Just had the worst experience ever. Never have I experienced such rude managers. We were purchasing items that were marked on clearance. One came from the hammock box with the 50% off sticker and another was a rug that had a 25% off sticker. One manager compared the prices to what was online and would not honor the sale prices, stating someone put a sticker, like seriously, I highly doubt that someone just went and put stickers. Then another manager,Linda, who refused to provide her last name since she knew we were calling corporate, embarrassed us, accusing us of putting the sticker. I then stated to my partner that she was the one who threw the pillows I was looking at back in the box. She then stated she had never even spoken to me. I am sure there are cameras that could show she did speak to me and toss the pillows back. We let her know we would show her where it shows 50% off and she said wasn't going back there and she didn't have to because she was up to her eyeballs in it. Normally, as a manager, you would honor the stickered discount price, but I guess these ladies need additional management training. Not that it should make a difference but it wasn't like we were just spending 20 dollars, we spent over $200.

I had a very embarrassing experience at this store. I was not only accused of putting a 25% off sticker on a rug but was also told that a hammock that was clearly marked 50% off was not on sale...There were six boxes of hammocks all marked 50% off. I asked for the manager. I finally spoke to Linda. Who basically started barking at me in front of several customers. She told me that the hammock was not 50% off. Also that someone had put the sticker on the rug....(well ofcourse someone had to put a sticker on it but it wasnt me!) While the lady was talking down to me my girlfrend went and took photos of the items and came back to the register. I tried to show the manager the photos of the boxes and asked her if she wanted to go with me so i could show her and she said, "No i dont have to its not 50% off and I'm up to here with it today" (making a motion over her head.) I will never shop again with any of your stores. I mean I didn't walk in the store with stickers and apply them to the items....seriously? This "manager" Linda needs either training or a non customer facing role.-your former customer.

I love to visit before Christmas to see all the options and then I return after Christmas to buy decor on sale. They have everything you could want from giant inflatables to artificial trees to ornaments in every style. I also love their Fall/Halloween glass pumpkin selection. Their other Halloween decor is okay. Some of the Fall items are so cute. Outside of seasonal is the largest parts of the store. Not only do they have a lot of home decor to choose from, but they also have storage solutions, kitchen gear, bathroom necessities, curtains, lamps, furniture, outside decor and furniture, rugs, mirrors, bedding, pet beds, frames, art, etc. This is a very inexpensive home decor store and some items look nicer than others. I'm a huge fan of their basket selection, kitchenware, and decorative trays. I like to visit when I have something very specific in mind that I need, or just to simply walk around and look at everything, getting ideas.

Dissatisfied with the overall operation of the store. They put seasonal decorations out way too early and discontinue them after a short while before the holiday/season even occurs. Checkout line is always long and backed up since they just put 1, maybe 2 cashiers. Never got our 10% coupon with perks sign up and asked the cashier about it. Her answer was “I don’t know” over and over again. In which I responded, “can you find out?”. Had to practically teach customer service 101 to this cashier. Yelled out to her manager for assistance and then just stood there instead of using her legs and feet to get her. Manager comes over and responds “that’s a corporate thing”. The staff and management aren’t helpful at all. Yeah the store has somewhat decent prices, cute decor, and good organizers…but you have to go through a whole lot of damaged/missing items to find them and deal with lousy customer service.

Impressed with their home decor and selection of mirrors. The only downside is no special buys, coupons or sales are offered except for some hidden clearance gems if u don't mind dented legs or badly chipped pieces. I tried using a 10% off coupon from their website on a larger scale purchase and I couldn't use it was the answer I was given. Other than that, great selection, with that I was impressed. The store is like Hobby Lobby, Michaels, and every department store's small furniture section rolled up in one. We even got some beautiful silk flowers, again, no discount whatsoever, they were quite expensive but need for a condolence gift. Not bad, a little disorganized and could use a better layout. I will be back for the selection (I reiterate) though! No complaints about the only two employees I saw there, the shopping was comfortable and low-key.

Although I love this store as it always supplies quality products, I gave it a ‘1’ rating. My reasoning is because I needed assistance to gain access to the top shelves to retrieve items I’m going to purchase. So very quickly I looked at my surroundings and I did not find any associate that can assist me. So I had to practically walk around the entire store looking for an employee. And to top it off, I don’t recall any uniforms for the employees to be visible. I’m the end, I never located an employee to assist me. I went ahead and found a ladder and a dolly and got those items. Poor customer service. And I completely understand with staff shortages. And if that’s the case, their should be signs if you need assistance, please contact front cashiers or something. I did get a good workout walking around the store and At home is very deeer

I am not a complainer and normally I love this store and location but despite starting off wonderfully helped by two incredible ladies that helped to get a very heavy 8x10 rug down for me, the service ended there. (Thank you again ladies) When I asked about a discount on a floor model rug I was at first told no, then magically, 5% could be taken off but it would have to be a final sale no returns allowed. No help came to place the heavy rug into the truck so two customers in the parking lot helped us and we turned to find out there were employees out there watching us struggle. I never thought I'd ever write a review but then I never thought my very favorite store would drop the ball so bad.

I really love this place! It's basically heaven if you love decorating and finding fun things for your home. The prices are pretty great too. On most things pricing is comparable to Amazon, it's pretty good quality and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for it. There are some items though, that I found, that still are "normal" priced. They have a great selection of chairs, they are ok priced, but I wouldn't say a great deal. You could get the same one on Amazon for cheaper. There's a wide variety of everything you'd hope to find. With a huge variety of styles as well. There's fun funds as well as classic finds. I love wandering this store!

Worst customer service!!! Christmas things are piled up in the middle isle with a sign that says 50% off. The Christmas gift bags came up as regular price. When I asked the cashier to take them off my bill she rolled her eyes and called a manager (Michael) to help. After I told them both that all Christmas gift bags were piled in the middle isle they both did nothing. I even emailed the corporate office but no response. I’ll pay more elsewhere for better service. I should have left all the merchandise there since I was so inconvenient to the staff. Sadly I was shopping there on a weekly basis but not anymore.

I always forget this store is always months head of the game. We went in hopes to find Halloween decor but they already had very little Halloween items and mostly Christmas Very clean since the last time I'd been into this store. Very quiet not to busy as it was during the week. They have the CUTEST lamp shades, beautiful wall art and pictures, comforters, pillows and all the nice kitchen tools. I love their little furniture pieces but just priced way too high for the sizes and the quality. They have a little bit of everything here.... the sale items are great deals

My new favorite place for home goods! So many aisles, so little time! I feel like a kid on Christmas morning when I visit this place. I just want to run around and find amazing things that want me to take them home. The only thing is..which section do I check out first! The floral department is full of decorative stems and arrangements to liven up any space. The art department has so many framed prints and large canvas pieces to choose from at affordable prices. There are also a few amazing clearance sections that should not be avoided! Ready, set...go! Have fun!

First time shopping here. The selection is crazy good! You can find everything you need for your home here at reasonably great prices. The store was very clean and organized. There's so much to look at it and look for, I highly recommend coming with time to spare. I was in a rush during my lunch break so I definitely have to come back. I was helped by Lauren at the register and she was very sweet and helpful. She didn't seemed rushed and made Time to ask if I wanted fo apply for their credit card while also asking how my day is going. Great store!

We LOVE At Home!! The biggest selection of home decor I have ever seen! And always surprisingly well kept and organized. I am in awe every time I walk in. Sometimes I get so overwhelmed by how much stuff there is, I don't buy anything... but other times I can find my groove (and price point), and spend hours shopping here. I frequently can find great deals in the clearance section! I work in opthalmology and found some perfect framed posters for only $25 each. And we appreciate the friendly employees who seem to do their jobs well.

Good selection of items and not that expensive. I love the Halloween & Christmas displays. I bought a pair of resin witch legs and one of the feet came broken . Instead of returning it I'm going to try and make it work. They only had 4 boxes available and they were all beat af. I bought the best one. I'd been looking online and @ $59.99 these are the best deal so far. Sign up for email and you're supposed to get a 10% coupon, I never received mine. The Cashier was friendly and helpful which is appreciated .

Big variety of home decor; something for every home. Enjoyed our shopping and found a couple needed items. Check out took longer than expected. A customer ahead of us had return items and purchased new items--took longer than normal. So the check out line built-up; a clerk opened a new register and started taking customers from the back of the line. Those of us who had been in line for a good while felt he should have started with the next customer in line! Oh well, cannot win all!

Purchased 4 quilts to match the mermaid theme in my almost 4 year old granddaughter's room. Made a queen size day bed & book shelf from another store for her books. The quilts were perfect shell design didn't over power the room . The crazy light makes it feel like she is under water. The hanging shells I added an led light & pearls to it for extra glam. Pillows are a mix from at home & Nother store. I found mermaid Christmas ornaments & used to add to the theme. Thank you T home.

I had been coming here since summer of 2021 but had left empty handed most of the time. Their shelves were mostly empty and their selection was skimpy. It's completely understandable since the world was struggling with shipment delays in 2021. I decided to give them another chance this month and was very happy to see the shelves fully stocked! The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean.I even signed up for their perks membership! Come check them out for yourself.

I had an online order to pick up at curbside. I spoke to the store. I was told the order needed to be picked up in 7 days. I tried to pick it up after 2 days. The order had been cancelled. I had to give a credit card at curbside, losing site of it, then found my credit card online charge on my account, though pending. So now I have to monitor so that I don't get 2 payments. NOT a smooth process. Won't be buying from AT HOME until the pandemic passes and its safe to shop indoors.

Large warehouse for homegoods, it's a bit overwhelming honestly. Lots of outdoor selection. Was looking for a dining table and a desk, and there was surprisingly little selection of these. The chain usually prices items directly on the main label. This visit I noticed that they had used white duct tape to cover original prices, and gone through with a pricing gun marking things up... I get inflation, but the stuff is cheaply made and, now, definitely overpriced. Won't be back.

We always love shopping here but even more during the holidays! My favorite holiday is Halloween so we shop here the most during that time. They started putting out Halloween decor so as you can see, I started buying because I did not want to miss out! Sometimes items go fast! Big store with lots to look at and a variety of items! I can easily spend a lot of time here just walking around and looking at all the things they have! Love this store!

My favorite go-to store for all patio & Christmas decor. They have a huge selection. I have only had issues with a few returns, from already broken patio umbrellas. Their return policy for those items should be more lenient. Once an expensive off set umbrella, only lasted through 2 uses. But because I bought it in the late fall & it didn’t happen till I brought it back out in the spring, it was not exchangeable or refundable. Ridiculous!

Nice store, never had a problem with the staff or shopping there. However had my catalytic converter sawed off in their parking lot. When I went to talk to them, they didn't have any functioning cameras in the parking lot. You are a huge company with that makes money hand over fist but you don't seemed to be concerned with customer safety or your staffs safety. Visitors be aware of your surroundings and park carefully.

I love all the different items in this store. The prices are great. The only reason it received 3 stars is because it is messy. I understand it is a large store but this last time, there were large items in aisles such as chairs, and plants knocked over. There are usually only a few things in disarray, but this time it was a little more than usual. The bathroom was pretty messy too. Other than that it's great.

It's a huge store with tons of home decor stuff, and a lot of it is cute but honestly everything is just so over priced. I just feel like I could find the same stuff if I just shop around at other stores. I mean hey if you've got the cash flow then go for it but I don't have money to burn just cause I feel like it. I wanna feel like I'm getting a deal. This place is just a little too pricey for my wallet.

This place is always great for anything you need for your house during any given holiday. I really love this place especially during Christmas time where you can get any and everything you need for Christmas decorations for a very very low price that is very good for your wallet. I would recommend this place for anyone to go visit if you need anything for your home to make it more beautiful than ever.

The place is dead this time of year because everyone did their shopping last week for black Friday. This makes for easy shopping and very low lines. There aren't as much options, but that's okay because I'm a simple man. Also, they only had one lane open at the time of my shopping, which makes me wonder about the staff and their hours. It's like, is At Home doing okay? I sure hope so. 5/5

It's the Twilight Zone, you see something and you can't stop, it just keeps going and going, I caught myself saying "look at that", "look at that", look at that to many times, if you're not a decorator just go here you'll find ways to be a good decorator, "At home", has everything you need to make something look wonderful, peaceful, relaxing and very appealing, also reasonable prices..

Omg...if you are an HGTV enthusiast like I am, this place is for you! The parking is great and the store is beyond huge. There are so many...and I mean SO MANY clearance aisles you are sure to find a deal! Now, to be honest you could find cheaper alternatives at Ross and HomeGoods but you will not find the selection like at At Home. The store was clean and employees were very nice!

Such a fun store! They literally have everything when it comes to home decor. They also have bedding/pillows, small furniture such as chairs, dressers and side tables, outdoor items, and tons of holiday stuff. If you have a theme for a room in mind, they're sure to have it! We spent an hour just walking up and down the aisles looking at everything. Such fun ideas!

This at home is very clean and organized. There is a good amount of items in stock. Plenty to chose from and I love that they have all of their items in categories. Like the wall decor of sea theme, farm house theme, etc. Customer service is helpful. They have everything that you could need for your home. All of your indoor and outdoor needs can be found here.

This is a great store, the only downside is there were several aisles that were entirely impassable, and large areas that were entirely disorganized. They seemed to be trying to fix some of those areas, but it seemed an odd thing to do in the middle of a Saturday. Since their selection was so large, I'll be giving it another go with hopefully better results.

I love this place. They have a huge selection of so much. Their prices are pretty good too. They always have tons of clearance items as well. You can find things there you will more than likely be unable to find elsewhere. It used to be Garden Ridge in that location. If you were a fan of them than you will be very impressed with At Home.

We went in for bubble lights for our Christmas tree. My daughter had seen them when she went in on different day. We had glass bubble lights when I was a child so I was happy to get them. We live about 3.5 hours from San Antonio so we will be back in 2 weeks to look around this amazing store. We were on a time crunch when we were there.

I enjoy visiting this store after going to expensive stores to compare up to date decor and prices. There is always a comparable item at a good price. The furniture seems a bit over priced for the quality but all the decor items are a great buy. If you're looking for wall art don't miss visiting the clearance section for a great deal.

The customer service here is pretty good. Cashiers are aware of online and store sales. Overall the shopping environment is scary quiet but things are grouped together nicely. Restrooms are hit and miss. Security guard at the door was upbeat and courteous. Definitely will be back….I always go back …

I love this store but it has gone downhill a little lately. Hobby lobby has better deals and I hate to say it, but here lately they've also had better quality than At Home. Most of the pictures and decorations are all chipped and banged up yet the sale on them doesn't equal the value sale or no sale.

Had a return from another At Home location and there was no problem whatsoever. Return was quick and easy. Ended up buying all sorts of other great stuff including a really fun, polka dot broom for only 3.99. Also found an amazing seashell stepping stone for half price. Really good deals.

Service was hit or miss. Some folks nice, other guy kinda nasty with an attitude about special ordering chairs. Big deal, it's your job. Lots of stuff in store in shelves is dusty, scratched or scuffed. Feels like an expensive second hand store.

Went for some Holloween Decor, 2 ceramic ghosts. Came straight from the back of the store (out of the boxes). Only 2 they had, damaged. Blamed the manufacturers and claimed no discount would be issued on damaged holiday inventory. Disappointing.

Don't get to come often but when we do, you can always find something to buy. Their Halloween selection is my favorite time to go and check out what they have and never disappoint. Prices are good on most items and they last for years to come.

Staff not very helpfull, limited on helpfull knowledge. A Big Box self service store, wanted 3 chairs only had 2. They could not check other stores for the 3ed chair so we did not buy anything. The hunt goes on to find 3 chairs elsewhere.

Lots of nice stuff, and it's organized. Prices are good, not great, but good. I think some items are not the best quality, but for the most part nice stuff. I was a bit annoyed about their lack of europeans pillowcases and bed sheets.
