This is not a review of the employees at this garage, but rather their management company. On January 22, I received an invoice stating that that my next payment was due on February 1 for a total of $350. I had previously been paying $300/month, so I called yesterday (January 30) to ask why the rate had increased. I was notified that the rate had increased and that $350 was the new price. When I noted that I would rather park 1 block away, where the garage charges $300, I was told that they had already charged my card on January 25 for February and that in order to have canceled, I would have had to notify them on January 7th that I did not wish to continue parking at the garage through February. The issue is that the first time I heard of this rate increase was on their January 22 mailing, making it essentially impossible to cancel on January 7. I also tried to explain that was kind of an absurd response and that they really should not have "due February 1, 2018" in the invoice they send, if they are planning to charge my card before that date. In response, I was argued with about how I had signed a form when I first parked my car with them that they would be charging me earlier. That might be true -- but then why send invoices that are misleading? They didn't give me a copy of the agreement that they are relying upon here. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told by Elaine "No, you are dealing with me." After pressing, I was told that I could speak to Estaban. Estaban then argued that we had discussed the rate increase because he had discussed it with everyone. We did speak on the phone earlier in January because my credit card number had changed. I do not remember him noting this. Upon that explanation, I was told that I was a liar. Even if he mentioned this, isn't the customer always right? This is over $50. It is not the end of the world. But perhaps you should consider a different garage before you leave your car with a company that borderline stole from me. Food for thought.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Would not recommend this garage if you are looking for a monthly space. The first red flag we experienced was the attendant once losing the keys to our car. Secondly, when we had to cancel our membership, we called and were told it was all settled. After getting charged anyway, we disputed the charge with our credit card company. We called the garage a second time and made clear our intention to cancel. Once the garage received the dispute, someone called and was extremely rude, claiming the only way to cancel is by email and that there are signs explaining this all over the garage. I've never seen a sign. She stated, "you've been parking with us for years, you should know that." Not only was this false, but also an abrasive way to treat your customers. What's more, both times we called the garage to cancel, neither employee referenced this strict cancellation policy. Effectively, we had $900 stolen from us. Would not recommend.

Not owned by Alliance anymore. Ownership change occurred in Jan 2015 (Atlantic Garage Management LLC) but the results of parking in this location did not change. I have parked my vehicle here since 2011 as a monthly tenant and have had 5 incidents in that time span. Specifically, vehicle damage that was never reported by the valet attendants who move the vehicle in this garage. Avoid parking in this garage at all costs which is also shared with Hertz so there are always far too many cars crammed into this garage that shows a tremendous amount of carelessness.

Parking attendant damaged my vehicle and despite clear video / photographic evidence proving there were no marks when I dropped it off, they refused to remedy the issue and instead demanded I remove my vehicle from the garage providing only the callous explanation from the manager that, "if you only pay $300, you should expect dings and scratches." Horrible business and even worse people to interact with. Do not park your vehicle here unless you want it returned in worse condition than how you dropped it off.

This garage has a Hertz inside it but they have a policy not to park a Hertz car overnight. Any business that refuses service like that gets one star in my book. They should either find a better way to work with Hertz or Hertz should leave this location because of the garage policy - not sure it's legal and even if it is, I am sure it's unfair and inconvenient.

Terrible garage. Closes at 10pm during the week, including on Friday nights, 11pm on weekends. Who does that? You have to tell them by the 7th of the month whether you want to book FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH and they are totally inflexible. There are plenty of other garages in the neighborhood, do not book here.

Don’t waste ur money here, you’ll come in get treated like garbage and you’ll get out the same way, someone needs to get rid of the man with the beard he’s ruining service for this place. And why does it close at 10pm I couldn’t even pick up my car what a total disaster this management is

Closed shop before 10 PM and refused to give me access despite my having a monthly pass. Employee could not answer simple questions about when the garage should be open in part because of a language barrier, but he clearly just wanted to get out of there. Do not recommend.

Paid $23 on Spothero, when I arrived they tried to say there was a $15 Upcharge for “Luxury Vehicles”. Huge scam. My Tesla Model 3 is not considered luxury.

They refused to park my car overnight - claiming that they don't service "Hertz" vehicles, even though it's a public garage where I've parked before.
