Took my Smart for a service/inspection, priced on the website at £55+VAT, got charged £175 and car is now worse than when it went in. The car was pulling to the left and no windscreen wash was coming out. It is still pulling to the left but I've now got a knock somewhere, my front shocks feel like hammers and the steering feels like I'm driving a tank. They did sort out the windscreen washers, although one shoots right over the car. I sent them an email, never replied, while the car was in I asked them to call me with any added costs and to give me an estimate when it would be ready, no call was given and I had to walk there twice only to be told to go back the following day. Dare I say, I won't be returning nor recommending them.

This garage was recommended to me some years back for my m.o.t I will not use any other garage since. Every time I've gone to them, they have given me honesty and a fair price (saving me money when they can) and done a fantastic job. I feel my Car is safe in their hands and know I won't get ripped off. I really can't stress enough, if you are looking for a garage you know you can trust with honest prices and skilled work, this is the place....I guarantee you won't look back. I can't praise them enough.... My go to place every time and I always recommend them to my friends and family.

I'm a new customer i took my tiguan for an mot knowing it will fail it did it did. I just never had time to check or do the repairs which i have always done in the past. Any way it needed 2 items done, they where busy so i would do them myelf. Big mistake i,m not exactly young anymore i managed one but health caught up and missed the retest . We booked in for the repair and another mot which they carried out excellently and could have charged us more for that we thank very much, have gone on a bit [ bit needed to be said ]. Many thanks. Having my own garage repair bussiness for 30plus years was no good as my daughter moved to Bristol and I’m in Staines-upon-Thames, her Fait 500 needed front brakes and disc’s, called Chris and he squeezed her car in at short notice, collected and delivered it back all at a very reasonable rate. From one Mechanic to another thank you. To all around Bristol I would highly recommend calling Chris and Matt. Needless to say I have a happy daughter who can now use her car this weekend.fab service and equally nice guys.

Can't recommend this garage enough. Had to wait 3 months for my clutch to arrive in the UK due to global supply chain issues. Matt kindly kept me updated via email regularly calling several suppliers to try and source one as quickly as possible. Car now fixed and a dream to drive. Matt even took the time out to show me what was wrong with my previous clutch. You can tell the guys really care about what they do. Will definitely book in for my service and MOT. I've recently used Ashton Motor Care for the first time and I'm so happy I trusted the reviews I'd read, they were busy so took over a week to get the car in, but once they had the car the total turn-around was about 5 hours to me picking up the car and paying, I'd spent weeks trying to get the same issue sorted elsewhere with no luck, so good to have a garage I can trust - Also the price came in about 3 X less than what I'd been quoted elsewhere! highly recommend!

My Ford KA was taking up to 6 attempts to start so took it to Ashton Motor Care to be looked at. They conducted a thorough investigation and were able to pinpoint and subsequently resolve the issue at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and would use again.
