Hi Friends, I would like to share with you all my experience in Berlin. Students who are arriving be careful and be proactive and professional towards everyone and don’t get cheated. As I have arrived to Berlin in the month of October. I found a temporary accommodation and stayed there for few days. The person whom I met in Facebook has cheated me and made to vacate. Me and my friend went searching house and we got a apartment. The owner said he'll make a contract of 1 year and then after 3 months he said to vacate us. l know how difficult it is to find an apartment in Berlin. But with the help of Arden University accommodation officer Mr. Torsten Engel. I really founded a good apartment with affordable price. He is really kind and very passionate for his job. I am very happy to say that the initiative taken by the team of Arden University towards helping the students. Once again I would like to thank you. Mr Torsten Angel for helping us in difficult situations in finding an new apartment very quickly. Students coming here please be aware of fraud . To make money they will cheat us.later it may be

I landed to berlin on 20th October.I joined a apartment for 10days as a temporary accommodation. no take admission in this university because this university not refund my admission fee without any reason. I apply for refund my money back they reply me this is not our policy. why because I don't attend any class. I changed my university before start my class. they don't gave me value able answer. Don't believe Arden university Google review reply because I received a reply I sent them my all details on that email and I received same answer which received before. It is not possible to refund my money back. They are making fun with me after long time. They sent same reply to all people how comment negative on there university Google review Page. I again wasting my time for thinking my money come back..

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews, Arden is a really good place to be, one of the best private universities in Germany, they care about their students and are willing to help at all times, I know how frustrating it might be for people who have issues with refund, but as a current student, I can boldly say Arden university is worth it. Another thing I like about Arden is how practical they are, students don’t write exams; instead we are given assessments at the end of each module, this allows students to make research, work independently and know their strengths and weaknesses and areas they need to work/improve on. Currently in my first year, I’ll add an edit when I graduate❤️

Arden University Berlin seeks to defraud international students. They've refused to refund my money, after visa refusal by the Getman embassy since last year April and May. They had begged for me to join online classes while waiting for visa decision where they offer 1000 euros as discount from the school fees for joining online as an international student. Promised to refund deposit fees should one is denied visa. Since 2022 I have been requesting for my money only to reply me I am not eligible for refund in December. I learned they deliberately fail student dissertation so they can repeat please be careful

I Vikas Bhardwaj STU92465 applied my refund application on January,2022 as I completed all the asked requirements by finance team but now I am chasing them on daily basis to share the remit copy and no one is responding me. Even university gave me to wait for 45 working days for refund back money, the given time period is also completed. I will never recommend Arden university to anyone.. they are providing pathetic services to international students. I tried many times to connect the finance team but nobody bothers to reply. I need my refund back on urgent basis.

We all know how difficult it's to find an apartment in Berlin. But with the help of Arden University accommodation officer Mr. Torsten Engel, it was like a walk in the park for me. Mr. Torsten Engel is very professional and passionate about his job. Through him I got my current apartment in less than a week. I must also say that the apartment is very affordable he got me a flat 292 euros. Hi, i had unbelievable experience in the university because i had really bad situation which can’t be solved but Sandra Reverda who works for student support she helped me a lot. She’s one of the best and very talented person in the student support and i would recommend her if anyone have any kind of issue within the university you can go to her she’ll definitely help you. For a private university this is one of the best option available in Germany. I got admission with a big study gap and it was made possible for me to learn new things which helped me grow. There are some challenges which are because it's head office is not located in Germany however their team in Berlin is very supportive and helpful. I would defiantly recommend my friends and family for Arden

Arden Berlin has a really supportive, helpful atmosphere. I can tell you that they absolutely and genuinely care about their students and their experiences on campus and in Berlin. The campus location is great, and the city is beautiful. Even through a pandemic and lockdowns, they are doing everything possible to help the students have a good educational and cultural experience.

There is no doubt that Arden is one the best university in Berlin and on top of this they have very excellent person in student support the person who helped me a lot her name is Sandra Reverda, she's quite kind and very helpful supporter I would highly recommend her if anyone have any kind of problem in university she'll definitely happy to help you. the international student office operator was very rude and i felt disrespected, so at the end of the conversation i asked for the right official website of the university, so he mockingly laughed and said, you don't know how to browse for a website? oh you seem not ready to apply, and at the moment i was wishing him a god day he hang up.

Arden University, Berlin is providing a exclusive service on finding accomodation for their students, no other university does in Berlin. There are many scammers to misguide here, with the help of the University you can get a better and genuine accomodation. And the accomodation officer is very friendly.

Bad university. They invite students & attract students with a low amount of fees. After caming to berlin they will ask a huge amount of fees. Which student can't afford that fees amount. So beware international students. Lectures & faculties not support. As you can look google reviews also

The representative that spoke to me was pretty rude as he was shouting and negotiating more than explaining the matter properly and in the right path. However, i have no idea if the university knows about such representatives because this may undesirably degrade the universities reputation

Do not waste your money at Arden specially if your aim is to have a quality education. They will keep phoning you until they get the payment, once the payment is done. They will not bother about replying your emails. And dont trust them when they say you will get the refund. It's a trap!

By far my experience with Arden University is exceptional. Their advisor are professional polite and caring. They are super prompt which I like the most about their stuff. When you have any questions or confusions you just write to them and they will answer it right away.

Very very bad service no reply through emails when we visit student office we have to wait for long time then also they give excuses that there student support is not responding I am mailing them more than one month to know about my classes when it get to be started .

This university is one of the bad university,,, they always do falsely promise, they did not give money back, finance team of university is too bad, they always send you emails when they needed money, once you will give. Than they will sent you in hell.

If you're coming from outside of europe then you might get disappointed with the infrastructure of the university. It's inside a building along with 2 other universities. I'm not talking about quality of study but I'm talking about only infrastructure.

Cannot give 0 star. My sister's application is delayed since 2 years and agent in India and University in Germany has no proper communication system. Everything goes through an agent, and you are left with any authority over your own application.

I am interesting to study here. This is my dream. I am 38 years old. I not completed my UG (B.Com) course on 2003 year. I have 2 backlogs. I need to know, Can I join the Arden Uni with these backlogs? If possible, what should I do for the study?

Very bad experience. They did return my fees i didn’t get appointment so I change my mind to refund my fees but they did not reply my any email or call very bad university

Try to avoid these kind of distance learning university as they just play with future .. Try to get admission in German public universities . Arden is not worth to study won't recommend..

Arden University Berlin obviously is the best. I am yet to get to Berlin Germany but so far I am impressed by the efforts of my academic advisor and the visa team

Teachers don't speak english, or that might be because of their accents, that makes them hard to comprehend, all of them are from india, middle east or africa.

The Accommodation officer of Arden University solved the student's problem in a short time. He is a responsible person who tries hard to help students.
