Low 3 star score because this company really does not have an address for their meeting place. 231 Peachtree does not exist. I had to get help finding the location from the Marriott Hotel one block away. What they need to say is go to Peachtree Center which is the mall downtown, and meet in the food court near Chick-fil-A, then look for the person wearing the yellow T-shirt. We then all walked out of Peachtree Center to get into the van parked on a side street. Everyone got lost finding the location so we ended up starting 15 minutes late. Our tour guide Don is very, very knowledgeable, but he tends to ramble and is NOT in tune with his audience. He needs to pause more often instead of rambling a script that he has memorized. It was difficult to interrupt him and ask questions. The best thing about the tour in my opinion was MLK Jr Historical Park. We did NOT get to do a walking tour around the CNN Building as was stated on their online site. The next best thing was driving through "mansions row". Other than that and MLK Jr Historical Park, I was a little disappointed. No good chances for photo opportunities because the bus was always on the move with traffic. I really wish there had been more stops just to take photos. The CNN Building, Coca-Cola Building etc
We booked the 'North Georgia Wine Country Tour' from Atlanta. Pam was our driver and guide, she was amazing, fun, and super sweet and thoughtful. We walked half a mile to the pick up location, wasn't far at all and no issues feeling unsafe. We went on a Sunday so the city was quiet. We left around 10:30am and arrived back around 8:00 pm; and again we walked back to our hotel and didn't feel unsafe. It was about 90 min each way and we stopped half way at clean places to use the restroom and get refreshments. The tour stopped at 3 wineries, all were very well put together with having the tastings ready and great stories from the winemakers. Beautiful scenery and end of May was warm but not hot. We then went to Helen and ate in a German restaurant, I was shocked how affordable it was. Highly recommend!
The Five-Hour Atlanta City Bus Tour exceeded all my expectations and left me with an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the tour was an absolute delight, offering a comprehensive and engaging exploration of this vibrant city. Don and Audrey were an amazing team. Everything you wanted to know about Atlanta and more was said. Don is such a history buff and Audrey drove like a pro. The drive was so comfortable and we felt safe. I wholeheartedly recommend the Five-Hour Atlanta City Bus Tour to both tourists and locals alike. It's an immersive and enjoyable way to discover the soul of Atlanta, leaving you with memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you so much, Don and Audrey. I will definitely recommend this tour to all my friends
5 hours of a memorable tour in an AC Bus. Started from Peachtree Center and reached the starting point on time. Reached the Martin Luther King Memorial and was allowed to get down and walk through. Lunch was provided at Ponce City Market and had a chance to go for a walk in Atlanta Beltline. Then passed through the Buckhead and had a chance to see the Celebrity bungalows. Guide Mary explained the history of the places clearly.
It was good. Call to see. If you call, you may get a better price. The man we had had alot of knowledge. He kept us entertained and we went to alot of places. I would recommend it if you are visiting and want to see the city. We got to get off at the ponce city market to eat. It was very amazing. Everything they have listed on the site,. We visited. Also went by some celebrities houses and historical sites.
I loved this tour. Our guide Amanda (please forgive if that isn’t right), was funny, knowledgeable, interesting, personable, and I could tell she enjoyed what she was doing. Her and the driver were took very good care of us. We went to all the places. She gave great advice on where to eat at Ponce market. I would highly recommend this tour
I took the Atlanta City Bus Tour today May 11, 2023. It was a really fun and informative experience. The tour guide and the driver were really nice and wonderful. We went through Buckhead, downtown Atlanta and Midtown. There were stops along the way like MLK center and Ponce City Market. I highly recommend anyone to take this tour.
What an amazing tour it took it will take you almost over the whole city. The tour guide guy was very nice and enjoyable. Saw alot of places. The only thing I didn’t like is that to find the location is in a cut and hard find other than that the tour was great
Had a great time on this tour. There were locations I’d traveled to on my own in the past, but had no idea the history that went with some of the locations. It was worth the price for this tour, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny.
