Gym is good equipment is also good, but most of the people don't bring napkin. FOR TRAINER - Nitin(Ganesh) he is very supportive and also helps to new comers and motivate thems. Rajesh is also nice and supportive. Nadeem is good but most of the people say that he is always in PT and behind the girls once he done with the Pt after that he sit outside only. not at all supportive and I don't know y but I think he should also contribute something to new comers. Others staff are very nice and polite.

One of the best Fitness center in Mira road. They have weight, cardio and long stretch for Cross fit. Trainers are good. Personal training is also available here.

I have been to this gym for 3 months as of now. They have a good equipments along with friendly trainners. It also offers sauna/body massage at additional cost.

The trainers are helpful and friendly. Management is also good apart from Gym and Cardio there is also Crossfit and Kick boxing. It is worth trying it once.

Really like the gym been here for almost 2 years. The trainers here are also good especially Nadeem sir he really helps a lot during workout.

Worst gym ever they don't have manners to talk to their members.......very upset with their behaviour
