Peculiarly, despite state regulation, gas pumps in Daly City have their air and water pumps permanently broken. Had a regular tire flat, stopped by this station, nope, broken. But this station has a car fixing facility. It would take me 30 sec max. But manager “Kevin” refused, suggesting that I had get in line with all cars waiting to be fixed. Ok, how long would I have to wait? He did not know. I got you, manager “Kevin.” Then “Kevin” called me … well, I will not state it here, ‘cause kids may read it. Could regulators check out the situation with air/water pumps at the Daly City gas stations please? Thanks! P.S. miracle! Less than a mile down the road, there is a Shell station with service center too. Asked for the permission to pump. NO PROBLEM! Guess which service will I use when time comes? There is a value to being nice and costs to being “Kevin”

They pulled an okay doke on me. I paid for regular gas and pushed 87 regular and it pumped 87 regular but they charged me for premium gas, per the receipt. In terms I got less gas when I should have been charged only 4.55$ per gallon. Not the first time this has happened. I work hard 4 my money and as high as gas is we do not deserve to be ripped off any more. I'm just saying..

Great service from the mechanic but the manager was a really rude and I dont like her attitude. They need a new manager professionalism is not what she represents. I would like to continue to do business but not with her around if she's going to still have this attitude.

This place charged my elderly grandmother $89 for a smog test and told her it failed. They told her it would cost $400 for a tuneup and to pass. She took it to another place in Westlake and it passed without any adjustment. RIP OFF!!

Ever wonder why we as a customer have to pay a DEBIT CARD FEE. I mean it’s not our business we actually take business to them So I think they need to pay the fee not us? And on top of that they don’t take credit card.

They don't take debit or credit cards late at night after hours but claim to be open 24 hours. They only take cash. That is a silly and ridiculous policy; most people buy gas with their cards, not cash.

Cheap gas station in the city but why charge the DEBIT CARD FEE AND WHY NO CREDIT CARD. I believe the owners should pay the fee not us we take our business to them.

Next time 1 of our vehicles needs a smog test, I'm going some place else. Shall not elaborate in case my thoughts are incorrect.
