I had a complete shoulder replacement on November 4th and started going to Athletico about 3 weeks later. My first couple weeks was a little difficult but soon got easier and I looked forward to going twice a week. My therapist is Kelly and she is really a good therapist and have a bright future ahead of her. The lady at the front desk Sharon is very professional yet very laid back and laugh with the things that are said in the facility. The manager Sarah is very professional and know exactly what her role is as a manager and as a therapist. Gina is a therapy tech and is such a sweetheart and know exactly what she has to do to help any one of the therapist in the facility. If her plans are to continue with her education and become a therapist she will be a great therapist because of her attitude towards the clients in the facility. I look forward to going to physical therapy to not only help with my range of motion but to see everyone in the facility. Kelly, Sarah and Gina reminds me of my daughter's and that make it fun being there. I want to sincerely thank Kelly, Sarah, Gina and Sharon for all that y'all do. You ladies rock.

I've been to more physical therapy facilities then I can count. And as usual i was a little apprehensive about Athletico just being another physical therapy facility that fell in line with the othets. . But i was totally wrong and that was cool. Athletico stands above them all. It's starts when you walk on the door. Your greeted and ask how your doing. The relaxed atmosphere really helps out. At other facilities it was like the employees were robotic. Here it's like working out with friends. They really seem to care. Each and every therapist is a gift. I personally want to thank Gina, Sarah, Kelly ,Sharon,Ben and Natalie. Each of yall made getting up at 6am, starting therapy at 7 way more positive then I could have hoped for. Also to those that wonder if my words are true and I questioning if I wasn't a patient here. Not true. I do not mislead anyone on reviews I do. You would be hard pressed to find a better physical therapy facility to go to.

Prior to my experience at Athletico - Saginaw, I had not previously needed any physical therapy or rehab. My experience here was excellent over the course of a few months. I choose this business due to its appointment convenience, geographic location, and at the recommendation of my spouse - who was currently taking physical therapy sessions there. All of the staff are welcoming, friendly, and ready to work. They respect your time and are focused on your progress. I had complete input into my treatment and stated my goals at the beginning. Kelly was my primary PT, and she pushed me to make progress. I completed my final session last week and have much improved strength. If you're looking for a PT provider, give these folks an opportunity. They will help you achieve results, so long as you are willing to put in the work.

I came to Athletico after having surgery on my knee. I didn’t feel the surgery went well nor the follow up. I started PT 2.5 weeks after surgery and felt I was behind on the recovery process. I was introduced to Natalie my physical therapist and on day one I noticed progression in recovering. I was beginning to become depressed about my situation and Natalie helped turn that feeling around and for that along I thank her. She is amazing and very attentive to your needs and your recovery. She asks the right questions and when I can’t quite explain what my pain or discomfort is she is able to take the words right out my mouth. Natalie has me very optimistic about my road to recovery. I would recommend Athletico and certainly Natalie to everyone.

I had a great experience during my time at Athlitico Physical Therapy for my total knee replacement. All the staff were friendly and professional, which put me at ease during what can be a stressful time. Sharon was especially welcoming, always smiling while giving me my receipts and checking me in. Sarah was also very professional while always putting my health and safety first. Gina provided excellent care and really made me feel taken care of, she was a real angel through this process. Finally, Kelly was an uplifting and motivating presence who could often be heard singing while she was working on me - she was truly amazing and did a great job! I can highly recommend Athlitico for anyone looking for excellent physical therapy.

I am so glad I chose this location for my PT needs. I had a great experience with Sarah and Ben. They were very helpful throughout my time there and they definitely made me feel very comfortable and confident in my recovery. I had to take my 3 kids with my for one of my appointments and the staff were so awesome and understanding and even offered my kiddos coloring books to keep them occupied which I really appreciated! I also got my appointment very fast from when I first requested an appointment so their availability is great! My knee has improved so much with their help and I could not be happier! Thank you Athletico team! 100% recommend!

This was the best physical therapy I’ve experienced of the 6 or so I’ve used in the last few years. The people are knowledgeable and caring to each other and their patients! Sarah, Gina, Natalie, Kelly and Chas were caring and encouraging and I wasn’t ever left waiting or unattended. Everyone worked together to make sure you weren’t left waiting. They were like a well oiled machine! I felt like, they really cared! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!! I’m gonna miss therapy at Athletico!

Have needed their services twice now and both times everyone was amazing. I have had a hip issue that Sarah fixed and a torn tendon/rotator cuff issue that Natalie took care of. Gina was great too. Both injuries were painful to the point I couldn’t function, but after therapy and their rehab programs I am pain free and function normally without needing surgery right now. I am very appreciative of their hard work and won’t hesitate to call them again if needed.

Sarah is amazing to work with. she is super nice and had some great exercises to help me heal and reach my goals. She was attentive. The other PTs that helped were also nice as well. The receptionist when you first walk in has great customer service too. This will be my go to office if I ever have another injury. you won't be disappointed at all and you can tell they care and don't feel rushed! Go here for your needs!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! I broke my ankle in the fall and primarily worked with Sarah to rehab it back to normal. Having never done physical therapy before, I didn’t really know what to expect but everyone I worked with made the process simple and enjoyable. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff- I highly recommend this Athletico location to anyone in need of physical therapy!

A truly eclectic group of professionals who all genuinely care about your recovery and getting you back to being you. The unique blend of personalities from the time you walk into the door squash any potential monotony no matter what stage you're at in your recovery, which is huge considering PT can be a little sucky at times! I would highly suggest this team for any and all PT needs.

Sarah is incredible. She is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. Her knowledge and expertise is amazing. The other PTs are all very knowledgeable in what they do for their patients as well. The entire staff makes you feel like you’re a family and I truly enjoy coming to this facility.

Staff is amazing all the way from the front desk to the therapist!! I tore my Achilles and I’m about 6 weeks into my therapy. They keep it fun and challenging and always attend to my injury needs. If you ever injure yourself and need rehab…Athletico off of basswood is the place to be!!!! Woop woop

Athletico in Saginaw is AWESOME! Everyone makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door and Sharon greets you. I work with Sarah and Gina frequently and they are both knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. I highly recommend and have even already recommended family.

Athletico has been wonderful and making sure I progress everyday. Kelly challenges me to get better by trying something new everyday. The Athletico team in Saginaw is wonderful from Sharon, Kelly, Gina, Sarah and Natalie. There aides are wonderful. I highly recommend them.

This team is incredible! Sarah was my Physical Therapist and she is fantastic! Super knowledgable and personable. It doesn’t stop with her. Everyone on staff there is friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. A wonderful experience all around!

I actually enjoy going to therapy at this location. Ive been going for 7 weeks now with 2 weeks left. The team is very positive and encouraging with clients, They cut up amongst each other and support each other. It's been a great experience.

The staff is amazing. They will push you towards healing, but have you laughing while doing it. Very friendly and they do care about your well being. If in for an ankle injury ask about the Chaz special about 1/2 way through your program.

Most places I have to wait at least a week just to get a phone call to schedule an appointment. I got a call within 10 minutes of my doctor sending my referral, and right then I knew this place was going to be special. Ben is the GOAT

Best physical therapy facility I’ve been to, very clean and very accommodating for other medical issues. Asks how each exercise effects you and will change the plan if need be. And everyone there is very kind and considerate.

Came here for my knee, and all can say is they've done an excellent job. Every trainer and assistant has been amazing. They're really good at pushing you to your limit, and it seems they really do care about your recovery.

Sarah and Gina are the best. My quality of life has increased significantly since starting PT. I went from no weight on my right leg to being able to climb stairs and take my dogs for a walk. I am so happy with Athletico.
