Wish I never walked in this place I had a beautiful cross pendent that they destroyed, all I wanted was a hook put on it and I ended up with my pendent destroyed. If you need jewellery repaired stay clear from this place if you know what's good for you. They don't even deserve this one star.

The lady that serves at this store (Ruby) is a complete scammer. She overcharges without any conscience. Never custom make anything at this store, she will over charge by $1000-$2000 for anything custom made. Extremely rude, inconsistent
