be sure we understood everything as well as all of our insurance questions. All in all GREAT experience and will be sharing this gem with everyone! Thank you to the entire Arch staff!

Such a great office to be around! I was amazed by the positive atmosphere spread though out the office. Dr. Reich and his team were super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The front desk staff were super sweet and amazing, especially Drena. She makes you feel at home with just her smile! Dr. Reich made sure that I was feeling relaxed and comfortable. When I was having problems with my teeth, I left Dr. Reich office a voicemail and immediately received a call the very next day. Even though he was out of town on vacation he still helped me out by prescribing me medication and recommending another dentist to go to in case of emergency. He even gave me his personal cellphone number if to call if I had any more issues or concerns. It was so nice to see him care this much for a patient while being away. Going into this office I never feel like just another patient, I feel the care, love, and respect.  I could not have asked for a better dentist!

I hope I will be able to express my gratitude to incredible staff at Arch Dental. After hearing the radio ad, I schedule an appointment I was feeling very anxious. I didn't know what to expect I have suffered the last 20 years. I lived with pain and discomfort every day. My mouth was not only mess on inside it look terrible from outside. I walked into the office and met with Dr Singh and Annmarie. I look at Dr Singh and said to myself what a handsome doctor. I though I would be intimidated . Instead, Dr. Singh put me at ease with his amazingly warm persona. He understand my embarrassment and was very sensitive to my feelings. He answered all my questions with confidence and patience. We schedule another appointment , I knew I was in good hands. It has been 2 months since my surgery and I look and feel like a different women, Inside and out. I want to thank everyone Vicki, Angela , Kris and Annmarie, I hope I didn't forget any one they are all warm and professional.

I have only AMAZING things to say about Dr. Reich and the entire practice. My case has been quite complicated / not predictable and Dr. Reich has been nothing but supportive, reassuring, and solution oriented. I have had an issue with a particular tooth for close to 2 years now and he is the only doctor who has really taken the time to understand my case and to help me get the treatment I need (he even ordered a special tool just for me). I went to him originally just to help me with my problematic tooth, but I now will be going to him for everything mouth related. Everybody knows that mouth pain and dental work is not exactly fun, but I no longer have anxiety about going to the dentist because of how great he has been. Not only that, but the office is also super accommodating with scheduling, the space is very clean, and the staff are always very nice. I clearly have nothing but good things to say and am happy I found him :)

Dr. Singh changed my life! My sister suggested that I travel from D.C. to NYC to see Dr. Singh for my tmj. I have suffered from chronic migraines and pain for over 5 years and seen a myriad of doctors and dentists with very little relief. After a short review of my history and exam, Dr. Singh asked about my sleep. I explained that I take extremely strong sleep medicine because I have narcolepsy. He asked if I had been tested for apnea while on the sleep medication. I hadn't. He went on to explain that I had significant muscle weakness and that, coupled with my nightly sedation, could be a problem. I talked to my doctor and took the sleep study. I've had my cpap for about a month and it has not only made my life significantly better, my hubby sleeps more soundly as well. Dr. Singh is a thoughtful, thorough practitioner. You will be exceedingly well cared for in this practice!

Never thought I’d write a review for dental practice, but here I am! Easily the best dental experience I’ve had, and I’ve been to A LOT of dentists. Here’s why: 1) the people. From appointment scheduling to checking out, I’ve encountered nothing but the warmth from this stellar team. 2) they use the latest technology and best practices. I loved that they incorporate cancer screenings, 3d scans and AI as part of their practice 3) they take their time with you and ensure you get the best care. I walked away feeling so educated about the health of my teeth and mouth, and what i can do to improve. 4) Dr. Reich is so easy to engage with, and he invests time with each patient. He is patient and answer all my questions and was just overall a great guy and a really sharp person. I am so glad I switched dentists and will be a lifelong patient at arch dental.

I went to see Dr Singh after a filling break. As a foreigner, with no insurance, I have asked Dr Singh and his team to do the minimum, a so called preliminary fix, so that I can get my tooth properly repaired when back in my country in two weeks where the cost is more reasonable and will covered by my insurance. Dr Singh and his team were very friendly and competent, he well explained what were the different options but they still performed X-rays and multiple photographs before examining my tooth, which is a bit weird (and costly). Dr Singh did put a preliminary filling but the overall cost ($580 !!) for this simple act was way too high, and totally insane I should say for a foreigner with no insurance cover. I would have expected more concern from Dr Singh about this since I did well explained my situation.

Dr. Singh is hands down the most knowledgeable dentist, in all aspects of dentistry, that I have ever met. As a fellow dentist and dental school professor, I have met and know a fair amount of other dentists across the country. Dr. Singh is not only the most knowledgeable, he is also the most dedicated to his profession. Dr. Singh cares deeply about the well being of all patients. I say "all patients", not just his, because he also helps take care of mine and the patients of hundreds of other dentists that constantly ask him for advice when we run into complicated scenarios. Dr. Singh is always willing to offer his expert opinion, trust me he is an expert in all fields of dentistry, at a moments notice. If you are in need of a good dentist, you will NOT find one better than Dr. Singh anywhere in the country.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Reich at Arch Dental. Though he is young, he is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain exactly what care I needed in a way that made sense to me. I’ve left other dentist offices before unsure if they were taking advantage of me. At Arch Dental I received a thorough explanation and could not be more pleased with the quality of care I received. Since my initial visit I have returned and started Invisalign with Dr. Reich as well. Upon my most recent check-up, Dr. Reich used some type of 3-D scanning tool to show me the progress my smile has made with my Invisalign treatment and what I can expect to see in a few months. This technology was incredibly cool and I’m excited to see the end result!

Where do I start. From the front desk to the assistant, to hygienist Nicole and Dr. Reich; 5 stars to all. Front desk was super friendly and I was called in in a timely manner. Nicole was super sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Reich is so friendly and overall just a nice person. Did a quality check at the end of the whitening and provided information on some possible work I’ve been looking to get done. He is very careful and patient about explaining what exactly he’s doing and why plus he’s always in a good mood! Great sense of humor. Fees are reasonable. Very happy with my quick and painless whitening and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. My dad has also had work done by Dr. Reich and is very satisfied.

SO happy!! I'm glad I could call this place my dentist. I haven't been to a regular dentist in lord knows how long. Valerie (my name twin) did a fantastic job helping me set up new patient forms and got me in with the dentist within 5 minutes. Tina and Arna were amazing and made me feel like I was in good hands. They walked me through everything and explained the terms I didn't understand and I knew I could trust them. Arna walked me through my first (sad I know) adult teeth cleaning and already the pain I was feeling began to go away. I also learned I was brushing the wrong way and using the wrong brush. Now that I know what I'm doing I think I'll get my teeth where I want them. Thank you SO much! I'm telling all my friends !!

An employee of Arch Dental Associates has commented on my previous review that I was not a patient of theirs and that they could not find anyone on their record of patients. I just wanna say for you to look over YELP and you will find that they do that often, trying to discredit the reviews. As I said before, my aunt is a patient of theirs and she is an older woman. For you to understand how bad this place and Angela who is the manager are she uses the B**** word to refer to this woman, knowing my aunt, that never says any bad words you know how bad she is. Stay away from this place, they don't deserve your confidence, specially after realizing patients are unhappy and trying to discredit you.

As someone who is terrified of dentists and had avoided going to one because of this , let me tell you arch dental was the best decision I ever made. Every staff member makes you feel at ease and comfortable from the second you walk in the door. They are accommodating to crazy schedules and are a breath of fresh air to deal with . Both the dentist and the hygienist were very understanding of my fear and did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable. They allowed me to take multiple breaks and gave me options for pain relief and sedation so that I could get everything done. I can’t recommend them enough , look no further you’ve just found your new dentist.

I avoided the dentist for over 5 years due to a traumatic experience prior to visiting this office. Dr. Reich took the time to listen to my concerns, talk through a treatment plan and approach that worked for me, and did everything possible to ease my anxiety. If I had known a trip to the dentist could be this easy and pain-free I would not have waited so long! Great practice for those that have had a bad experience elsewhere or are just generally anxious about a trip to the dentist. The rest of the staff as well from the hygienists to Drena at the front desk where kind and welcoming and made this a great experience.

I went to see Dr. Jordan Reich from Arch Dental after reading fabulous reviews and living close by the office. My husband and three grown children are all in the market of finding a good and reliable dentist in Manhattan and I think we stumbled on the right guy and practice. I went there with a lot of discomfort and a complicated issue and Dr Reich immediately addressed my concerns and treatment in a most gentle and caring manner. He immediately made me feel at ease and took a lot of time and patience explaining what needed to be done. I feel confident that I found the right dentist for my whole family.

I recently moved to New york and needed to find a new dentist and I was a little nervous because I had some less than great experiences with other dentists in the past. Their staff turned out to be fantastic!. They answered every question I had and have been very accommodating and easy to work with. Unlike other places I've been, I've always felt welcome at their office. And I have to say, the results of my treatment have been fantastic so far - I finally feel like I can smile without being embarrassed again! If you need a dentist, I wouldn't hesitate and just schedule and appointment they’re awesome!

Great environment! Every person we came into contact with at Arch was extremely personable and professional. Maybe I'm too jaded from years of apathetic-to-occasionally-hostile medical staff, but it was a bit like a slap in the face. Further, though the office's website claims to cater to dental phobias and anesthetic resistances, I wasn't quite prepared for just how patient, earnest, and thoughtful Dr. Reich would be in addressing my (many) concerns and devising a treatment plan. I fully recommend this practice to anyone with dental anxieties—or anyone looking for a good dental experience!

My visit to Arch Dental Associates with Dr. Jordan Reich, was a great experience. Entering the office was like a fresh breath of air, the office is absolutely immaculate. The front desk staff were super sweet, and helpful with every question I had. During my checkup the Dr. Reich and his assistant made sure that I was feeling relaxed and comfortable. They both reassured me that I was in good hands and if I had any questions to feel free to ask. Dr. Reich is amazing and he did a great Job. I Love how my Crown feels and looks. On 10/15/2021 I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Jordan Reich, DDS. Dr. Reich and his team of professionals excel at their jobs! In my childhood and adult life, I had traumatic experiences with dentists. I pospone dentist visits like the plague! Pun intended! The treatment was effective! The offices are spotless clean, the equipment and technology are modern and efficient. I was able to see my XRays immediately and discussed my treatment options with Dr. Reich. I am home pain free and enjoying my breakfast! Thank you! I will recommend him to everyone I know!

Unclear where all these positive reviews are coming from, maybe friends and family? They are poorly rated elsewhere. I came in with severe pain from my root canal tooth and they basically did a cleaning. They charged me an additional $500 for a consultation --- aka Dr. Singh talking to me for 5 minutes about how I needed thousands of dollars of dental work (Invisalign, etc.). When I saw my regular dentist later that month, I was told none of it was necessary. They have a very friendly facade, in reality they are misleading patients to enrich themselves. See Yelp!

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is deserving. I had nothing but great experiences while going to see this dentist office. The team was great and the Dr did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and listening to what I had to say. He kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. After seeing many different dentists I can say that the doctor in this office and their team are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went to Dr. Reich after I chipped my tooth. From the moment I called as a new patient, Drena, made me feel like everything was going to be okay (and I needed that at that moment). The entire experience was 10 Stars - my tooth looks gorgeous, painless and I really like Dr. Reich's personality. I felt like I've know him for years. Skill and personality are v. important to me. I’m one of those people who is more reluctant to see a dentist in general. My last cleaning was 7 years ago. You can imagine my trepidation going in for a checkup and cleaning. I have to say that the experienced team at Arch Dental is very professional and respectful. Monserrat who took care of me, explained each step of the process just before starting. Went to Arch Dental in Garden City yesterday and saw Dr. Filoukatjis. Is it weird to say that I was sooo comfortable with him, he seemed very caring and gentle and I did not mind being in the chair at all. Sweet air helps! He explained my options and what he was doing, and even went with the less expensive treatment, saying I did not need the other. I would highly recommend if you want a great dentist and a kind man to boot. Bonus: the girls in the office were really nice and helpful. All around great experience.

So glad I went in today for my deep cleaning. From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with my paperwork and insurance. The dental hygienist walked me through every step of the procedure and made me feel at ease during the process (I've always been a little afraid of going to the dentist). I also met with the doctor who gave me a quick exam...he was very pleasant. I am looking forward to continue my oral care with Arch Dental and get back on track with dental hygiene.

My first visit. The staff from reception to hygienist were amazing; they were so nice and helpful and courteous. Great scheduling options and no wait. I had some unplanned work done and they accommodated me right there on the spot. They dealt with all of the insurance details too. Dr. Reich was very good with ensuring my comfort as a patient and also explaining the steps of the work as he performed them. Overall a great experience and I'm so glad to have such great dental service available to me.

I have to say I am quite amazed with Dr. Reich. I am one of those patients that has very high anxiety especially being in a dental chair. Dr. Reich convinced me everything was going to be okay. I had to get a root canal done and we used nitrous ( laughing gas) and somehow I was relaxed. I think I almost dozed off a time or two during the procedure. I am so excited to get the rest of my treatment done. I have put it off for so long but with Dr. Reich treating me I know I am in good hands.

Great experience, 100% recommend. Dr Reich and his staff were so nice and friendly. I had to have a tooth pulled out during the pandemic and they made the whole experience feel safe, fast and pleasant. They even gave me a big discount since my usual dentist wasn’t able to see me and they didn’t accept my insurance. It felt like they were really there to help unlike many dentists in NYC. I will definitely keep with them for future dental procedures!

Unbelievable customer service and efficiency. I made a same-day appointment for a retainer consultation, and they got me in within the hour. Upon my arrival, their upscale office was extremely clean and I was greeted by a super friendly receptionist. I did not even have to wait, they got me into a room, Dr Reich came in immediately and they took care of my retainer on the spot. Could not be happier with my experience. 5 stars all the way around

This was the best experience I think I've ever had with a dentist- I have had two cleanings and just recently got my wisdom teeth out here. The office is clean and the staff is so friendly and kind. Dr. Reich is super nice and helpful as well every time I go! My wisdom teeth surgery went better than I could have ever expected too-- barely any pain the following days after and I've had no issues since. Thankful for the kind team here :)

They are honest and use advanced methods and equipment. The crown they gave me looks great and I am extremely satisfied. I would recommend Dr. Reich to anyone. Follow up 02/08/23 Dr Reich is a lifesaver. I was uninsured and working with another dental group and was walking around with a gaping hole for 2 months. Dr Reich got me in right away and took care of me. I just don’t know why I didn’t go to him at the start. He’s great!

Everyone at the office is absolutely amazing! Drena sets the tone when you first walk in and is so friendly and welcoming! Once in the back, Dr. Jordan and Courtney are hands down the best team I’ve ever encountered. They’re able to magically calm my nerves and are super gentle which is hard to come by. Best dentist in New York City. Very clean office, super friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the other people in the office, everybody is super cordial and welcoming. The doctor was honestly the best one I’ve ever had. He took the time to explain everything properly, he’s very kind, pleasant and gentle but efficient. In 45 minutes I was out with no pain whatsoever. I would recommend this office to everybody!

Dr. Reich is an excellent young dentist with an extremely steady hand and a calming bedside manner. He goes the extra mile to make his patients feel comfortable, cared for, and listened to. In the past I have felt pressured to accept expensive procedures that, in retrospect, I questioned the need to rush into having them done on the time-line advised. This feeling was profound enough that I had considered changing dentists even though I believe this office has very talented doctors.

Dr. Jordan Reich and staff are amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable staff and Dr. I called on a Monday and was able to get a new patient appointment the very next day which is practically impossible. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and explained each procedure before and during the process. Don’t take a chance with your oral hygiene and go to a Doc that knows what he’s doing!

Not going into much personal detail, I made an appointment with Arch Dental, day of due to a lot of worrisome concerns about my oral health but left reassured that everything is ok. Dr. Reich was a great listener and communicated, touching on all my concerns, in much detail, and told me what I was going through was valid yet there was nothing to be concerned with. I believe I found my new dentist!

This place is very clean and everyone is extremely friendly. Sarah usually does my cleanings and she always does a really good deep cleaning which most dental hygienist don't do at other offices. The dentist is not out to make money and actually cares about his patients. A lot of other dentists have told me I need work that I didn't really need which could have caused more damage!

I would definitely like to recommend Arch dental for any type of work that you need on your teeth they have all of the high-tech software they're very professional they give you their opinion and don't force you into a decision their whole staff is nice are they do awesome work. I just want to thank them for making me a happy customer, and giving me a smile that I always desired

I came to Arch Dental in extreme pain which was complicated by the fact that I have a serious needle phobia. I ended up getting a root canal and an extraction and every step of the way I felt listened to, safe, and like I was in completely competent and trustworthy hands. I highly recommend, especially for nervous patients. I’ll never go to another dentist again!

This was the most pleasurable experience I've had at a dental practice. Everything was quick and easy without any hassle. Had to get a dreaded root canal. Dr. Reich explained the procedure without overwhelming medical jargons. His rapport with his staff was respectful. Arch Dental of Manhattan is amazing - everyone from the reception desk to the hygienist to the dentist are incredibly professional, warm, welcoming, and comforting. This place is under new management!! Just had a great visit with Dr. Reich, the young dentist who just took over this practice. He took care of my needs quickly and efficiently, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to oversell me. You can just tell he's an honest guy, and very talented. Plus the vibe in the office was great - fun and relaxing.

Just had a cleaning with Dr. Chu yesterday and have to say that she is probably the best dentist I've ever had.  She was thorough in her analysis and did a fantastic job.  This may be sad to say, but I've never left a dental appointment feeling so good and educated about my teeth.  Dr. Chu you will be my dentist for as long as I'm living in Ny.

Dr Singh is the best. I am a complete chicken and need to be sedated for the simplest of procedures (even a cleaning.) He manages to put me at ease and does great work. He has also treated my family, including my 21 year old daughter who he just began an implant on. We would trust Dr. Singh with anything that we might need to have done.

Very professional place. Dr.Reich and his assistant walked me through the entire invisalign process. They showed me 3d representation of how my teeth currently look and how they will look after the completion of my invisalign process. I would definitely recommend this office. The hygienist sarah is also awesome and very knowledgeable.

Loved this dental office – everyone working here is incredible and you can tell from the moment you walk in that it's a great place to work or be. Practice-wise, I really appreciate how they use some of the latest technology and Dr. Reich is incredible with how clearly he breaks down treatment plans and is easy to engage with.

What do you say about a dentist that encourages a 92 year old man to have a full mouth replacement costing 30,000 dollars. That he's immoral. Dr Reich is immoral and went against out families wishes. My father died two months after his last of many appointments. We are reporting him to the dental board. Avoid him at all costs!

I love Arch Dental. They make my dental experiences pleasant and relaxing. The staff are so wonderful and patient. They treat you like family. I had a deep cleaning which was pretty intense stuff, and they even followed up with me the next day by text to see how I was feeling. Just really really great. Highly recommend.

It was my first time to the office and I was not looking forward it . When I walked in I greeted right away and they knew my name. Dr Singh was so nice I wished every doctor was like him he took the time to show me what treatment I needed and explained it. I even received a Birthday card the next month.

As someone who usually doesn’t enjoy the dentist, Arch Dental made the experience pleasurable and easy. Office was clean, everyone was friendly and they continued to check-in on me to ensure I was comfortable. Also, very upfront about insurance coverage and laid out all extra expenses clearly.

Dr Reich is very communicative and the staff is super friendly. They are transparent about cost, sensitive to client needs, and responsive. They have great tech - I got a mouth guard with no mold making necessary! Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to (and I've tried about a dozen)

I being trying to find a dentist in the city for a long time. My friend recommended them but I never thought I will be happy to come back to a dental office. Stephanie found a great financial plan for my treatment and Dr. Reich and Reyla made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel pain.

If you want to overpay, even at new York standards, and then get bills months after you have paid, please check out these jokers. They are nice people on the surface, but through either incompetent business practices or just being slime balls, they will make you regret ever visiting.

Excellent experience overall. Very professional and also courteous. This applies to Dr Jordan Reich as well as hygienist Therese and assistant Reila, and also receptionists Brittany and Stephanie. Oddly enough, it makes you look forward to go to the dentist—or at least not dread it.

Staff was friendly, efficient and transparent. I appreciated that they presented all of the billing and what insurance covered before moving forward. I was a new patient and was in and out within an hour (That included getting work done). Would definitely recommend to a friend!
