I did the Sapa 2D1N tour, Ha Giang 3D2N tour and the Ha Long Bay 2D1N tour with Cozy Bay. All went smoothly in the end but not always clear what to expect or where I would be staying. I think this is just how things work in Vietnam. You just go with the flow and never know exactly what is going to happen next. Anh Tran gave me a very good price for these tours as I went to a few different travel agents and she had one of the best prices and seemed eager to help me organize my trips. The homestays for Sapa and Ha Giang were quite minimal and was the same type of food everyday. They were also VERY cold to sleep in this time of year (December). The views are amazing but I don't recommend going in December. There is no heating. The Ha Long Bay cruise ship was definitely old and not in good condition but the views are amazing. The first sleeper bus to Sapa was a bit old but pretty comfy, just a little short as I am quite tall. The second sleeper bus to Ha Giang looked brand new and had lots of leg room for tall people. All in all, I would recommend booking with Anh Tran as she was very kind and usually replies to texts within a few hours. A bit of a language barrier so be patient and don't expect to know every detail of your itinerary just go with the flow and enjoy your vacation.

Ms Anh Tran (Arty Travel) is friendly, honest and reliable travel agent. She helped us with a trip to Sapa, a trip to Linh Binh and several taxi bookings. She is always very resourceful and came thru with good solutions. Even when we were on the trip, we called her for any issues she was always available to help. l absolutely recommend her services.

Anh Tran is the best agent I ever met. She explained us patiently and clearly. We bought Sapa packages from her and we got happy about it. When we bought Trang An, Hoà Lu, Mua Cave packages, we got disappointed and complained her. She gave us free taxi to airport from our hotel. Thanks for doing that Anh. I strongly recommend her.

We had a fantatic 3 days with our guide "Tin Tin". He took great care of us and showed us beautiful places. He is a very knowledgeable guide and has a good sense of humor. I would recommend taking a tour here. Greetings from your guests from the Netherlands!
