Had a very overdue appointment to make once my benefits kicked in again, and I went right down the road to Aurora Dental! Super convenient, considering it wasn't just a one time trip for me (had to go back 3 times to get my fillings done). Never again will I wait for coverage before visiting the dentist! I was so embarrassed about the cleaning that was needed, and everyone was so great at making me feel comfortable and putting me on the right track again. Nav (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was always prompt to return calls and schedule me in, I appreciate the diligence in her confirmation phone calls very much. I saw both Doctor Rakhee, and another male doctor on my last visit. Both are fantastic at what they do! I got lots of helpful information about what my future plans were with my teeth, and upon receiving this information the male doctor went ahead after my last appointment to polish up my "trouble" tooth (to try and help me instead of replacing the filling as it was heavily stained compared to my normal teeth) and it made a world of a difference. I may even try to come back to have him spend a little more time polishing if he is able to! I left feeling numb from my fillings, but FANTASTIC and confident at the same time! Thank you Aurora Dental for such a great, and long overdue job! I know you had quite a bit of work to do, and it was pleasant every step of the way. :)

Aug. 13, 2020 was my first visit here - a teeth cleaning and general checkup. Upon walking thru the door, you are greeted by friendly staff in the spacious waiting area. The inside rooms are all ultra-modern, with the latest equipment, such as digital X-rays. Each reclining patient chair has a TV/monitor that the patient can watch - even what's going on in the mouth! - while the medical staff are doing their work. Any X-rays are also displayed here when discussing a patient's situation. The dental hygienist did immaculate work, in fact the best cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Parmar, the dentist, then did a thorough mouth exam, wearing a combination of special lights with eyepieces and discussed any potential issues she saw with the teeth - with the X-rays displayed on the monitor as I reclined in the chair. I would highly recommend this dental practice for its wonderful offices full of light - you can see out to the plaza, but they can't see in! - and its very friendly and highly qualified and dedicated staff.

Dr Rakhee Parmar, even though I’ve never seen your actual face since becoming one of your patients during this crazy COVID world we are living in, is a great Dentist!!! The staff at Aurora Dental are super professional as well from the moment you walk in. Awesome receptionist, assistant and hygienist plus I’ve been cared for by another Dr there as well whose name I can’t remember but he was so cool and professional too!! I’ve always had anxiety when I visit my doctors and dentists but this office will make you feel at ease and make you feel like part of the Aurora fam PS They take pride in their work and take great care of their office equipment and patients during all of our Corona issues, I feel safe whenever I go get work done

Dr. Delhon and the entire team at Aurora Dental went above and beyond to bring my smile back to normal after an unfortunate dental incident. Not only did they get me in immediately, the care and attention to detail of their work is unmatched. The relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff also made me feel incredibly comfortable--something that is hard to find in an dental chair. With a busy work schedule, Dr. Delhon also went out of his way to hand-make a temporary crown that allowed me to travel for business, even providing me with supplies and instructions in case of emergency. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Delhon and the entire team at Aurora Dental!!

100% recommend Aurora Dental to anyone! I've been there twice and couldn't be happier each time. I changed to Aurora from another dental office that was charging way above the insurance guide, and I found myself more and more out of pocket each visit. Aurora was priced much better, fully covered by my insurance rates, and direct billed my insurance provider (Sunlife). Lately I've been having some serious wisdom tooth pains, and one of them had poked through the gums. I called them at 10:00am, they had an opening at 11:30am, and by 12:00 I was already out of the chair with one less wisdom tooth! Couldn't be happier with the service I received again!

I have been shopping for the best dentist & dental office for a while since I moved to Southside 3 years ago, I’ve been at least 2 dental offices. I always saw Aurora Dental whenever I do my weekend grocery errands and was thinking how convenient and very close by my house their location is so I gave it a go and I’m so glad I did because everyone in this office is very nice very friendly. Dr. Paul Delhon is very kind as well, he is willing to gave his time for advice when I’m not sure with my ortho plan. The office is very clean, neat, I’m actually always looking forward whenever I have appointments with them. Highly recommended!

Went there for 3 reasons. New place, good reviews. Same name as my previously much loved Husky dog I had. Lastly as a guinea pig to look for a new dentist for my wife. I broke my incisor tooth. It was super sharp. Turns out, as it was fixed before that it broke due to the cavity. Dr Paul Delhon found 3 cavities n looked at another tooth issue I was having. Taking pics we found out I had an abcess. He fixed all 3 n gave me a prescription. Receptionist and dental assistant are both very nice professional and courteous . Very friendly place. I just switched to my new dentist. I'll go back there anytime.

As someone who is high anxiety & have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past. I recommend Aurora Dental 110%. I went there with a broken tooth emergency. The office is extremely clean, professional and welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Explaining things in understandable terminology and making sure you never feel awkward to ask questions, talk about prices and options. Conversation is easy and they truly make you feel like they have youre best interests at heart and arnt just looking for $$. 5 stars. Thank you!

Dr Wallace is one of a kind. The whole staff there are always friendly and take the time to address any questions and concerns. Dr Wallace cares about his patients and their results. He always made each visit feel so comfortable and important. Attention to detail is one of the many qualities but most importantly he makes you feel like you’ve known him for years and not just another patient. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. If you want confidence in yourself and a great experience. This is the place.

Moved into the area and wanted to try a new dentist and I have never been impressed as much as I was impressed with the service I received. Front desk lady is so friendly and professional. The dentist was very informative and didn't push for treatments like my old dentist that were not necessary. She is definitely going be our family dentist. The facility is very clean, loved the decor which gives it a serene vibe and new equipment that's advanced as well. Highly recommend this dental practice

My daughter and I came to Aurora dental for our check up and cleaning and were very happy with the service we received. Dr. Parmar was super sweet and very gentle with my daughter who is 3 years old. I also had to return for a filing and I have never had a dentist freeze me and not feel the needle. I was beyond happy with the service we received. Everyone was also very welcoming and pleasant. We will return for our next check up and cleaning =)

Highly impressed with Aurora Dental. The office is a wonderful and calming place with a very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Dr Delhon and his assistant were excellent at explaining and performing the procedures needed for my new crown. The final result was excellent with a first time fit and no issue since then. The overall experience at Aurora Dental was wonderful and I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

My experience here was second to none. Right from the staff up front to the doctors in the back, 100% completely professional. They did a great job explaining about my tooth and the needed repair. If your looking for a new dentist like myself I highly recommend you come see them. Also the teeth cleaning I received was the best. I haven't had one done in years and was long over due. I was really nervous but the experience was amazing.

This is my new dental office! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I felt comfortable through every step of my appointment. Olga was so welcoming and Tanya did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Delhon was very thorough with my check-up and answered all of my questions. He explained everything very clearly. I'm usually very uncomfortable and anxious at the dentist, not at Aurora Dental! It was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

I just finished my first appointment at Aurora Dental. I was very impressed by the kind and knowledgeable staff. I received a breakdown of cost for the appointment before I even sat in the chair. They are upfront about all costs and notify you if there are any extra expenses before they continue. I have never experienced that before in a dentist office. I will be recommending Aurora Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.

For the treatment, the injection was completely painless, as a powerful gel was applied first. It's obvious to me this office is using the latest equipment and gadgets. A new suction contraption keeps one's mouth open, while taking out mucus, so the dental assistant can work on other things. They took a number of 'before' and 'after' pics of the tooth that I saw projected on the screen as I lay in the chair.

I was terrified to go back to the dentist after a really bad experience with my last one. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place! Everything from the first interaction of booking the appointment, getting checked in, getting my X-rays, cleaning, etc. was fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and good at what they do. I am comfortable going to the dentist again and would recommend this place to anyone!

Have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. They made me feel very comfortable , they have not only gained my future business but that of my whole family. Being from Nova Scotia I haven't found a dentist I can call my own in 15yrs , but I have now!! Thanks to all the staff at Aurora Dental , see you again in 6mths.. Cheers

My visit to Aurora dental was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful right from the initial telephone inquiry. My examination was detailed and explained clearly, which left me feeling that I was able to make informed decisions. The dental hygenist did everything to ensure that i was comfortable throughout my extensive cleaning process. I highly recommend this place.

I have a severe fear of going to the dentist so I put off seeing one for far too long, just because of bad experiences. I started going here in December and cannot say enough good things about this place! Very thorough, patient and friendly. I’ve gotten everything from a cleaning to fillings to crowns to getting my wisdom teeth out.

I found Dr.Paul Delhon to be very cordial-Friendly! quite an expert Dental surgeon! his work in tooth extraction perfect! And the dentures work is so flawless! that they fit automatically! Front staff was very helpful in booking a time to get me into see the doctor ASAP and had dealt with my insurance company (direct billed) while I was in the Doctors chair.
