Very shady company. I had my radio installed here because that's where insurance sent my radio after I got my original one stolen. I noticed when I got in my truck the Bluetooth wasn't playing through the rear speakers and I asked a question about it. the owner told me all they do is install and it's not their responsibility to figure everything out about the radio. he told me I needed new rear speakers and even tried to sell me some extremely expensive ones. I literally took my rear speaker out in their parking lot and walked in with it and wala... it worked perfectly. On my radio there is a setting under Bluetooth that says you want to play it through all of the speakers. I did not have the Bluetooth hooked up on my original radio so I was unaware of this until I had to figure out their problem in front of their store. terrible customer service.

I took my truck just to buy a radio and have it put in and I was treated like dirt. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money and over charging you. After 3 trips back to audio visual, I had to get my radio reinstalled at audio electronics next to rim time because my highs were coming from my subwoofer. Sam the owner of audio visual tried to tell me that I needed an additional 1300 dollars to truly fix the problem. They they had to do was switch to wires. When I told Sam that I had to go somewhere else to have his problem fixed he said" well that was your choice and if I would've just keep coming back they would've eventually fix the problem. Totally unacceptable! Buyers be ware.

10/10. Got all of my door speakers replaced with a 4 channel amp to power them. All Rockford Fosgate system highly recommend. If you don’t like the price then you don’t like your system getting set up right. If you find something wrong with it after you drive off the lot, you can go back to the shop for them to fix it for FREE. They back up their work. Customer service was amazing, I probably spent around 12 hours total in the store just because of all the upgrades, but they were very nice and informal. Will definitely be coming back for more upgrades.

We took our truck to Sam for a new entire sound system. Communication was top notch the entire time of installation. Sam and James went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied. They spent time helping us pair our phones and setting up the kind of sound we were looking for. We definitely return for any further audio needs.

Person at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Charged me a fee after I said I would take my money else where do to lack of professionalism. I would NOT recommend anyone to go there they customer service is trash. Worst business I have ever been to in my life.

This is the best place in town. Very knowledgeable and professional. I have had several systems installed at different companies over the years and have been highly disappointed. Audio vision has been by far the best to deal with. I would never go anywhere else.

Nice place to get your car stereo installed alarm installed speakers anything you need checked on electrical the owner works in the shop is very friendly very knowledgeable reasonable pricing nice place to get your vehicle alarm installed or whatever you need

This place is Horrible. I called them and ask for a price to install an amp and a new stereo they told me 200 when I bring the car he told me $750 I just left and went and do the job myself !!!!DON'T GO THERE, I REPEAT DON'T GO THERE YOU WILL GET SCAM

Prices on electronics nowadays are what they are, but out of the other stores I visited, they gave me the best deal and James was very transparent on pricing and explained every step of the installation. Which I liked. Recommended.

Excellent shop to get your car audio and video needs. They have excellent service. Sam and James are the bomb. Also have remote start for the cars. This is an excellent add on to any vehicle. Try them out.

A bit costly but worth it they fixed my speakers I messed myself sounds great also made me new door keys after been losing em now I can protect my property I appreciate yall will be back

Had a remote start/alarm put in my truck as a XMas gift from my boyfriend...so far so good. Very nice people and the sign "Beware of dog" is true!!! He's huge and he barks!!

Poor service i went to get a radio installed and the guy broke my dash. He tried to argue with me and tell me it was already broke like i dont see my car every day.
