Due to the nature of my job, I have to relocate every couple of years. I've availed the services of multiple Movers and Packers but never had a harrowing experience as I had with Arnav Movers and Packers. First of all, they charged a reasonably high amount for my relocation from Mumbai to Vadodara. All kinds of promises were given regarding the quality of packaging and handling. When they came for the relocation and started packing my goods, I immediately understood that I had hired the wrong service provider. They used the worst kind of packaging material and had utter disregard towards keeping my appliances safe from any damage. For utensils, they simply threw them in a plastic bag which is generally used by Wheat/Rice sellers. My actual nightmare started when I started unpacking the goods at the destination. Turned out they had broken my brand new 50" LED TV. They also damaged my RO, put some dents on my refrigerator. As I came to know about the damage 2 days late (Installation guys were unavailable on the day of unloading) I was told that nothing can be done now and that I should have installed the television in front of the unloaders, which seemed a bit unreasonable to me. They even went on to say that I have broken the TV and am unnecessarily blaming them. I tried following up but I knew that these people aren't going to take any accountability for their actions. I have accepted my fate but would want to warn people to stay away from this atrocious excuse of a Movers and Packers firm. I would recommend going for Agarwal Movers and Packers as I've always had a pleasant experience with their services. PS: As this is the time of festivals, I've still not gotten around unpacking all of my stuff as I'm vacationing. God knows what more surprises are in store for me when I unpack all of my stuff.

I had hired them to shift my home things sorry to say this initially they were packing good but as time was going packing enthusiasm was decreased Prem who was one of among them working to empty our bedroom stuffs kept all my makeup and glass ware in same box Inspite of my mom saying kindly pack them separate and tape them but he didn't listened as a result my expensive makeup was damaged today I opened the boxes and saw infact my perfumes too leaked out It's very disappointing Inspite of paying them more I really didn't expected this..I had told them so many times handle with care but they said they are expert looks nothing worked out. Mohan had cuted extra wire of fan while removing which we got to know when we called electriction to fit back my fan.. Even Mt refrigerator was not cooling after calling fridge repairer He said all gas got leaked after shifting for which I had to pay extra Arun was helpful. We were told that delicate things will be packed in bubble wrap but inspired of telling them they used our newspapers only n packed delicate things in that. They have not got any bubble wraps nor any newspaper also. Updating this again as I am unpacking things they have broken my glasses which were expensive along with kitchen items which were of glass.. Really pathetic!!
