I love their food, but one of the waitress isn't nice when she serves us, like too much of a fake smile and when you see her at the cash she has a grumpy face everytime I see her so I don't know, if thats how she is or she doesn't like to work.? Who knows.!

I let this restaurant know that I enjoyed their food. However, i was missing an item i paid for, which was one of the main items.. called Mantu (15 pcs). I really wanted them and then call the restaurant and told that I didn't get them and he did not care. Based on this, I give this restaurant a fail. No customer service skills at all. Advised him I've paid! No regard. Imagine you are craving something specific and this happens, and then the manager just ridiculous. Ruins my experience. After seeing the other reviews I see I'm not the only person that will never order from here again. 0/5

At first when we first entered the place was slightly messy but realized they are just busy because there food is amazing. We ordered the 3 kebab plate with mandi and honestly it is all good. Atmosphere is very nice but missing music! We had to wait while the table was cleaned and staff was super friendly. They forgot one kebab but apologized and brought it after 2min only. Very friendly ladies and very clean. I would come again. The plates are super big! My wife and I shared one plate and it was $24. Refer to photo!

The food was great but the service was terrible. We had to go to the counter to ask for plates (we weren't given any) , to refill water to get napkins and everything else. Not once did anyone come up to ask if we needed anything. The restaurant only had one other table occupied and was not at all busy or understaffed. Ywo people were at the counter just chatting.

AVOID THIS PLACE..I'm only putting 1 star because I have no option to put 0. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered 2 platters, the beef and lamb chop, and had to throw everything out. The meat is spoiled, the decaying pungent odor permeates the container. It's disgusting. I GOT SO SICK. I came to read recent reviews and found out I'm not the only one. Save your stomach and go elsewhere.

Great find when it comes to Afghani food. Chicken kabab cooked to perfectly. The rice was fluffy and very tasty. Lamb kabab, unfortunately was overcooked or reheated. I would suggest not using the micro. A lot of orders coming out for lamb shank. Will definitely try next time. Also had the hummus and mast. Hummus is excellent.

This is a terrible restaurant with the worst customer service. Employees don't know how to take orders over the phone then you show up to pick up your food and they can't find your order. Plenty of other Afghani restaurants with delicious food in the city, I will never eat again at this place and you shouldn't too.

Not worth the price. Meat wasn't tender at all. Customer service couldve been better. Had to ask the one of the servers for something multiple times. Won't be visiting again. I also had to wait for over 25-30 minutes for my food, which is not normal. Sanitation, a very big concern! Washrooms we're very dirty. More

Awful time management, mediocre food. And horrible delays when busy, especially if you are taking to go instead of dining in. They prioritize their in house customers and are very time inefficient. Overall, very mediocre food, very mediocre environment and extremely slow. Definitely better cuisine out there.

It's my 6th day in Canada and this is the only place which was able to satisfy my taste buds. The food is able to rekindle the homely feeling plus it's Halal. Shami wrap and platter were sufficient and scrumptious enough. Tandoori chicken was also good so go for it if you love mughlai/north indian food.

This was one of the best experience I’ve had in a restaurant, all the staffs are amazing and welcoming and oh the food, the food is delicious and trust me you won’t regret it, it was hot and so tasty, the best afghan food i have had in my life plus very affordable, thanks a lot guys! :D More

I went there for lunch today as received no service or attention. First I stood there for 5 minutes before the lady serving bothered to come to the front. She gave me a take out menu and left. 10 minutes later she had not bothered to come

It was my first time to Ariana s .I went with my daughters to enjoy the food .the server was not all friendly. She neither smiled at us or greeted us. But she seemed super friendly with the other tables - I wonder why?? She didn't bother

The food was all right in a sense that the meat was dry and had some flavour. The salad was one piece of romaine lettuce chopped up and three slices of tomato. Very heavy on the rice.

I went there with my family for dinner yesterday, ordered for three, waited for 40 minutes, only to find out that the usual inept waitress who always gets our meal wrong didn't give my order to the cooks, so my wife and child ended up

I ordered tandoori with rice and when I got home I found out that they gave me pieces of burnt chicken with burnt bread I will not recommend it This is in addition to the fact that the bread is eaten from it, how much dirt you have

Had lunch here with a friend! The wraps were delicious.... The bread was fresh and wonderful, the meat was well spiced and most... We had baklava for dessert and was out of this world! I will come back to try the dinner menu!

The food was very good. They are So generous. The plate comes with rice, meat, salad and sauce. you can't finish your plate by yourself and the price is very acceptable. Thank you guys.

Delicious Afghani food with very generous portions. Spicy level is not right though, needs to be more spicy. Great service overall. Amazing bread, always fresh.

While the food is good, the prices and portions have become ridiculous. This was $17 and exactly how it looked when I opened it.

Best Afghani restaurant in Ottawa. Been coming here since childhood. Very reliable.
