UPDATE (12/28/23): I'm here to update my review because the horrible experience keeps getting worse. As of now, I've been informed that only the chairs I bought will be delivered on Dec 30th. The table won't arrive until after New Year's Eve. This completely ruins my plans for that night, in addition to everything else that has already been affected. Why on Earth (or should I say, in Hell) did Ashley provide delivery dates they couldn't possibly meet? The warehouse informs me they don't have the item in stock and claim there's nothing they can do. The store blames the warehouse for failing to communicate that the items were out of stock. How disorganized and disconnected can departments within the same company be? Ultimately, both departments pass the problem back and forth, and as a consumer, I bear the brunt of it. I not only feel I'll never set foot in that store again but also strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Ashley. The seemingly attractive prices and smooth talk are not worth the trouble that follows. While your store showcased an array of options, the experience I encountered left me disheartened and dissatisfied, prompting me to reflect on several noteworthy aspects that merit your attention. Firstly, the discrepancy between the information provided by your sales representative and the actual services offered was disconcerting. Despite initial assurances of inclusive delivery and assembly within the displayed prices, I was dismayed to find an unexpected $199 delivery fee added during the final transaction. Moreover, the assurance of a specified delivery date of December 27th was altered without prior notice, causing considerable inconvenience. The option to expedite receipt by personally collecting items from your warehouse, as suggested by your salesperson, proved to be misleading, with conflicting information emerging later about the actual availability for pick-up. This sequence of misinformation was further exacerbated when the promised delivery on the 27th was later rescheduled to the 30th, substantially affecting my plans, including a special celebration for my child's birthday and upcoming gatherings during the New Year. This entire ordeal has been deeply frustrating, casting a shadow over what could have been a positive engagement with Ashley Furniture. While acknowledging the competitive pricing and diverse offerings, I must emphasize the critical necessity for absolute clarity in communicating service details, availability, and delivery commitments. Relying solely on verbal assurances without written confirmation proved to be a regrettable oversight in this instance. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not shop at Ashley Furniture. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! I purchased a mattress from Ashley furniture on February 15. They kept changing the delivery date without letting me know. I took off work several times and still no mattress. Two months went by and still no mattress. I went to the store and picked a different mattress because obviously this one wasn’t available. In April they delivered the wrong mattress to my house. I had to call customer service several times in order to get the right mattress delivered to my home. No one was ever able to give me a set date of when my bed would be exchanged for the right bed! I had to physically go to the store and speak with a manager about the situation. The store manager was very unapologetic and told me I could shop anywhere else and I would have the same problems due to COVID. May 1 the right mattress finally arrived.This mattress started sinking in a day after I received it. Mind you I’m only 180 pounds and I live alone. There’s no way my mattress should be sinking in after one nights sleep. I called customer service to exchange for a different mattress and was told if I picked a mattress of lesser value that I would not be refunded for the other portion of the mattress. So I said I would like a refund. I was told that I could not have a refund and that I need to speak with someone at corporate. The young lady on the phone was very rude and Unapologetic. She told me that It was my fault that I didn’t inspect the bed properly upon arrival.They set up a technician to come to my house to fix the issue but I did not want it to be fixed I wanted to return the item and get a refund Because the technician would not be able to come until the end of the month so I had to sleep on a sunken bed for a whole month. They also wanted me to take off more time from work in order for a technician to come to my house. The same day I spoke with someone at corporate who told me they would get me a refund since I called within 72 hours of receiving the mattress . I spent a total of three hours on the phone trying to get this resolved.Weeks go by and I hear from no one. I called several times just to be put on hold for hours at a time.I was told the person that I spoke with was unavailable and to call back. Two weeks later I got a call from a case manager who tells me I cannot get a refund. I asked to speak with someone above her and she mentioned a case manager will call me back the same day. Of course the case manager never called me back. I am warning you please never ever shop here the customer service is horrible people have attitudes this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. By the way I’m now sleeping on my couch because my bed is unbearable
DO NOT SHOP HERE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Stillman was great - 10/10 to him. Everything else about my experience was horrible and no customer should have to go through what I went through. On August 27th, I ordered a bedroom set that came with a bed frame, a dresser, 2 night stands, and a tempur-pedic mattress. For a grand total of over $6,100. When my furniture arrived on September 2nd, the guys who were assembling everything said that no wooden slats were included in the delivery. So my mattress could not be placed onto the bed. I then had to go through a run around with customer service reps and their "escalation team" who each told me different things. I was told I'd receive the slats within 24 hours. 24 hours go by and nothing. Then the manager tells me I'll receive them the following day. Nothing. I gave them at least 4 chances to help me get me what I needed and had nowhere to sleep (moved into a new apartment) for almost a week. I had to sleep in my roommates bed because I literally had no where else to sleep. By the 5th day, I was over it and told them I wanted a full refund processed and they scheduled for my furniture to be picked up on September 13th. I kept the mattress and returned all furniture. See how long this stretched on for from the 2nd to the 13th? Now in OCTOBER, I went online to pay for the mattress on my Ashely credit card and a refund still has not been processed. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. So again, I'm now struggling to reach someone who can tell me why my refund still hasn't been processed when my furniture was picked up over a month ago and why no one has contacted me about it if there were any issues. From long wait times to speak to someone, to being lied to and hung up on by customer service reps, and the run around they gave me, I will never shop with this brand ever again. I will tell every single person I know to never shop with this brand. With the prices as high as they are, customer service is terrible and useless and if you do have any issues with your delivery or your furniture good luck getting it resolved. I have screenshots, receipts, and recordings because I was told false information on more than one occasion. This is not a brand or company that shows that they care about their customers and don't hold any integrity. Despicable.
We have been loyal customers of Ashley Furniture for many years. We purchased all of our furniture from them in the past, master bedroom suite, dining room, office, and recently purchased several pieces from them for our guest bedroom and our master. We have had the worst experience. This is what nightmares are made of when fretting about purchasing new furniture. First off, the delivery team was so rushed that they damaged the bed frame putting it together- they cracked two legs, didn’t install the slats as this is a bed frame you don’t use a box spring with, they didn’t leave the hardware to complete the install ourselves either. They didn’t put the nightstand together- but rather threw the box across our floor and scratched the hardwoods in our living room. They also took the chest of drawers for our room and damaged the walls in the stairwell and split the left side of the furniture. The Starmore dresser drawers do not open or shut properly, are all crooked, etc. then the team just ran out saying they had to go and we couldn’t even address all of this while they were there. We call customer care, are given this whole BS of only exchanging or repairing the damage. The tech comes out an hour past the end of our window, 7pm on Saturday. Didn’t repair anything. The drawers are all still crooked, do not open properly, the top of the nightstand is still gauged and all he did was SPRAY PAINT it in my master bedroom. I am extremely allergic to paint, and now made my room inhabitable for the night. Absolutely terrible quality, and horrible customer service. Buyer beware!! Do not purchase from them unless you want to be continually inconvenienced and have terrible quality furniture for astronomical prices. We paid nearly $4k for furniture that looks like it came from China and about $500 worth in reality. We will never purchase from you all again. Still they haven’t rectified the situation or made us whole on the purchase we made. Worst company!!
I came to this location on Wednesday for a new mattress. I was immediately greeted and assisted with picking a King size good mattress. I asked about discarding my old mattress and was told the delivery drivers can take it or throw it away. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The delivery occurred today, August 19th a little after 8:30 am which was perfect. The drivers were prompt and professional. When mentioning discarding the old mattress they looked puzzled and said they were not aware of doing that, as they are contractors. They double checked with their manager to make sure but unfortunately couldn’t take my old mattress. So I had to call around to find another 3rd company who could take my mattress and had to pay $140. Ashley’s customer service called to follow up on the delivery and I shared my experience. The rep mentioned if I paid a recycling fee. I told her I was never told about a recycling fee, just that the drivers would take my mattress. She allegedly filed a complaint on my behalf. What I will say is that in-store they wanted to make sure that I left a good review via QR code but I normally wait until an experience is completely over with. Mattresses are not cheap and it’s important for customers to be informed of everything when money is spent, or even wanting the customer to return for more purchases .
Eric was my sales person and I originally thought he was helpful....UNTIL....he told me a delivery date of Wednesday, I was in the store on a Saturday, I get a call from the delivery unit and they say Thursday BUT, only my headboard was coming, sectional was on back order. I was more than unhappy because when Eric asked when did I want the furniture, I said Sunday but he said we can deliver it Wednesday. I also found out that he added a $250 warranty on to my furniture without even asking me. When I purchased the furniture I asked him if everything was going to be put together and he said yes. I get home later that day to find my TV stand outside my door in a heavy box that I couldn't move. Eric never informed me that UPS was delivering that and I had to put it together myself. After speaking with the manager, she set up a date for Tuesday Sept 19, 2023 for my things to be delivered. The only reason I am giving her a chance is because she tried really hard to rectify the situation and I am grateful for that because Eric almost had a foot coming for him. I will update my review after I receive my things on Tuesday...IF I receive my things.
Let me start by saying the transparency of the staff made this a FANTASTIC experience. I came in with the intention to buy a bed, mattress and couch, and was greeted by Craig. He wasn’t overly eager and let me shop around on my own to figure out a few different options I liked. I hate when sales reps follow you around when I’m initially browsing so this was really nice. Then, I went back to find Craig and he talked me through the pros and cons of each bed, couch, and mattress. Not only did he have deep knowledge on the finishes/material of the furniture, but I truly felt like he was actually putting ME as the customer first by going over the warranty and protection plans in great detail. I was there for 2 hours as I’m the type to ask many questions when making a large purchase, and I never felt rushed. If you want transparency and a great experience buying furniture, ask to see Craig. I also worked with his Manager Elvet too during the process and I have all the same great things to say about Elvet. Knowledgeable, transparent, and will help you find a deal! 10/10 recommend.
My wife an I went into the store and ordered a sectional. We were assisted by Damon who did a decent job getting everything taken care of. However, he told us a delivery date that would have come about a week after we ordered the couch. He proceeds to call and say it would be 2 weeks from what he originally told us (red flag). He’s telling us one date and we are getting updates from Ashley’s saying it’s an additional week on top of the 2 weeks he already told us. The day before the delivery date they send us emails and text to confirm a time and date. Then proceeds to call us later that day to tell us our couch is not even at the warehouse so they need to push the date back a week(and told us that date is not guarantee if the items don’t arrive at the warehouse). They are horrible an I would like to know what to do to receive a refund and cancel my order immediately. This place over sales there items that they don’t even have in stock and then wants you to be okay with waiting around on the things you paid for, for months! No.
Two months ago I called Ashley for the first time and picked up an ottoman as I walked through the door. It was the right fit for me. It was priced well so I ordered it. A week or so later I got it in with no indication or alert that it was coming in, so I found it in the lobby of my apartment complex, I opened up the box and later discovered that there were no feet for this ottoman. I made a minimum of half a dozen phone calls to them to replace them and the response were sending me one 04 feet. Now it’s going on three months and they still have not remedied it , after calling so many times. I don’t know why anybody would do business with them, and I’m surprised they are in business, particularly when they claim to be one of the best in the country. The problem is still unresolved, and the vast amount of apathy at this place is mind-boggling. When you’re in a service business, I would stay away from these people, unless you’re absolutely desperate to get furniture if everyone else rejects you. Very sad.
Eric was my salesperson. I am extremely disappointed with the frustration and inconvenience. I have experience with salesperson Eric at store 2535 Piedmont Rd Atlanta, Ga.30324. He told me to expect a delivery for the Sofa and Loveseat I purchased on Thursday 10/27/2023. I only received a Sofa.NO ONE from the Ashley Furniture store informed me that the loveseat was on BACK ORDER. I was extremely unhappy. To make matters worse after calling the store numerous times. I was given another delivery date of 11/02/2023. No SHOW. I called again and again to get another delivery date of 11/18/2023. I crossed my fingers hoping to finally receive my love seat right before Thanksgiving. Welp, No SHOW. I feel humiliated and lost for words. Unbelievable! Finally, a manager reached out to me and apologized and ensured that I would receive my loveseat on Saturday 11/25/2023. I did receive my loveseat on Saturday11/25/2023 after Thanksgiving. No one should have to go through this as a buying customer. NO ONE
I had an excellent and attentive sales member help with our perfect couch and helped us customize our couch just for us!! The experience shopping there was flawless. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because of the delay in delivery. We are still couch-less three weeks later, due to the delivery and build (that we payed an arm and a leg extra for) be delayed now FOUR times. We do not even have a delivery date at this point.. Disappointed to say the least. I would understand it being pushed back a week or a day, but now it is looking like another month with no couch. We have reserved our elevator freight only to waste of neighbors time by cancelling it, day of or day before. I would suggest asking and CONFIRMING a delivery date, and trying to negotiate some type of deal for delays. One day we will get our perfect couch. Folding chairs in the living room for now :(
Kendall and the in store shopping experience was great. Everything after that was a disaster. The particular items I ordered were not on the sales floor, I only saw it online. Unfortunately once I received the chair and ottoman it was not a true black like pictured. I reached out to customer service to return the chair and they said everything purchased in the store is FINAL SALE. My chair and ottoman were delayed over a month past the original delivery date. They called to reschedule the delivery date 4 times which was a HUGE inconvenience. I asked for compensation for the delay in delivery and they said the date given is an “estimate” and there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service is an understatement. I’ll never shop with this company again and I’ll make sure I tell my friends and family. Spend your money we’re your business is valued.
Update: The mattress has been leaking fiberglass through the cover and contaminated all of my clothes and other items in my bedroom. I contacted them and they said they can't do anything because it its out of warranty. I've had to throw away the mattress, bed frame and a lot of other items. I've also been having respiratory issues which I know now is from breathing in fiber glass. They don't honor their products here I purchased a mattress here a little over a year ago and the sales women told me that as long as I kept a waterproof mattress cover on it that if it started to sag, as most memory foam ones do, I could get a replacement. I called the store for just that and the lady said I'd have to purchase a new one. So either the original sales lady lied or the current worker lied. Either way I'm taking my business elsewhere
I experience the guy he was very helpful and very nice I can't think of his name right now but he was right on Target and he helped me with everything I didn't pass the credit report but I really like shopping with you guys and I will continue to shop with you I am just getting on my feet starting all over again so I like the things that you guys have in the store and my experience with the store was very very nice and I will come back again and I will recommend someone else to you guys store I thank you guys and I like the living room the dining room table and chairs that I have gotten from you guys that I purchased from you guys God bless you all and I wish I could I wish I had gotten credit but unfortunately that's okay I'll just save up money to come back and get what I need may God continue to bless y'all
Horrible customer experience. The sales man, Eric, promised us delivery and setup included in our final cost - turns out he lied and did not include setup in the system. Fast forward to a week later, the table and chairs arrived in the box, not assembled. We have been contacting Ashley home everyday for the past 3 days with no luck. The boxes are still taking up our living room, while we wait for an available setup slot. It’s been 48 hours of waiting to hear back from their support team. Either our ticket is not being updated correctly, or the managers flat out to not care. I will never shop here again and strongly recommend others stay away. Seems like a bunch of people who don’t care about their job, so just fyi that’s who you’re dealing with. Furniture is expensive so treat your customers well.
Hello I am writing this review for my mother Susie Withers She ordered a couch last year from Ashley Furniture there was something wrong with the couch so someone came out to fix it and said they needed to order two more pieces and she didn’t hear from anyone so she called and was told that they we’re going to replace the couch it’s been several weeks and still no call or new couch if I could give them no stars I would she has always been on time with her payments and this makes no sense when we call the main number they want to tell us because she ordered the couch online she would have to talk to them so if you are looking to purchase something please don’t go to Ashley Furniture they don’t care about you after they get your money!!!!!!!!
This would be 0 stars but I have to choose something. I am having a horrible experience with this company! My delivery was set for Nov.11th. I was notified about a partial delivery with the rest being delivered on Nov. 25th. Irritated but I agreed to the partial delivery but NO ONE responded back so no delivery. After confirming the delivery for Nov.25th still NO DELIVERY. No contact. No updates. Nothing. Had I not called I would have never known. I am so frustrated with this company at this point. The lack of communication and constantly pushing my delivery date back has made this experience a 0/10. My first and last time shopping here! Oh yeah, I still don’t have my furniture after 3 weeks of the 1st delivery date and all I was offered was a $150 gift card smh.
The sales rep was excellent!!! The furniture never arrived even after receiving updates prior to scheduled delivery and even talking to the delivery driver! When I tried calling the driver after the window for delivery closed I went to voicemail with a mailbox that was not set up. The customer care center rep had no empathy when I called to find out what happened. I finally called the store to find out what happened to the delivery and the sales manager refused to take my call and had the sales rep ask if he could call back the next day. The poor sales person apologized profusely. He said they use a third party for delivery and they often don't deliver or deliver extremely late.
I found a beautiful console and was eager to purchase. The in-store financing representative asked me to go to a website to video record myself ( in proper lighting) to prove my identity. The site requires access to your camera and microphone. When I probed further, I was told it was because my telephone number didn't match. I have had this number for years. Additionally, my credit worthiness isn't an issue. The store seems to be profiling certain customers. A salesperson attempted to explain it away by stating that the screening was random. I can't believe this type of process is even legal. That was my very first and very last time shopping at Ashley Furniture Store
JayR was extremely helpful and managed to get us the best prices on several items. Very transparent in delivery times and prices, would highly recommend coming back. **Edit** Delivery has been delayed twice. Both times they promised to deliver on a different date, and not only were things even more delayed, but now more items are apparently out of stock too. Called Ashley's to see why this is the case, supposedly it is a warehouse issue and they keep lying about what's actually in stock. Seems like not much has changed in COVID times. Extremely frustrating but can't say that I am surprised. Buyer beware...
I was greeted by Eric with a smile and asked if I needed assistance. Eric was attentive and knowledgeable about the products. He asked the right questions to see what I wanted. He let me look around with out any pressure and was not pushy. He also answered every question 100%. Once I found my dresser he made check out easy and quick. Ashley furniture is lucky to have him. While I was paying , he asked if I needed a new mattress. That’s a good sells associate. Bravo Eric, When I need a new mattress I will come back. Kudos Ashley Homes 5 stars
Update: I’ve had the $2,000 sectional for only 5 months and it’s already ripping and peeling apart. Whatever you do- do not order furniture from this store. It’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting on my sectional after receiving 3 different delivery dates, taking off of work, and never being able to get in touch with anyone at the store. This has been a total nightmare and they don’t care about trying to make anything right. All of the warnings on this store are accurate, and I wish I would have checked the reviews first before visiting.
We went to the location in Lindbergh, Atlanta, GA, and had a great experience! Mr. Stillman Williams provided a welcoming environment and let us choose what was best for us without the typical sales pitch vibe you get at furniture stores. He gave insights on reasons not to pick certain sofas given past customer experiences and made the effort to take our concerns into account. He even went above and beyond to make sure we understood all the delivery and purchase options available to us. Great experience and customer service!
Chrissy assisted me today at the Lindbergh location as I purchased furniture for my first home!She was super helpful from the moment I entered the store! She greeted me with a smile and immediately began to ask me about my furnishing goals. She helped me to select some pieces that I feel will make my first house feel like a TRUE HOME! She has taste, class and she’s all around professional! I would give my experience 10 stars if I could! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRISSY! Go in and ASK FOR CHRISSY!!!
Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. My sales representative, Kendall Davis, completely exceeded my expectations. I have never had as good an experience as I did with Kendall. He is the best of the best. Further, my delivery driver, Derek Burden, was phenomenal. I have never met a more hardworking, humble, and generous human. Overall, 2 of the best employees I have ever met. I hope this company knows what kind of valuable employees they have in Derek and Kendall.
I worked with JR over the course of a week and he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and personable. I’m highly inquisitive, indecisive, yet particular as well. Even with all that, JR worked with me from beginning to end and never wavered from the quality of his service. I’d highly recommend Ashley home furniture of Buckhead and specifically, JR for your service + furniture needs. They had offerings for every budget, prime quality, and great service.
Where do I start first I was greeted with a smile as soon as I stepped foot in the store. Exceptional service from the sales rep Jay R and Nathan the Acima rep. The dedication and professionalism made the entire purchasing process an absolute breeze. Jay R and Nathan were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure every step was seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Keep up the great work!
This establishment is amazing, the staff just unbelievable, nice as they get, ask for Malik, CeCe or the Demarcus( the manager). The products are fantastic, my uncle furnished his entire townhouse in 2 hrs. They arranged delivery and assembly and everything was expedited within a few days. The made sure we got every single pennies worth. It's also the corporate location so there's deals galore. 5 star experience here, totally worth it!
The delivery team left a mess in the hallway where I live. After setting up all of my furniture, the hallway was a wreck with paper and plastic that the delivery men left. Their energy was bad from the start. It’s not my fault because I was your last delivery of the day. If you don’t like your job, you should find a new one. Stillman was kind, helpful and beyond a pleasure to have assist in finding and purchasing a new couch. He was knowledgable and took the time to understand the layout and specifics I was looking for. In addition, he explained everything thoroughly, leaving me with no questions. I appreciate the warm and welcoming personality he graced us with and will be returning for any other furniture needed.
Best customer service ever! Kendall Davis (sale associate) was super awesome! He was very kind and patient by answering all questions and concern. His customers service skills are beyond exceptional. My experience with the Ashley’s Staff was phenomenal. When we first walked in, we were greeted by the Great Mr. Stillman. He was very welcoming, not overbearing and extremely helpful. We had a pre approval and he helped us get waaaayyyyy more bang for our buck. I can’t thank him enough. My apartment is fully furnished now due to his expertise. Thanks Stillman! Malik took his time with me and was a TREMENDOUS help! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, services, and financing options. He explained everything in a way that was easily understandable. He didn’t force any purchases and treated me more like family than a customer. Amazing customer service! Our team associate was Marz, truly a pleasure. Marz was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress we decided to purchase along with the much needed premium pillows and mattress cover. The entire Ashley Staff on duty were friendly and helpful. This location is a plus, alongside Marz and his amazing energy! Happy Holidays Team!
Jay R. is incredible, and helped us choose the perfect couch for our new home! He was kind, very knowledgeable about the merchandise, and accommodating with our requests. We are very indecisive, so we came in on a few different occasions, and he never once pressured us to make a decision. We would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again!
everything was great when i was there on 10-23-2023 our sales Eric said we will have our bed and sofa by Saturday 10-28-2023 called them today 10-27-2023 to find out what time i should expect them to delivery it. i was told i will not get my items on time it was just over promise please train your employee to have better customer service.
Craig is super helpful and informative. He’s very knowledgeable of the inventory and really brings the furniture pieces to life in a way that you can actually envision It in your home. He’s also transparent about pieces that may not be a good fit longevity wise. I just brought my new couch from him today, I can’t wait for it to arrive!
Darrell and his team delivered my furniture, were prompt, so polite and kept me updated when they were on their way. They set up the furniture and shared instructions that were helpful. They also performed a Christmas miracle, providing same day delivery service when I had to choose a replacement couch for one that was back ordered.
Shopping experience was fine. Selection and price were all as expected, all staff on hand made it a point to ensure I was taken care of, and the rep I worked with was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would shop here again. Note - in store experience only, I cannot yet speak to the delivery or the furniture.
Had a great in store experience but the furniture is NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT. and the after purchase service is even worse. This dresser was over $500.... I could have spent half the price at Walmart for the same quality, if not better. This is not what I was expecting AT ALL. Now I'm stuck paying for cheap damaged furniture.
This was horrible experience at the buck head store.bought furniture. From this store the manager Elvert Mobley.went up on price after I had bought the chairs.and the sales man had agreed %on the price of the chairs.the manager would not him give me Discount. And the price of chairs went up 300.00 extra dollars.
I have been to Ashley Furniture several times since purchasing my first home and will be back. Kudos to Craig Minafee, Kemdall Davis and Dahlia. They were exceptionally kind, provided phenomenal product insight and made my purchasing experience seamless. I highly recommend shopping at this location.
I worked with Jay R to buy a sofa and ottoman set and he was great! Very kind and accommodating, explained the warranty and coverage and made sure I was comfortable with financing options as well. I would definitely recommend this location for furniture purchases they had great variety in store.

Very helpful and some really good deals. Delivery is not free so that is something to consider if you are on a budget. In store you can chose your delivery date but you can't if you ordered online so it's better to order in store. People were very helpful with me.

Do NOT pay the extra $200 for preiuem warranty coverage from GBS Furniture Protection Plan! They will not honor claims that aren't reported within 30 days. This company and Ashley Furniture is a scam and will not buy anything from Ashley Furniture again!
Short GM definitely pulled a scam, offering "free" protection when it wasn't actually free. Came back next day to cancel the whole thing and he got upset when I called him out on it and the price for items wasn't even correct after crunching the numbers.
