Just waste I was having a parcel which was supposed to reach home but they didn't dropped it at home and at last I went to collect it to post office.they didn't called me and giving an excuse that the number was not mentioned on the parcel but it was.there should be at least some responsibility from there side as it is there duty.very disappointed.it is better to do courier rather than trusting these govt employees which are not able to do there duty honestly

I think they update status on their tracking website as per convenience. They delivered an envelope to my address just a couple of days back but for a parcel, they have updated the status as address not found! I don't know whom to take this complaint to

Very good service by staff n postmans. Good communication by spm someone gents but lady spm was rude and bad... wen I visit today for deposit she was not there ... Thank God

Poor service...a lady executive who is suppose to help the customers is very rude....have witnessed an elderly women struggling to get proper response for her queries...

Very poor customer service, they ask to wait customers and ask to comeback even if they are free. Should senior authority take care of this.

attibele sub post office very use full to public but actual open timing of post office 9.00 am but they open 9.30 and above
