I love aromesso, the chicken chipoltle panini and italiano flatbread are amazing everytime we go, the atmosphere is good just it can get tight inside because there are so many people on the weekend when the weather isnt good, the cheesecakes are so delicious especially the banana melts in your mouth def recommend trying, raspberry danish is also one of my top desserts to try they taste very good. the service has been alot of times slow depending on how busy it is alot of times it takes 5 min to get one smoothie or coffee, the main workers that are there are so so kind and welcoming, i go very often and am remembered as a customer, always greated with a smile, always end up laughing since they always remember my order. this is my go to on sundays and doesnt dissapoint. best place to eat at tanger outlet mall hands down.

I can't believe the guy in the front put my danish in the microwave in front of me and served me that, then I got a milkshake which they put ice into and made it icy on top of that when I was about to pay he didn't even ask me to choose if I wanted to tip or not for such horrible service and prompted me to pay. I asked for a receipt and I see that he chose an amount of tip himself for me to pay. Ethically for any store to do that is ridiculous..... If I could give negative stars I'd give that. I showed it to the next customer what they did and we won't be returning ever.... Completely mannerless.

The staff were friendly during our visit. The hot beverages are good. I got the cappuccino with oat milk and it was good. As for baked goods, the almond croissant was really good. I would recommend getting it warmed. The oatmeal raisin cookie is on the sweeter side but soft. The biscotti was not bad. They have different flavours, some tasted better than others. Definitely a place to visit if you are in need of a break between shopping.

I was there this weekend with my friend and our young daughters and our crew was blown away at the quality and taste of the food. The atmosphere was clean and quaint and the service was exceptional, especially the service that we got from Asya. While we were eating, the owner came out to check in on how we were doing. The whole experience was overwhelmingly and unexpectedly positive, considering that this is a small cafe in the Tanger Outlet mall and I will certainly make it a point to return when I am in Ottawa next! Thank you for the great experience :)

We stopped here for brunch on boxing day from Toronto , the cafe is modern with Cozy and festive atmosphere. The food was exquisite and delicious. We spoke to the owner about his food and he told us about years of research, experimentation and global sourcing to achieve this quality and unique taste.. The pistachio croissant was my favourite.. Highly recommended and will definitely come here again everytime we stop in Ottawa.

The Cafe and Amin were so responsive on facebook with questions and are super friendly. A few cakes I wanted was out of stock, but Amin made great alternative suggestions and made the day for my mom. The flat bread was delicious and the meat pie was a really good portion packed with fillings and flavor. I really liked the mango lime cheesecake !! I usually prefer rich flavored cakes but the round mousse cakes were surprisingly tasty and refreshing. They have a wide variety of cakes and delivery which is super convenient. Thanks for a great meal :)

the reason I’m giving them one star because there isn’t a zero star option their customer service is so aggressive I asked for a sweetener or vanilla on my iced latte she was talking to me in a way like she was commanding me speak in a load voice she told me just add sugar or milk but I wanted a sweetener instead I even offered to pay for just two 3 pumps of sweetener in the end they gave me like one pump of sweetener. Maybe they have too stress idk but they were very aggressive.

Tried the mango key lime cheesecake for the first time here and it was so tasty. Also iced coffee with hazelnut syrup was amazing. I will definitely try it again. The ambience is nice and it’s spacious.

Really delicious cheesecakes. Most are from the cheesecake factory. This is in Tanger outlets so it was nice to stop for a coffee and cake. Tried the cheesecake factory candy bar cheesecake and it was a 9/10! Also tried the pistachio cheesecake and it was a 7/10 gwish it was more pistachio-y! Got white moccas as well which were pretty good!

Wanted to try something sweet and hot after boxing day shopping at tangers..I must say this is a must try place for all dessert lovers. Tried double chocolate cake and latte and I was amazed by the fresh taste and perfect blend of all ingredients..the cake melted in the mouth..the owners and the staff are extremely nice and hospitable, The best thing is everything is 100% Halal

They sell a bunch of cheesecakes from the cheesecake factory! I tried the Dutch apple, mango key lime and the double chocolate Godiva ones and they were amazing! The employees were also very friendly; we were out shopping and the cakes would have melted in the heat but they held onto our takeout orders in the fridge for us. Customer service is 10/10 and I'll definitely be back

Aromess cafe at Tanger outlet is best time I enjoy the delicious cheescake and excellent staff The top of peanut butter cheescake it is little hard need to be more soft. The pistachio cheescake need more pistachio. The fudge cake is awesome. Chess croissant very fluffy and perfect. I hope the add Turkish coffee to the menu. Thanks alot for Asya who makes the cafe more shining.

Went in for coffee around 8:30pm. The guy put it in the microwave that was behind the counter but right in front of us and when I asked why he was doing that he said it was fresh in the morning. Luxury prices for over 12 hour old coffee. My friend got a sparkling water and it tasted like laundry detergent. Will absolutely not be back, nor recommending this awful establishment.

All about the cheesecake! Aromesso serves “Cheesecake Factory” cheesecakes which are the most decadent and unique flavours you can find. The price is a bit steep but honestly 2 slices was enough for a satisfying treat for my wife, my 2 kids and me. Located in the Tanger outlets this is a nice little secret if you want a guaranteed good treat and know what you are looking for.

The place is very nice, they have place for some people to sit. It looks very clean and the service was nice and friendly. The the chai was delicious I really recommend for the hot chocolate was good too and the expresso and regular coffe too. The price is good for what we got. . If you go to the outlet take a coffe there to get you warm in wonter and will be so good.

Slow service, and very unorganized. I had an electronic gift card for this place and they didn't know how to put it through so I had to pay out of pocket. This place is incredibly pricy and the quality of there baked goods, sandwiches, drinks isn't really worth it. It was a week day, so maybe weekends are better? It was nice to try once, but I will not be returning.

My new place for coffee & snacks, I took a regular brewed coffee and a warm butter croissant, one of the best I tasted so far and so many more things I want to try, like the Hershey cake! Love those couch area, friendly and comfy. Nice to go with a friend.

Machine made coffee, what?! It seems like a nice place with a variety of snacks and deserts, and based on Google reviews I was planning to try it out, but the moment I saw that they only offered machine made coffees it was a no go. I apologize for this review, but if you put a "Cafe" sign above your shop at least try to make a proper handmade coffee.

Brought my kid in for an ice cream cone, and didn't really have expectations for the roast beef wrap for myself, just needed something. It was AMAZING! The beef was so good I had to go back inside to tell them so. They were so happy to hear it, and proudly said it was made in house by one the ladies who works there. Super friendly, super yummy:)

Delicious tea and treats! If you like your London fog (Earl Grey latte) sweet or with vanilla syrup, best ask in advance. The pesto pastry was delicious

We ordered iced mocha and a tropical hurricane smoothie. Was awful. Both went straight in the garbage. Disappointing since it’s was expensive and couldn’t even drink it. Smoothie tasted like watered down juice and iced mocha was just awful. Ordered a slice of cheese cake as well and there was a piece of plastic in the center. $22 wasted.

An amazing array of delicious desserts, the full range and largest collection in Ottawa of Cheesecake Factory cake, a dozen of other home-made baked goodies, and a premium selection of icecream too! It's an amazing amount of sweet and savory deliciousness, complemented by the kind hospitality of the owner, Strongly recommend!

Came for the coffee - and what a great beverage my Americano was - and discovered that they serve Cheesecake Factory deserts! A double win! The service personnel detracted from the overall visit due to their poor performance... but the fact they are the only cafe within the outlet gives them the benefit of this review.

I went there for an iced latte in the afternoon while I was shopping I loved it so much I came back the next morning just to enjoy their coffee. I had a Starbucks that was closer to my location, but I chose to drive and enjoy Aromessö’s coffee! The service was excellent as well! I’ll be back whenever I’m in Ottawa!

Stopped in for some lunch and a nice little dessert. The Tuscan Chicken Sandwich was delicious and very flavourful. We particularly loved the pesto sauce. My friend had the Veggie Stack which was also as delicious. The cappuccino was excellent. The Reese’s cheesecake was a perfect way to finish off a lovely lunch.

We were visiting the outlet from Toronto and stopped by for a quick break. I was surprised about the variety and freshness of food I loved the taste of the coffee, the biscuits and flavored croissants. Also, the wraps and paninis . Friendly staff. Nice decor.

Excellent latte and savoy pastries! They also have cakes from the cheesecake factory which are amazing. We had a great time there. Asya, the lovely sweet waitress, took our order perfectly and was so kind to help us with our baby and things! I recommend this beautiful cafe and we will definitely be back.

Good place to stop by during your shopping. I had a chicken pesto flatbread and it was very good. The place was a bit busier and the lady that was there at the moment was working by herself but she did not rush, with a beautiful smile that could be seen from her eyes!

I never write reviews but the customer service is just horrible. The lady serving me today was rude and condescending. The iced coffee was more than 3/4 filled with ice. Overpriced, coffee is average. Some of the cookies/biscotti are pretty good.

They have a little bit of everything. Wraps, salads, sandwiches and dessert. Wraps are delicious. Cheesecakes look wonderful. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Do not use this location for pick up for wish. I though I'd choose this place for a quick and easy pick up. Just save yourself the headack and have it shipped to your house. Will cost more but at least you wont waste your time. They do not

Our experience was not in line with the suspiciously high rating of this shop. Frappe was weak and had no espresso or coffee in it and the peanut butter cookie was stale. We headed over to Van Houtte and had a much better experience.

My sister and I stopped in for a light lunch and coffee. The service was excellent and we each had 2 different crapes that were delicious. We were able watch the ladies prepare them. Will definitely go back again and very soon.

Went to this cafe with my toddlers today. We had tuscan chicken panini, cupcake milkshake and cheesecake. everything was amazing. Asya took our order she was was very nice and friendly and the service was quick.

I work at a store beside the cafe, and I always come her on my break. I always feel so welcomed there, especially by Asya who is there most of the time. All the food, drinks and desserts are great and delicious

Coffee taste like water. Costco water bottle goes for $2 when you can get free water from the fountain. Baking goods also are too sweet and taste horrible. They try hard to be a Starbucks but failed sadly.
