No hacen bien su trabajo, no le informan las condiciones de pagos automáticos, luego te cancelan la póliza diciendo que no se puedo precesar tu pago y te dicen que seguro no tenias dinero sinvergüenzas solo quieren cobrarte una penalzacion por reactivar tu póliza, mentirosos. They do not do their job well, they do not inform you of the automatic payment conditions, then they cancel the policy saying that your payment cannot be processed and they tell you that insurance you did not have money scoundrels they just want to charge you a penalty for reactivating your policy, liars.

Their staff is very friendly and efficient. They've helped me out on more than one occasion to file a claim, cancel my registration, and get a new sticker within just a few hours. Overall, I truly recommend this agency! Cuentan con un equipo fenomenal y eficiente. Me han ayudado a salir de apuros en distintas ocasiones. Me ayudaron a hacer un reclamo, a dar de baja un vehículo, y por si fuese poco me entregaron un nuevo sticker en cuestión de horas. Excelente servicio!!

This place is a joke, they charge an extra $5 dollars to pay in cash? Are you kidding me? They also make copies of your debit card when they don’t have the paper work for you to sign after you had payed? Why would you even take copies of your clients debit cards? what a big joke of an agency. I will not longer do business with them again. Save your money and don’t come here at all.

Por años estuve pagando mucho con estos brokers ,, Te cobran más por el servicio que por la aseguranza , mejor les recomiendo BERMUDEZ INS AGENCY.te buscan un precio mejor .. Tarde me vine a enterrar que con mis pagos les compré casa a los de ATLANTIDA AGENCY !

Not a good place for insurance, couple of the guys that work here are really inefficient I've had a bad experience with them not only once but twice, honest advice try elsewhere.
