I agree with Mike's review. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Sharon and Gary provide awesome customer service. Before committing to the unit, I stopped by numerous to times to research the difference between evaporate cooling and AC, to see the difference between 10'x10', 10'x15', and 10'x20', and to find out how they pro-rate since I would be retrieving my household goods mid-month. After Sharon and Gary answered all my questions, I still went to research 5 or 6 more storage units. Nobody came close to Arizona Storage Inns on 16th Street and Baseline as far as overall quality and customer service. If you need to storage unit in South Mountain, this is the place to go!

What I like about Arizona Storage Inns on 16th st and Baseline is the hours 5 am to 9 pm which is great. I can get there early and get my day going. Sharon and Gary are nice and always waving hi and sometimes I get a good morning. Sharon and Gary knew what will work for me when I told them what I was needing in a storage "thumbs up" and accommodating. Price is reasonable and I like the security! Sometimes getting in & out from Baseline is hectic but its just busy. 5 stars plus!

The customer service was very welcoming and friendly! I'd recommend this spot if you ever need a quick and easy storage sign up. We were out just as quick as we got there. All questions were answered Fast and easy and the paper work was just as quick to do. I'd recommend a worker named Christine. She made everything fast simple and easy. I was especially worried since it was my first time ever renting a storage unit but her lovely personality helped a lot!

Was skeptical about visiting this location because of a negative review, but i decided to visit because it close to my house. I was greeted by a very lovely lady name Nedra. It was almost closing time but she took the time to show me several different storage buildings. The facility is very clean and spacious. i would highly recommend this facility.

I’ve rented a storage at Arizona Storage 16th Street and East Baseline Road, in phoenix for about 5 months. Christine and staff were amazing from getting started, choosing a space, to the seamless end of my storage needs. I would highly recommend Arizona Storage if you need to store your items. Calling on the phone or going into the office if Christine is there you will leave with a smile! She is always a delight to see. Her smile is infectious and her personality is off the hook. You can't go wrong with people who you can truly get along with. It's like going to see family.

The employees are very welcoming and they will help you to their best ability to make your experience very relaxed and comfortable. Storage space is fantastic. Before calling any other place for storage call here first. You will not regret making this decision!!

The process was fast and easy. They are great storage facility if you ever need the storage space. We had the cooler unit not the air conditioning unit but the cooler unit was good enough for us. Our stored items did not get ruined from the Arizona heat.

I give this storage facility Thumbs Up. Nice lady works there. I rented there when it first opened in she is still there and many times since when I have a need. The place is always clean. Without hesitation I recommend this storage place.

Nedra was awesome when I went in to rent the unit. I called the next day to say I no longer needed the space and the lady was rude, said they don't do refunds at all and it didn't matter if I never used the space. Called the corporate

Always friendly to do business with. Have used this location several times. I continue to go where I'm treated like my business with them matters. You have to pay somewhere so why not do it with someone that welcomes your business
