Purchased thousands of pounds of audio equipment from Audio T over the years, however when I popped into this branch in June 2023 I was met with a (dare I say) rude and dismissive sale assistant. This was likely caused by the fact I wanted to buy some Sonos products for a friend and thought the business would be appreciated, how wrong I was! It's now August 2023 and while the products have come into stock, the promised call or email never materialised and as a customer the strong feeling was that because this wasn't a large sale or a snobbery of product type the sales assistant in question couldn't be bothered. I'm taking my custom elsewhere, as there are even mainstream stores with lower cost and better service now. Shame.

Recently bought a pair of AE500 speakers and SolidSteel stands from the Bristol store. The team were very professional allowing me to bring in my amp to test and return for a more in depth test. When I decided to purchase Justin came all they way over to Chepstow to build the stands, set up the speakers in the best location and then tuned my system which has a pair of REL subs in a stereo configuration. This took a while and lots of attention to the sound stage. Now the speakers have ‘worn in’ after a few weeks they sound superb on all types of music. Brilliant service, competitive pricing and expert advice. What more could you want?

As three young adults wandering into a very expensive audio store, I can understand why the staff were wary - but after chatting for a bit, they were patient, kind, and very tolerant. The gent serving us whipped up some custom made cables in amazing time, and was nothing but accomodating to our requests to demo items in the store. It was clear that they were all passionate about hifi, and had an amazing depth of knowledge which they were all more than willing to share with us. Overall, I can highly recommend Audio T for home hifi and DIY supplies. Great selection of gear at reasonable prices.

I’ve been buying hi-fi for over 40 years and Audio T Bristol has given me the best service and advice by a country mile that I have ever had! Kevin the sales director is an audio guru and advised me on the upgrade that I needed to make to my surround system. I invested in an ARCAM power amp and AV40 following Kevin’s advice… the difference is staggering! All the interactions with the team including Max and James have been great. After months of hardship and struggle to find the "right" audio set up to fit my living space while still delivering high quality audio, I strolled down to premises on Park St, and I can safely say it was the best decision I've made in years! The staff member I was served by (Max),while new in his position, was able to confidently direct my choices through his impressive knowledge and personal experiences. I left with the perfect set up and it will be my first choice for high quality audio equipment in the future!

Every other place in Bristol said that there was little chance of fixing my great uncle's record player from the 1980s and wouldn't take it (including the manufacturer). That's why I was skeptical when Audio-T did take it but I was wrong to be! They really went above and beyond to find someone who could fix it.They kept me up to date all the way and had great customer service. They will now be my go to for anything audio.

What a great service from Audio-T’s team. I bought a Rega P2 turntable and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I spoke To one of the team the next day. They talked me through the problems and made me a ground lead for my amp. The difference in sound was miraculous. A big thanks to the Bristol Team. Am now enjoying the Beatles White album I bought in the 1980s

Been buying from Audio T and before that Audio X for over 20years now. T.V's. Amp and speakers and a Blu Ray player..Headphones... Always the most helpful people. Visited Audio T in Park Street this week for advice and recommendations for upgrading my Rega Planar 3. Dealt with Justin, who was a pleasure to deal with. Suffice to say I'm back home now with the upgraded kit purchased and very very happy with the improvements I can hear! Won't hesitate to use again …

Took some records to be professionally cleaned at the store and so happy with the results. A bunch of lovely chaps that really know their stuff and are super generous with their knowledge. Looking forward to regularly using their cleaning service and picking their brains on anything hi-fi related!

Great products, but sent a pair of headphones off to be fixed 4 months ago and have received utterly incompetent customer service and a complete unwillingness to help despite multiple emails and visits with continual "promises" of callbacks

Fantastic service from James at Audio T Bristol; he volunteered to arrange collection of some speakers from their Manchester branch and deliver to me and then setup for an extended home demo - I couldn't have asked for more.

Came in here trying to see if they were able to help with my turntable head. No luck there, but they went the extra 1000 miles to try and help me out (all this at shop closing times). Extremely appreciated!

Great staff, who are knowledgeable and happy to help plus provide demos. AudioT has a really good range of kit. The shop is a bit cramped and doesn't have the best displays, but the demo rooms are nice.
