I asked for contact lenses washing solution and they gave me eye wash, which is something completely different. I was in a hurry and didn't notice as the packaging is identical. Went back a couple of days later to exchange with the correct item but they refused to do anything (exchange or refund)... they were extremely rude although it was their mistake and they said there is nothing they can do! I'm not going back there as they have no idea what they're doing...!

Very professional service at this particular pharmacy. They have had to merge with another branch but still work really hard. The pharmacist Waleed always make the effort to ensure I receive a particular brand of medication as the other types have horrible side effects. Would highly recommend as all the staff are polite and courteous.

Terrible service, I asked for help with something urgent. After waiting for nearly 10 minutes I finally got served and at 6:50pm I was told it was too late because a consultation will take 15 minutes. They were happy for me to pay for over the counter medication instead though.

This chemist is one of the best I've ever known, the staff are so helpful, patient and supportive and go that extra mile. I can't thank them enough for the service and advise they have given me over the years, from it was called Safedale and now AsvaCare. Thank you all.

This place is sooooo slow and the temp staff are rude. They can not cope with the amount of clients they have due to the other pharmacist across the road closing. They are not good at practicing data protection either. Very frustrating…..

If I could give 0 stars, no Minus 0 I would. Appalling customer service, staff more interested in giggling and gossiping then paying attention. Zero computer skills. Please employ more Adult staff. Not that I'll be returning to see them.

Staff are more interested in have a chat than doing a job, the pharmacist has a bad attitude and complicates simple things, lack of initiatives, efficiency and duty of care means nothing to them. I'll advise you run a mile

Rude and poor customer service. Staff are either blind or deaf. This store gives you the invisibility power, so be ready to wait a lifetime for your medication. It’s sad to see such service from an health organisation.

Long waits, staff are not trained for customer service. Please check medication expiry as I have medication I need as and when which usually lasts over a year. The last one they gave me expires in less than 6 months.

Whoever is hiring these people need to do better. The staff do not read , they don’t ask questions and instead of doing their job they stand at the back grinning of their dirty teeth.

No fairness, have to wait so long and if you know the people behind the counter you get served quicker. It’s a place for medication but makes a person more worse

It's a good place to buy pharmacy and get your prescription from NHS, it might be less expensive though and preferably more hygiene products to buy
