I have the worst experience with Ardene employees, as they're always incredibly judgemental towards my body. I thought that as this was a new location, it would be a little different, but my experience with the store employees remained the same. I walked into this store where i asked this employee for help to pick out some shirts which covered my belly/shirts that were not cropped. In response to this, the employee told me I had a really short torso so nothing would be cropped on me. I brushed this off and then asked her if they had a specific shirt in stock, to which she said she would ask her manager. She went into the back, while I looked around the store, and came out after 5-10 minutes saying that they were sold out of the shirt. I said thank you and continued to browse, 2minutes after browsing i found several of the shirts, in my size, that they were 'sold out' of. I would recommend shopping online with them rather than going into the store as their employees are judgemental and they have terrible customer service in general.

1 for service, terrible rude service, the 2 lady's working just gossiped about others the whole 30 minutes I was in there. And when I was ready to pay they ignored me while I waited right infront of them, when I said hello can someone ring me up, one of the lady's walked away and theo other slowly like so slow I wondered is she doing this purposely? So rude ! 1 for quality of items purchased, I mean it's Ardene's, I wasn't expecting Gucci quality but I expected the boots I paid 20 bucks for to last more than 5 minutes! They were a size to big but I don't see how that could be the reason this happened but right away the toe ripped open and I noticed quick because I had a boot full of mud,slush and what ever other nasty things lurking in the mud and slush from a dog park ground. So yeah not a happy customer on that last visit

Not very happy! I came home and I realized 2 things were not put in the bag! I spent a decent amount of money at this location yesterday and I lost out on 2 items. I called the store when I got home and realized things were missing and I did not get a call back today! Such a waste. I never had this happen at any location except this one and I know a few people who have had it happen to them at this one as well. Yes, I did check my car first incase they fell out and there’s nothing. So I know they were not placed in my bag. Such a disappointment when you go and spend your money that you earned at a favourite store and they screw you over. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. On July 14th 2021, I tried on some swimsuits in their changeroom... Three cockroaches fell out of the bottoms from the first swimsuit while I had it on in the change room area. Hands down the fastest I've ever gotten out of a store. I told the workers and both the girls just said "ew, disgusting." I would not recommend shopping from here and definitely don't try anything on.

I had a wonderful experience at Ardene. They are so well arranged and they have all the sizes. I loved the new location. The staff is super friendly. One of the employees, her name is Avneet. She is so nice and she helped me so much to find mu clothes. I loved that place and visit again soon.

experienced racial profiling here. Worst part is the employee who did it, was also a person of color. She followed me around the store and made my shopping experience quite uncomfortable. Although I did buy a few things I am still Very disappointed, I will not be coming back here.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. Store is clean, bright and huge with lots of selections. Teesha was the name of the employee that helped us out and she was knowledgeable and approachable, making our time fun. My wife got jeans and loves them !

I was helped by a woman who is as beautiful as she is tall, and can I tell you, I have never left so confident. I have severe body issues and she set me up with so much clothes to fit my body type. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

I love this location the staff here are friendly and willing to go out of there way to help find what your looking for I’m impressed by the large selection of items and how organized this store is one of the top in the city.

I like this location the most so far out of most Ardenes's I've been to as their variety seems much larger here. The clothes however seem to be becoming lower quality

On Friday 11th Feb 2022 they were closed by 6:50pm though in Google Map and store notice mentioned closings time at 8pm.

Clean great help full staff, Good prices, just enjoyed the whole shopping time in store did not feel rushed by staff.
