"One of the best coffee shops in town, at a location so convenient that the staff says this is the busiest location in the Artigiano network"
"Good coffee, convenient location with quite a bit of seating"
"The coffee is really good"
"Coffee quality is good, service is given at a reasonable pace, but the layout leads to a bit of confusion for those looking for the front of the service line; many mistake the end of the service line for the front"
"Great place to stop and get a coffee! All hand crafted and most importantly, the beans taste fresh"
One of the best coffee shops in town, at a location so convenient that the staff says this is the busiest location in the Artigiano network. The staff is used to high volume, so they manage a high throughput and still provide friendly service. If you plan a coffee meeting here, I recommend stepping out of the café to the comfy chairs in the common space of the building. That seating area is quieter and under an epic skylight. Please remember to clear your table and return your cups if you sit in the common area, as these chairs are not part of the café and we don't want to give the building management any reason to reduce the seating in this excellent lounging area.
Good coffee, convenient location with quite a bit of seating. Difficult to access from the street right now with all the construction going on in the building.

Not very accessible given all the construction around. It's on +15 level.
The coffee is really good. Its a pretty busy cafe but the lineup moves fast. I go there every single day for coffee. My only suggestion is that they should keep the temperature of the water in the Americano consistent. Some days, its just lukewarm and other days, its super hot and you feel like asking for a double cup.
Coffee quality is good, service is given at a reasonable pace, but the layout leads to a bit of confusion for those looking for the front of the service line; many mistake the end of the service line for the front. It's open concept, it takes a couple tries to get it right.
Great place to stop and get a coffee! All hand crafted and most importantly, the beans taste fresh. If you've never tasted a good cup of coffee you're in for a treat! I would recommend going here than any chain coffee shop. It's definately worth the trip!
Always busy here but the line moves fairly quickly. It is pretty loud as there is a lot of foot traffic being located on the +15 route downtown. The drip coffee has since been moved to self serve (receive the cup from the cashier after paying).
Really like this place. The extra sweet Spanish Latte is my favorite. One of the only places I know that makes these. The condensed milk as a sweetener is very Jamaican. Overall good quality coffee and great service.
Wonderful coffee, yet this place is so consistently understaffed that there are often huge lineups while a single barista desperately tries to keep up. Whoever manages this store needs to invest in some more staff.
Friendly staffs and great vanilla latte Definitely going to visit again!

Don't be in a hurry to have a coffee or a bite when you get here! They don't make coffee in a hurry, they really grind it to the right flavour! My top choice for a afternoon cup!
I don't think my blended Mocha is extra sweet and the cup is 3/4th full. I ordered 2 large blended Mocha's. Disappointed!! . Not going to order again from this store.
There is something pretty special about the Americano and maybe more specifically the espresso. Beats everywhere else hands down...except my own homemade stuff...ha!
Terrible customer service with very little knowledge of their own product. So rude and unhelpful. Ended up throwing out my coffee and not getting my money back.
Coffee and service are fine. Not the place to go for a quiet coffee due to heavy foot traffic. On the other hand if people watching is your thing you're set.
Great coffee and they have some nice treats. The location is great to grab a coffee or sit and visit. The staff were friendly and kept the place clean.
Very relaxed atmosphere with a good selection of coffee and tea. Serve savories and light lunch items. Good place to sit and read or meet a friend.
I haven’t been to ANY other cafe which makes this much noise in making an espresso! Seriously what’s with the constant banging and clanking???
Coffee, espresso and especially the Spanish latte are absolutely amazing.

Workers are clearly unhappy, overstressed by nitpicking management; I feel bad for the kids. Coffee tastes burnt
Caffe Artigiano is the place to check out if you want a Spanish latte. I usually come here once a week for one!
Found their coffee to be really thick and kinda burnt tasting. Tried a couple different locations, same results
Good specialty coffee, only one drip coffee at a time. Usually a dark roast. pricey but good quality
Always great coffee. I haven't been to a location yet that didn't offer "service with a smile".
Service was good enough, I don't drink coffee though so not sure my opinion matters much.
Pleasantly relaxing, fresh coffee made with wishes of good fortune. I will be back.
Super smooth and delicious. Really one of the best coffee shops in Calgary period
Still great service. Slower since covid so easy to take your time while ordering!
High end coffee. Great for business coffee. Lots of available seating.
Coffee is absolutely outstanding. Best coffee downtown in my opinion
Burnt coffee. And they expect tips for this kind of mud water?
Good coffee. Not a very wide range of items. For a quick bite.
Great coffee. Good location. Kind of noisy, though.
Very nice coffee. Nice staff. Very enjoyable.
Great coffee in a convenient location.
Great coffee, but comes with a price.
Excellent coffee and great staff.
