My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here earlier this year. Their policy is that you pay the full amount (more than $2000) up front, and they file the insurance claim afterwards and eventually mail you the check. We thought it'd be just a couple of weeks, but the entire ordeal took almost 6 months! Their billing personnel is the most incompetent and irresponsible person. She filed to the wrong insurance and failed to follow up, then failed to file to our health insurance company, etc. The communication was terrible -- I don't know how many times I had to call and text her to push her to do her job. It's obvious she didn't care, because the office already got our money. It was extremely unprofessional. Absolute nightmare of an experience. After countless pushing and urging from our end, we eventually got the check, but there was no explanation of the amount we received. All in all, this is BY FAR the absolute worst medical and dental experience we've ever had.

Went to Austin Dentistry for my first visit in 4 years! As soon as you walk in the office staff and personnel were very thorough with the screening due to our current circumstances. Allison (hygienist) was gentle and has such a great demeanor. X-rays are usually an issue for me but she was so great at getting them. Dr. Sam was also clear and concise with his exam and reading of the x-rays. Made me laugh in an otherwise uncomfortable setting. He was also gentle and sweet. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

I had such an amazing experience with Austin Dentistry. Vanessa, the front desk manager was very informative with my treatment plan and finances. Such a sweetheart as well. Dr. Sam and Ashley the dentist assistant made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment and made sure that I was doing okay throughout the process. If I can give Austin Dentistry more than five stars, I would. I highly recommend. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to Austin Dentistry. You all are great!

Fantastic customer service! They were in no rush to get me in and out the door! They took their time and made sure all my questions were answered! They are all about making sure you are comfortable and relaxed! I am not one to be relaxed during a treatment but they checkup on me and do everything they can to keep me comfortable! Also a beautiful office!

Had a great visit with Dr. Dean and his assistant. The team was thorough and gentile. He was able to show me visually why what is proposed needs to be done in the future. I've been going to Austin Dentistry about 3yrs now. As someone with a fear of dental work, these folks are patient and caring. I highly recommend them to those with kids or adults that hate having dental work done.

My husband saw Dr. Sam for a new crown and had a great experience. Front office was clean and receptionist was professional. Also the assistant Ashley was amazing! Will be back for more dental needs!

everyone was courteous and professional; however, my only reason for not giving 5 stars is weeks prior to my appointment, I left at least 3 messages requesting a callback and never received one.

Dr Ahmed and Alison the Hygienist treated my teeth amazingly. They made sure to be delicate and precise in handling my teeth. If you're considering getting treatment, you wont be disappointed.
