RIP OFF... DO NOT GO HERE wish i could give 0 or -5 Took my car to get new motor, was quoted $1200 and 3 days. Ended up $6450 and 8 weeks. Forst engine was put in with NO COMPRESSION and they had a hide to recharge me for another installation, then they said i needed a gearbox service, which DID NOT get done but charged me for it, then it was wiring harness and computers. Then when i finally got my car, as i was driving out my exhaust fell off because they FORGOT to bolt it back on. When i complained i was actually told by owner, that his manager was lieing to customers by saying other things were wrong with car, when there was nothing else wrong, he said he lied so he could bring more business in. Highly recommended. Great honest service. For years I had an idling / transmission issue and the previous 5 mechanics were more than happy to charge me to 'try' and 'fix' the issue. After spending hundreds of dollars I finally brought my car to AusTech and the guys there were able to fix the transmission issue first go. Well done guys keep up the good work, will definitely be back.

Very ABRUPT manner on the phone when calling them to make an enquiry - spoke so FAST when answering my call, and became Agitated because I dared ask them to repeat, so that I knew and could understand what was said when he answered the call. Based on their phone manner, will not be taking my business there. Shame you can't give Zero stars for "Customer" service.

Took both my cars for a service to my old mechanic and got the cars back still felt like they weren't serviced properly. Took them back to the mechanic he wasnt happy as to what is said. I took both cars to Austech, both cars are now running smoother and much better than before. Highly recommend Keith at Austech, best mechanic in the west.

I had them install my front and rear dash cams. They called me to ask if I wanted the cameras always recording or only when I was driving before proceeding with installation. He even took the time to tell me how the cameras were installed and how they worked. I was really happy with the service! Totally recommend.

Took my car to Aus-Tech after a few mechanics already had a go to fix some issues I was starting to get very frustrated with them changing parts but not resolving the issue after just fifteen minutes the guys at aus-tech diagnosed the problem then swiftly repaired it with a very reasonable price. Dear car driver, I would like to give austech a strong recommendation. We broke down 800 km into our trip and luckily were towed to Austech where we were given friendly, honest and professional service and charged the right price even though we could not go anywhere else. Very highly recommended

Given quote and paid a deposit, all they did was change a tyre and was charged $350 and that was not including the deposit. Tried to call to get that deposit back but no answer. Could’ve bought brand new tyres with how much I was charged for one tyre change. Rip off
