Came here for the first time today around 1PM looking to fill a hole with my banh mi craving. It was surprisingly quiet, but I am not a local to this end of Melbourne so I don't know how it's like for lunch rushes. Decently priced at 7.90, though it wasn't something to write home about. It was very tasty, don't get me wrong, but I was a bit disappointed with the bread. When I order a banh mi, I expect to come away with at least a few cuts on the inside of my mouth, and crumbs EVERYWHERE after I bite in to it, but I didn't get that here -- the crust wasn't very crisp. Unsure if I'll be back only because I was out here for other errands. I won't be making a special trip for this one.

Great quality family run bakery . Pork Ba Minh rolls are delicious with or without fresh chilli. Good selection takeway, made to your order and hot variety of pies,pasties and sausage rolls. Delicuous pastries including fruit slices, jelly slices, vanilla slices and cheese cake. Take home family pies and quiches. Very reasonable prices for quality products. Cheaper and lighter pastry than franchised pastry outlets in nearby shopping centres.

I found out the hard way that you need to specify the type of carrots wanted in your roll. You are not asked, and end up with unpicked carrots and a very plain roll. The shop doesn't seem to be overly hygienic also. If you want a banh mi, I suggest you try elsewhere. I definitely won't be going back

Banh Mi ( Definitely the best before Springvale. ) Roast pork or Mixed is a good combo. I would also look at getting the Chicken Schnitzel in a white roll for $7 it is one of the best Deep Fried pieces of chicken you will taste and their concoction of mayonaise deserves PRAISE.

A lady named Heather made a very rude and incorrect review about the pies here in the review section. Don’t believe what she has written the pies here are by far the best in the area. 10/10 it will be my weekly visit from now on!!!

Wow don’t usually try the handmade sandwiches from bakery’s because they usually taste worse than they look with poor ingredients, but this place is really good! Really tasty sangas with fresh ingredients! Pleasantly Surprised.

One of the best banh mis I've had. Super crispy roast pork and fresh ingredients makes for a very satisfied customer. The bread roll could've been a bit crunchier but overall very happy. Great value for only $7.50.

Great little bakery on Warrigal Road at Ashwood. They make fabulous Pork and BBQ chicken Banh Mi. Always fresh. Great selection of fresh bread and cakes. Coffee is excellent too. Family owned and run.

Really friendly and welcoming staff! Super delicious banh mi! Donuts are tasty. Haven't tried the pies yet but they look delicious also! Highly recommend going if you want good quality bakery food!

Minimum eftpos of $5 is a rort and they don't even make half the stuff on their menus. Charging for sauce is also laughable. Food is meh.
