I visited this store a while back, they were having an event. I bought a large mirror and some decor piece's but when wanting to take the mirror home they said they need it for the event and didn't want a gap on the wall. So i agreed to pay for it and have it delivered except they wanted to charge me delivery which made no sense as i was happy to take it with me that day. The man who quite possibly owns the company was extremely rude. He honestly made me feel like crying the way he raised his voice and spoke to me in front of the other staff and customers for no reason. He was happy to not sell my items to me that's how egotistical he was. In the end some of the other staff agreed i wasn't choosing to have it delivered by choice and actually helping them out by not taking it with me that day. They had a nice selection of item's at the time but I'll never forget the way i was treated.

My experience with them was really bad. I ordered a customized sofa and it was delivered in wrong colour. Then I ordered another simpler sofa. First time their vendor sent wrong size of fabric and my order was delayed. Second time they got the design wrong despite the fact that I sent them an email explaining what I wanted and got it confimed over the phone. I had to chase them everytime for the pogress of my sofa and sadly they used the Covid-19 as an excuse and kept saying your sofa will be ready for the next week's shipment. None of the above mistakes were caused by corona virus. They wasted 4 months of my time. I would not reccomend this furniture shop.

Five star service from start to finish. The furniture at Atmacha is beautiful, and beautifully made. The Sofa that I ordered is comfortable and look amazing. The staff are very friendly and always trying to help. I ordered my sofas in the height of the pandemic so some delays were obviously going to happen, Atmacha communicated all the way through and put my mind at ease, and it was so worth the wait. When the sofas came they carried them over my garden fence and (they are heavy) were still smiling. Great service all round. I’m already thinking about what I will get next :) Thank you for the superb customer services.

Very good company the service is unbelievable. Had few issue like headboard side was damage. But the after care team got in to it quick and replaced it straightaway without asking no question. If anyone looking to purchase furniture recommend to go and check them out you won’t be disappointed, always look for after care service Atmacha always there to help even after sale unlike other company they get the money and they don’t bother. Another 5 week wait for my corner sofa and dinning table so excited. Thank you Atmacha

Not a long while ago, I purchased a sofa from them and I had the worse experience ever. When I went to the store, I had the worse customer experience and they were very rude. However, I ordered the sofa I want and I was promised it will be delivered in 8 weeks. The sofa was received after 14 weeks and after making so many calls and asking. When I received the sofa, it wasn’t the same quality as I saw there and I was promised it will be the exact same. Please avoid this place.

The staff were very nice and helpful when we visited them in store. They gave us full details about everything there was to know and were very patient with us. They also gave us a good price which we were satisfied with. The delivery came exactly as specified. After we made our order we realised we couldnt fit one of the armchairs we ordered so they easily cancelled it and made us a refund. Thank you for your service.

I put my order in September 24 they told us in the shop that we are looking for 8-12 weeks of delivery time. I spoke with your office today and I was informed that now we are looking for second week of January that is a joke. No information from you what so ever that u have any problems. Keep promising that the order is on the way. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

The employees are so caring and helpful that even though I had a hard time making decisions for days, they helped and offered suggestions without getting tired of me :) In addition, the delivery team is very professional and friendly, thanks to the whole team! Amazing furniture store, friendly staff just bought 4 of the chairs at the front for good price from their stock they helped me carry and fit the packed chairs into my car. The corner sofa at the front is really nice and cosy will be getting that delivered soon as well in beige colour. Thanks for the help guys enjoy your Christmas!!!

We bought a sofa from them, amazing! After looking so much we finally found something beautiful, functional at a reasonable price! Also, they promissed to give two sets of pillows. When they delivery the sofa it came only 2 but later on they shipped the 2 remaining ones. Very nice customer service! 5 stars

I have been waiting 8weeks for my TV unit to be replaced because at the first delivery it was completely damaged. Now they called me and they told me that the replacement door was the wrong colour. I don’t recommend you to but stuff from this company because they take it as a joke and not seriously.
