Магазин в Ларнаке произвел хорошее впечатление, мы приходили несколько раз, чтобы выбрать кровать и матрас. Консультант Инна была очень внимательна и вежлива, грамотно и четко отвечает на все вопросы и объясняет все нюансы. В итоге заказали кровать и матрас по акции, кровать была в наличии, а матрас надо было ждать несколько месяцев, но Инна договорилась с начальником, чтобы нам дали другой матрас под акцию и в итоге через 6 дней после заказа, кровать и матрас было доставлены. Доставка была в четко оговоренное время, ребята позвонили и попросили локацию, пришли все подняли и собрали ( это стоило всего 30€), все аккуратно, чисто, убрали весь мусор за собой. Кроватью и матрасом довольны! Спасибо персоналу за слаженную и отличную работу.

Maria at Alcona, Griva, Diogenes, Larvacea was professional, knowledgeable about the products, perfect at customer service. I am a disabled person and with the help of Maria I purchased My bed and are about to purchase a second mattress from Ascons. Gog bless Maria Charles

They should work on enhancing their online presence, you go online place an order, make the payment. After that someone reach out saying that the bed and mattress are out of stock, then suggest another product slightly more expensive, we agreed.. Later we get a call saying that also the other product is unavailable, the only available product suggested again is even more expensive, when asked about the delivery time we got no answer. This review is meant to be a constructive review, I wish them the best of luck, can't blame the staff for anything I would only blame the management for the cheap inventory system and online software

После долгих поисков по другим салонам купили матрац в Асконе. Подкупило доброжелательное отношение персонала и профессионализм. Сергей консультировал нас с мужем на английском языке, общаясь и уделяя внимание обоим. В других магазинах с русскоговорящим персоналом моего мужа просто игнорировали, вынуждая меня переводить всё. Покупку совершили в субботу, в понедельник утром уже была доставка. Доставкой тоже остались довольны. Вместо обычного: встретьте нас на въезде в деревню и покажите, как к вам проехать. Было: пришлите локацию.

I visited the store today and I had an exceptional service! Ina (i dont know how to spell her name ) she was amazing and helped me find the perfect mattress. She patiently answered all of my questions and gave me so much info about the products. Both girls there were very professional!! I will be waiting for my mattress to try it out!!!

Очень понравился новый магазин Аскона в Ларнаке. Приезжали целенаправленно за подушками. Нас максимально подробно проконсультировали по всем вопросам. За что огромное спасибо сотрудникам магазина. Очень грамотно все рассказали, при этом не навязчиво и без давления. В итоге ещё и массажёр для глаз купили.
