Tidak memilih pelanggan dan sudi menerangkan lebih lanjut berkenaan perabot yang dipamerkan. Ruang pameran yg lebih besar berbanding cawangan yang lain. terima kasih pd En. Hafiz masih sudi meluangkan masa melayani kami sekeluarga. Dulu kami beli sofa Larkinhurst sgt memuaskn hati. Kini tgh mempertimbangkan cadangan En Hafiz utk menukar kepada sofa Harlesson. Ada sesiapa yang bantu kami buat pilihan .

Our experience in Ashley Furniture this week was just perfect. We were warmly greeted by Alex who heard what we needed and guided us to couple of options, went out of his way and moved furniture around for us to see how it will look all together. Gave us his genuine opinion when we asked him for advise. Felt no pressure from his side at all. Completed the purchase got the date we want for delivery and off we left with the most relaxed and happy feeling .. we got the furniture we want thanks Alex and for sure you will see us again.

Good quality furniture, delivered on time. Vincent, who interacted with me over whatsapp was able to effectively ensure delivery on time - he was also very helpful and coordinated with the store to provide the right information to me. The only minor issue I had was: store sales person wasn't very efficient (she couldn't answer questions about delivery clearly) - but their online customer service was great. This is the only reason I give a 4-star instead of 5 I'd go back to Ashley again.

We really love the furniture here! Bought 1 sofa for our home and bought another one for our parents! The quality is superb! Ashley’s staff Hafiz, has always been great in helping us choosing the right sofa for our home. Always friendly and approachable as always! Overall great experience and will plan to buy more furniture from Ashley in future!

Ashley furniture comes in various designs, it matches the furniture design for every corner of the house. Mr. Hafiz who is the salesperson at the store is also very friendly and welcoming. The delivery team is very skilled in installation and everything went smoothly during the delivery. thanks Mr. Hafiz and Mr. Akmal(delivery guy).
