I was glad I could get in when I needed it, the doctor was nice my issue I had was with the front desk. I was told how much I would have to pay for future services & given a document with pricing, I informed the office I would be back on Wednesday and was not given a appointment, I had asked the front receptionist to verify my benefits for my kids to see if I can bring them as I was leaving she told me she’d ‘ send me a message’. I never received anything. I called Wednesday to see if I could still be seen and she tells me I would have to pay out of pocket because my benefits were changing next year? But I could still get a service under my insurance? When I arrived for my appointment I’m told I was no longer covered by my insurance that it had termed possibly because my new one would take over, even though I was with the same insurance. My insurance stated I was covered and faxed over benefits and receptionists said I was still not covered because insurance likes to back date certain things? My insurance confirmed legally that is not possibly to back date anything once it’s billed but what do they know when the receptionist seemed to know it all. Overall I was able to find another dentist and I was magically active within minutes of walking out of there. Also my favorite part was a her asking if I had questions for the doctor and she answered them without asking him , I work for a doctor myself except I actually would ask the doctor to confirm any patient questions.

I want to start off with the girls in the front The check in process was the smoothest experience ever ! They both greeted me with the biggest smile ever ! After a long stressful day at work I needed this type of treatment ! The assistant that took my X-rays went ahead and walked me through everything that she was going to be doing , that is such a plus in my books COMMUNICATION !! Assistant even offered me some water once I got into my room and offered me a blanket also ! I dint know I was going to be walking into a 5 STAR HOTEL TYPE OF DENTIST ! Dr azimi was such a great Dr he listened to all of my problems that I was having and gave me all of my options ! I finally found a Dr that listens to me and cares for my needs Overall arts family dentistry will become my long term dental office !!!

Definitely disappointed this time around child had a pediatric appointment to see dentist although he had been seen by dentist at 6 month check up showed up on time seen doc and was told next anesthesia appointment would be at 1230 but if they could get him in at 12 if they would got here at 1210 and let front desk know they told me they would call me when they were ready 1 hour later was when I was called back to then administer anesthesia and wait another 20-30 mins and then another 20-30 minutes to complete work. For one my kid has not eaten all morning it is now 1pm and he won’t be able to eat right after either. It’s just a bunch of miscommunication at this point. Super frustrating. Hopefully next visit is better and I can then leave a better review.

First time coming here, and I must say, this place is awesome. Great service, I was offered a bottle of water as I was filling out the usual paperwork and I've never been to a dentist office that does that. The staff here are super great! The ladies are very helpful, great attitudes, especially Elizabeth, she helped my son Niko through his filling procedure, she assured him everything was going to be okay. The best thing was she walked him through what she would be doing to him, showing him the tools and what they were for. Dr. Azimi was great at talking me through what my kids needed and answering any question I had, Definitely 10/10 recommend. ❤

This was the best dental care we’ve received! From the time we walked in until the time we walked out there was not a dull moment! Everyone was genially friendly and professional. I recommend this practice to everyone of all ages! I came with my 6 & 4 year old and they made sure they left with a healthy mouth and also rewarded them with a nice gift We love it here! Dr Azimi and Leslie actually the whole team was amazing I’m going tomorrow for myself

If haven’t been please go! Not only great place to be the home for your dentist but also where you can be educated on things you may have never been told Dr.OZ is very brilliant and sweet and wants to help so go see him and don’t be afraid of how your mouth looks want it fixed go talk to Dr Oz Also when you walk they way the team smiles and greets you is warming and the place is just super nice!

This is my first time visiting when I first came in I liked the atmosphere the ladies were very nice and respectful I would recommend any and everyone to bring their children they have a play space area where kids will be interested it is a clean place and it is very fun!!!!! Love this place! Brought my kiddo in for an orthodontist appointment and met Dr. Patel. He was great at explaining the process for braces and we decided to go with him. The office staff is lovely! The girls in the front desk are so sweet and Elizabeth has been the assistant helping us out every visit and we just love her! Definitely recommend this place!

Such a wonderful experience for me and my daughter. The staff was so friendly and patient and helpful especially with me since I'm in a wheelchair. They explained the treatment plan and numbing & sedation needed and Dr Nguyen was really thorough. The office was nice and very clean. Will definitely be returning.

I haven’t been to a dentist in a bit (I do brush my teeth lol and stay on top of hygiene) but wanted a check up and they were SOOOOO good and helpful with any maintenance procedures. Also insanely clean and welcoming staff. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a dentist!!

The place is clean and not the sterile hospital smelling clean, but the freshly washed and sanitized clean. So nice! They were efficient and treat my little one with so much care. We've been to pricier places in Dallas and they're not half as good as these guys. 10 out of 10.

This place is awesome and really quick, they attended me within 30 minutes. And it took no longer than an hour to finish with my treatment. Everyone there was professional and nice! Would definitely recommend and this is my go to dentistry from now on.

I love this dentist they have always taken their time with my son and been understanding when my son throws fits and have done a great job with his teeth when he had to get caps on because he had a couple cavities.
